背景技术
植物饮料,指的是以植物或植物抽提物为原料如非果蔬类植物的根、茎、叶、花、种子及竹或树木自身分泌的汁液,如谷物、食用菌、食用藻类和蕨类、可可、菊花等经加工或发酵制成的饮料制品,茶、咖啡除外。
青钱柳,胡桃科、青钱柳属植物,别名摇钱树、麻柳,青钱李、山麻柳、山化树。我国南方多省均有发现,多以零星分布。青钱柳乃冰川四纪幸存下来的珍稀树种,仅存于中国。青钱柳被誉为植物界的大熊猫,医学界的第三棵树。
目前,随着社会的不断发展和人们物质生活水平的提高,人体吸收营养物质过剩,加之缺乏身体锻炼,同时由于生态环境、社会环境、个体环境的变化,中国的糖尿病人近三十年呈爆炸式增长,从80年代的0.67%升高到2010年的11.6%,增加了17倍,近年来仍持续增长!为此,针对罹患糖尿病的特殊人群研制一款纯天然的、口感好且又具有辅助降血糖保健功能的植物饮料是目前急需的。

采用如下重量百分比的原料:
青钱柳叶1.0%~1.2%、山楂叶0.08%~0.1%、桑叶0.05%~0.06%、金花茶0.02%~0.025%、罗汉果甜苷0.01%~0.011%、甜菊糖苷0.0017%~0.0019%、纯净水余量;
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将所述青钱柳叶、山楂叶、桑叶、金花茶精捡、原料称量、清洗,备用;
B、将清洗后的原料放入容器中,加纯净水熬制,熬制的压力为0.1MPa~0.15MPa,熬制的时间为1.5小时~2.0小时;
C、将熬制好的物料混合液与纯净水、罗汉果甜苷、甜菊糖苷按比例进行调配;
D、将调配好的混合液进行离心过滤,收集滤液;
E、将滤液先进行高温高压杀菌,然后再高温灌装,在灌装过程中注入适量氮气;
F、最后封盖、翻罐、喷码、再翻罐、喷淋冷却、内压检测、风干、入库。

本发明所述的甜菊糖苷,又名甜菊糖、甜叶菊糖、甜菊苷,是从菊科草本植物甜叶菊的叶、茎中提取的高甜度、低热能的甜昧剂,对人体无副作用的天然产物,对肥胖病、糖尿病、高血压病、心脏病、龋齿等有一定的辅助治疗作用。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1.本发明不仅有青钱柳主体香气、口感甘爽,回味甜润绵长的优点,还同时具有辅助降血糖的保健功能。
2. 本发明在制备过程中,对熬制过程的压力和时间进行限定以及将物料混合液与纯净水和罗汉果甜苷、甜菊糖苷调配后再进行离心过滤,使制备出来的饮料色、香、味均达到最佳。

