本发明公开了一种减缓绝缘胶带老化的方法,包括:(1)沥青涂覆;(2)压敏胶涂覆;(3)成品制作。本发明通过在基带表面涂覆沥青作为保护层,并在沥青表面涂覆热敏胶制得绝缘胶带,有效延缓胶带老化速度,克服了现有绝缘胶带老化速度较快,在长期使用后,绝缘胶带容易因老化破损而丧失绝缘性能,具有一定的危险隐患的问题。

本发明涉及绝缘胶带领域,尤其涉及一种减缓绝缘胶带老化的方法。
背景技术
绝缘胶带专指电工使用的用于防止漏电,起绝缘作用的胶带;又称绝缘胶布,胶布带,由基带和压敏胶层组成;基带一般采用棉布、合成纤维织物和塑料薄膜等制作,胶层由橡胶加增黏树脂等配合剂制成,黏性好,绝缘性能优良。绝缘胶带具有良好的绝缘耐压、阻燃、耐候等特性,适用于电线接驳、电气绝缘、隔热防护等特点。
现有绝缘胶带老化速度较快,在长期使用后,绝缘胶带容易因老化破损而丧失绝缘性能,具有一定的危险隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种减缓绝缘胶带老化的方法,以解决上述技术问题。
本发明为解决上述技术问题,采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种减缓绝缘胶带老化的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将用于制作绝缘胶带的基带缠绕于线盘上,固定基带头,将线盘置于沥青中,然后将基带头取下将基带从沥青液中拉出,拉出过程中使用夹板夹紧基带将基带上多余的沥青滤除,将基带晾干,使基带表面包覆有一层沥青层,待沥青凝固后,反复揉搓基带,使基带上沥青层表面裂开产生裂纹,以增加基带整体的柔软程度;
(2)将基带拉直放置于弧形板上,使基带上表面沥青层表面裂纹张开,加热压敏胶至流体状态,向基带上表面均匀涂抹压敏胶,使压敏胶渗入沥青层表面裂纹内,涂抹完成待压敏胶为凝固时,将基带拉直,使沥青层表面裂纹闭合,刮去沥青层表面多余的热敏胶,将基带放置于通风处自然冷却;
(3)将基带卷绕成卷,制成绝缘胶带成品。
优选的,所述步骤(1)中,线盘置于沥青中需静置1-3分钟,将基带拉出时,需对沥青持续加热以防沥青凝固。
优选的,所述步骤(2)揉搓基带时,应防止沥青层裂纹开口过大导致基带露出。
优选的,所述步骤(2)中将基带放置于通风处自然冷却后,将基带未涂抹热敏胶的一面朝上放置于弧形板上,使未涂抹热敏胶的一面上的沥青层表面裂纹张开后,采用步骤(2)中方法,在未涂抹热敏胶的一面上涂抹热敏胶,待热敏胶凝固后,使用贴纸将基层两面的热敏胶覆盖保护。
优选的,所述贴纸厚度为1毫米。
优选的,所述步骤(3)中,制成绝缘胶带成品后,需将绝缘胶带成品放置于密封环境中储存。
优选的,所述步骤(2)中,沥青层表面刮去的多余的热敏胶需收集起来重复使用。
优选的,所述步骤(1)中,将基带头取下将基带从沥青液中拉出时的速度控制在30-50厘米每秒。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过在基带表面涂覆沥青作为保护层,并在沥青表面涂覆热敏胶制得绝缘胶带,有效延缓胶带老化速度,克服了现有绝缘胶带老化速度较快,在长期使用后,绝缘胶带容易因老化破损而丧失绝缘性能,具有一定的危险隐患的问题。

一种减缓绝缘胶带老化的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将用于制作绝缘胶带的基带缠绕于线盘上,固定基带头,将线盘置于沥青中,然后将基带头取下将基带从沥青液中拉出,拉出过程中使用夹板夹紧基带将基带上多余的沥青滤除,将基带晾干,使基带表面包覆有一层沥青层,待沥青凝固后,反复揉搓基带,使基带上沥青层表面裂开产生裂纹,以增加基带整体的柔软程度;
步骤(1)中,线盘置于沥青中需静置1-3分钟,将基带拉出时,需对沥青持续加热以防沥青凝固。

(2)将基带拉直放置于弧形板上,使基带上表面沥青层表面裂纹张开,加热压敏胶至流体状态,向基带上表面均匀涂抹压敏胶,使压敏胶渗入沥青层表面裂纹内,涂抹完成待压敏胶为凝固时,将基带拉直,使沥青层表面裂纹闭合,刮去沥青层表面多余的热敏胶,将基带放置于通风处自然冷却;

(1)将用于制作绝缘胶带的基带缠绕于线盘上,固定基带头,将线盘置于沥青中,然后将基带头取下将基带从沥青液中拉出,拉出过程中使用夹板夹紧基带将基带上多余的沥青滤除,将基带晾干,使基带表面包覆有一层沥青层,待沥青凝固后,反复揉搓基带,使基带上沥青层表面裂开产生裂纹,以增加基带整体的柔软程度;
(2)将基带拉直放置于弧形板上,使基带上表面沥青层表面裂纹张开,加热热敏胶至流体状态,向基带上表面均匀涂抹热敏胶,使热敏胶渗入沥青层表面裂纹内,涂抹完成待热敏胶为凝固时,将基带拉直,使沥青层表面裂纹闭合,刮去沥青层表面多余的热敏胶,将基带放置于通风处自然冷却;
(3)将基带卷绕成卷,制成绝缘胶带成品;
