Description

Jatropha curcas oil-based moisturizer and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of plant skin cream, and particularly relates to jatropha curcas oil-based skin cream and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The sebum of human skin mainly contains free fatty acid, triglyceride, wax, mono-glyceride and diglyceride, and the like, so that the sebum can keep the softness and elasticity of the skin, can effectively prevent the skin from drying, and has the function of moistening and protecting the skin. However, human skin is subject to its own factors and environmental factors such as: oxidative stress, cell senescence and telomere, smoking, pollution, intracellular signaling, and skin damage are susceptible to various degrees of damage. Love heart and everyone is! With the progress of society and economy, the quality of life of people is gradually improved, and people begin to consciously perform regular maintenance on themselves. Due to the lipid membrane characteristic of human skin, the lipid membrane can easily absorb substances such as animal oil, vegetable oil, volatile liquid and the like, and the vegetable oil has a certain regulating effect on the respiratory system, the metabolic system, the nervous system and the like of a human body. Along with the gradual improvement of the living quality of people, the skin moistening demand of the skin is more and more, and particularly, the natural skin care idea prevails, so that the natural active substance of the vegetable oil source is popular to the people as a skin care product.
CN107080705A discloses a preparation method of a natural plant essential oil skin-moistening repair liquid, namely, Duji et al use macadamia nut oil, tea tree essential oil, tocopherol acetate, coenzyme and the like in preparation of the natural plant essential oil skin-moistening repair liquid, and the repair liquid is simple to prepare, uniform in quality, good in stability and applicable to various skins. CN106309165A discloses a plant essential oil skin cream and a preparation method thereof, wherein the plant essential oil skin cream mainly comprises borneol, eucalyptus oil, camphor oil, methyl salicylate, clove basil oil, peppermint oil, tea oil, turpentine, camphor, menthol and star anise oil. The plant essential oil skin cream is easy to prepare, rich, smooth, and capable of effectively preventing mosquito bites, relieving skin itch, inhibiting bacteria and diminishing inflammation. The plant essential oil related in the invention has high cost, and the unsaturated fatty acid has unstable unsaturated bonds and is easily influenced by the environment, and the vegetable oil is automatically purified, so that the direct purification and the direct use are realized, the cost can be effectively reduced, the vegetable oil can be directly processed into skin moisturizing products, and the quality of the skin moisturizing products is ensured.
The jatropha curcas is one of main woody oil materials in China, and Liangshan de agriculture bioenergy limited company has 200 ten thousand mu jatropha curcas base in Liangshan, wherein the seed yield is 300 kg/mu, the oil yield is 40-60%, the raw materials are rich, and the cost is low. Through the independently developed purification technology, the jatropha curcas oil can be obtained, and GC-MS analysis confirms that the main fatty acid ester components in the jatropha curcas oil are oleic acid, linoleic acid, palmitic acid and stearic acid, wherein the oleic acid content is 56.63 +/-0.51%, the linoleic acid content is 24.6 +/-0.68%, the palmitic acid content is 11.33 +/-0.49%, and the stearic acid content is 6.18 +/-0.57%, and the stearic acid content accounts for 98.74% of the total content. Among them, oleic acid is a monounsaturated fatty acid, palmitic acid and stearic acid are saturated fatty acids, linoleic acid is a polyunsaturated fatty acid, and a vegetable oil having an unsaturated fatty acid ratio of more than 50% is more easily absorbed by human skin [ gunn, garden. A natural plant skin care product [ J ] Chinese cosmetics, 2017(1):72-72 ], and natural plant sources are more compatible with human bodies, but the invention of the jatropha curcas oil-based moisturizer is not reported at present. By adding other beauty products, the skin cream with the functions of moistening, diminishing inflammation, removing spots, whitening and the like can be prepared.