具体实施方式
以下结合具体实例对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例1
它采用如下重量百分比的原料:
青钱柳叶1.0%、山楂叶0.08%、桑叶0.05%、金花茶0.02%、罗汉果甜苷0.01%、甜菊糖苷0.0017%、纯净水余量;
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将青钱柳叶、山楂叶、桑叶、金花茶精捡,并按上述原料配比进行称量,清洗干净,备用;
B、将清洗后的青钱柳叶、山楂叶、桑叶、金花茶放入容器中,加纯净水熬制,熬制的压力为0.1MPa,熬制的时间为2.0小时;
C、将熬制好的物料混合液与纯净水、罗汉果甜苷、甜菊糖苷按上述原料配比进行调配;
D、将调配好的混合液进行离心过滤,收集滤液;
E、将收集到的滤液在温度为115℃±2℃、压力为0.6MPa的条件下高温高压杀菌,然后在85℃±3℃的温度下灌装,在灌装过程中注入适量氮气;
F、最后封盖、翻罐、喷码、再翻罐、喷淋冷却、内压检测、风干、入库。
实施例2
它采用如下重量百分比的原料:
青钱柳叶1.2%、山楂叶0.1%、桑叶0.06%、金花茶0.025%、罗汉果甜苷0.011%、甜菊糖苷0.0019%、纯净水余量;
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将青钱柳叶、山楂叶、桑叶、金花茶精捡,并按上述原料配比进行称量,清洗干净,备用;
B、将清洗后的青钱柳叶、山楂叶、桑叶、金花茶放入容器中,加纯净水熬制,熬制的压力为0.15MPa,熬制的时间为2.0小时;
C、将熬制好的物料混合液与纯净水、罗汉果甜苷、甜菊糖苷按上述原料配比进行调配;
D、将调配好的混合液进行离心过滤,收集滤液;
E、将收集到的滤液在温度为115℃±2℃、压力为0.8MPa的条件下高温高压杀菌,然后在85℃±3℃的温度下灌装,在灌装过程中注入适量氮气;
F、最后封盖、翻罐、喷码、再翻罐、喷淋冷却、内压检测、风干、入库。
将本发明的产物——青钱柳植物饮料进行检测,其检测结果如附图1、附图2、附图3的检测报告所示。
Claims (7)
1.一种青钱柳植物饮料,其特征在于采用如下重量百分比的原料制成:
青钱柳叶1.0%~1.2%、山楂叶0.08%~0.1%、桑叶0.05%~0.06%、金花茶0.02%~0.025%、罗汉果甜苷0.01%~0.011%、甜菊糖苷0.0017%~0.0019%、纯净水余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的青钱柳植物饮料,其特征在于所述原料中:青钱柳叶1.0%、山楂叶0.08%、桑叶0.05%、金花茶0.02%、罗汉果甜苷0.01%、甜菊糖苷0.0017%、纯净水余量。
3.根据权利要求1所述的青钱柳植物饮料,其特征在于所述原料中:青钱柳叶1.2%、山楂叶0.1%、桑叶0.06%、金花茶0.025%、罗汉果甜苷0.011%、甜菊糖苷0.0019%、纯净水余量。
4.一种青钱柳植物饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:
采用如下重量百分比的原料:
青钱柳叶1.0%~1.2%、山楂叶0.08%~0.1%、桑叶0.05%~0.06%、金花茶0.02%~0.025%、罗汉果甜苷0.01%~0.011%、甜菊糖苷0.0017%~0.0019%、纯净水余量;
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将所述青钱柳叶、山楂叶、桑叶、金花茶精捡、原料称量、清洗,备用;
B、将清洗后的原料放入容器中,加纯净水熬制,熬制的压力为0.1MPa~0.15MPa,熬制的时间为1.5小时~2.0小时;
C、将熬制好的物料混合液与纯净水、罗汉果甜苷、甜菊糖苷按比例进行调配;
D、将调配好的混合液进行离心过滤,收集滤液;
E、将滤液先进行高温高压杀菌,然后再高温灌装,在灌装过程中注入适量氮气;
F、最后封盖、翻罐、喷码、再翻罐、喷淋冷却、内压检测、风干、入库。
5.根据权利要求4所述的青钱柳植物饮料,其特征在于所述原料中:青钱柳叶1.0%、山楂叶0.08%、桑叶0.05%、金花茶0.02%、罗汉果甜苷0.01%、甜菊糖苷0.0017%、纯净水余量。
6.根据权利要求4所述的青钱柳植物饮料,其特征在于所述原料中:青钱柳叶1.2%、山楂叶0.1%、桑叶0.06%、金花茶0.025%、罗汉果甜苷0.011%、甜菊糖苷0.0019%、纯净水余量。
7.根据权利要求4或5或6所述的青钱柳植物饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:E步骤中,所述高温高压杀菌采用的温度为115℃±2℃,压力为0.6MPa~0.8MPa。
