本发明提供了一种压丝载具,其可避免遮挡激光点的情况,从而保证了焊接工艺效果;其包括载具本体,在所述载具本体上沿其长度方向上布置有贯穿的安装口,所述安装口内装配有压丝组件,所述压丝组件包括嵌装在所述安装口内的压块,所述压块上开有通槽,所述通槽内装配有旋转臂,所述旋转臂呈V型,所述旋转臂一端转动连接于所述通槽一端侧壁上,对应所述旋转臂另一端的所述压块顶端面上装有盖板,所述盖板与所述旋转臂另一端之间连接有弹簧。

技术领域
本发明涉及电池片焊接技术领域,具体为一种压丝载具。
背景技术
随着科学技术的发展,工业迅速发展,与此同时,环境的污染也越来越重,为了人类的身体健康,人类无时无刻不在推广绿色环保理念,因此绿色环保理念逐渐深入人心。太阳能作为一种绿色能源,能够节约能源,成本低,正好适应了绿色环保这一趋势,越发普遍并被应用,顺应这一趋势,太阳能光伏板行业蓬勃发展。
太阳能光伏板组件是一种暴露在阳光下便会集热,将光能转换为直流电的发电装置,由几乎全部以半导体物料制成的薄身固体光伏电池片组成。在生产太阳能光伏组件时,需要将多个电池片通过焊带串焊在一起,而在焊接过程中,通常需要通过探针压紧焊带于电池片上,以便于加热焊接,但由于探针是压在焊带的焊点上的,且探针的长度较长,这就会导致遮挡掉激光点,从而影响焊接工艺效果。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种压丝载具,其可避免遮挡激光点的情况,从而保证了焊接工艺效果。
其技术方案是这样的:其特征在于:其包括载具本体,在所述载具本体上沿其长度方向上布置有贯穿的安装口,所述安装口内装配有压丝组件,所述压丝组件包括嵌装在所述安装口内的压块,所述压块上开有通槽,所述通槽内装配有旋转臂,所述旋转臂呈V型,所述旋转臂一端转动连接于所述通槽一端侧壁上,对应所述旋转臂另一端的所述压块顶端面上装有盖板,所述盖板与所述旋转臂另一端之间连接有弹簧。
其进一步特征在于:
所述压块的厚度大于所述载具本体的厚度,所述旋转臂的底端压紧于焊带上焊点两端的边沿处;
所述通槽内分别设有对应所述焊带焊点两端边沿处的所述旋转臂,对应所述旋转臂另一端的所述压块上开设有通孔,对应所述旋转臂处的所述通孔侧端设有开口,所述旋转臂另一端透过所述开口位于所述通孔内;
所述旋转臂一端通过销轴连接于所述通槽一端侧壁上,所述弹簧设置于所述通孔内,所述弹簧的一端连接于所述盖板底端,所述弹簧的另一端连接于所述旋转臂的另一端上;
对所述载具本体施加的压力大于所述弹簧的弹力;
所述焊带上设有定位孔,所述盖板上设有对应所述定位孔的半圆弧槽;
所述载具本体底部两端装有硅胶件;在所述载具本体上开设有定位销孔;相邻的所述压块之间的所述载具本体上开设有观察口;
所述压块呈T型,所述压块的外沿边承托于所述载具本体上,所述压块下部嵌装于所述安装口内。
本发明的有益效果是,其通过设置有载具本体,载具本体与焊带贴合对应,然后压块上的旋转臂分别压紧于焊带的焊点两端,且旋转臂另一端连接有弹簧,则在对载具本体施力而下压过程中,不仅可通过旋转臂底端压紧焊带于电池片上,且可避免遮挡住激光点的情况,从而保证了焊接工艺效果。

具体实施方式
如图1~图5所示,本发明包括载具本体1,在载具本体1上沿其长度方向上布置有贯穿的4个安装口2,每个安装口2内均装配有压丝组件,压丝组件包括嵌装在安装口2内的压块3,压块3上开有通槽4,通槽4内装配有旋转臂5,旋转臂5呈V型,旋转臂5一端转动连接于通槽4一端侧壁上,对应旋转臂5另一端的压块3顶端面上装有盖板6,盖板6与旋转臂5另一端之间连接有弹簧7。
压块3的厚度大于载具本体1的厚度,旋转臂5的底端压紧于焊带8上焊点9两端的边沿处,使得旋转臂5底端压紧焊带8;通槽4内分别设有对应焊带8焊点9两端边沿处的旋转臂5,对应旋转臂5另一端的压块3上开设有通孔10,对应旋转臂5处的通孔10侧端设有开口11,可起到导向的作用,旋转臂5另一端透过开口11位于通孔10内;旋转臂5一端通过销轴12连接于通槽4一端侧壁上,弹簧7设置于通孔10内,弹簧7的一端连接于盖板6底端,弹簧7的另一端连接于旋转臂5的另一端上。
对载具本体1施加的压力略大于弹簧7的弹力,则不仅可实现通过旋转臂5底端压紧焊带8于电池片上,且可防止旋转臂5底端压坏电池片;焊带8上设有定位孔13,盖板6上设有对应定位孔13的半圆弧槽14;载具本体1底部两端装有硅胶件15,起到防滑作用,以便于后续输送工序上输送;在载具本体1上开设有定位销孔16,以便于加热焊接过程中,检测相机通过该定位销孔16实现拍摄而定点定位;相邻的压块3之间的载具本体1上开设有观察口17;压块3呈T型,压块3的外沿边承托于载具本体1上,压块3下部嵌装于安装口2内。
本发明的工作原理是,载具本体1与焊带8对应贴合后,对载具本体1施加压力,两个旋转臂5底端分别压紧于焊带8焊点9的两端边沿处,通过在盖板6与旋转臂5另一端之间连接的弹簧7作用,不仅可通过旋转臂5底端压紧焊带8于电池片上,且可避免遮挡住激光点的情况,从而便于加热焊接,提高了焊接工艺效果,具有较好的使用推广价值。

1.一种压丝载具,其特征在于:其包括载具本体,在所述载具本体上沿其长度方向上布置有贯穿的安装口,所述安装口内装配有压丝组件,所述压丝组件包括嵌装在所述安装口内的压块,所述压块上开有通槽,所述通槽内分别设有对应焊带焊点两端边沿处的旋转臂,所述旋转臂呈V型,所述旋转臂一端通过销轴连接于所述通槽一端侧壁上,对应所述旋转臂另一端的所述压块顶端面上装有盖板,所述盖板与所述旋转臂另一端之间连接有弹簧;所述压块的厚度大于所述载具本体的厚度,所述旋转臂的底端压紧于焊带上焊点两端的边沿处;对应所述旋转臂另一端的所述压块上开设有通孔,对应所述旋转臂处的所述通孔侧端设有开口,所述旋转臂另一端透过所述开口位于所述通孔内;所述弹簧设置于所述通孔内,所述弹簧的一端连接于所述盖板底端,所述弹簧的另一端连接于所述旋转臂的另一端上;对所述载具本体施加的压力大于所述弹簧的弹力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种压丝载具,其特征在于:所述焊带上设有定位孔,所述盖板上设有对应所述定位孔的半圆弧槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种压丝载具,其特征在于:所述载具本体底部两端装有硅胶件;在所述载具本体上开设有定位销孔;相邻的所述压块之间的所述载具本体上开设有观察口。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种压丝载具,其特征在于:所述压块呈T型,所述压块的外沿边承托于所述载具本体上,所述压块下部嵌装于所述安装口内。
