The working principle is as follows: an empty micro blood type card is placed in the card chamber sleeve 14, the upper card longitudinal motor 6 drives the sliding plate 10 to move longitudinally, the upper card transverse motor 20 drives the spring card shifting block 19 to move transversely, and the spring card shifting block 19 shifts the micro blood type card in the corresponding card chamber sleeve 14 into the upper bayonet 26; the two-dimensional sweeping head 36 scans information of the micro blood type card at the upper bayonet 26, the centrifugal motor 31 transfers the micro blood type card at the upper bayonet 26 to the sample adding port 34, the sample adding motor 44 controls the sample adding cover 46 to open the sample adding port 34, meanwhile, the one-dimensional sweeping head 56 scans information of a blood sample to be detected, then the blood sample to be detected is added into the micro blood type card through the sample adding outer hole 57, the sample adding motor 44 controls the sample adding cover 46 to rotate again to close the sample adding port 34, the centrifugal motor 31 carries out centrifugal operation on the blood sample to be detected in the micro blood type card, after a heating sheet carries out heating incubation operation on the blood sample to be detected in the micro blood type card, the camera 37 carries out photographing reading detection on the blood sample to be detected in the micro blood type card, and accordingly; the card unloading motor 40 controls the card unloading lever 39 to move, so that the used micro blood type card is pushed into the waste card guide groove 52 and the waste card box 53 from the card unloading opening 28.
