Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
(1) because the EVA hot melt adhesive film and the SIS adhesive are adopted, the bonding strength is greatly improved and can reach 6kg/30mm at most.
(2) the synthetic physical property is excellent, the hand feeling of the formed product is dry and comfortable, the texture of the leather is clear, the moisture absorption and the air permeability are not inferior to the hand feeling of the leather, and the synthetic leather can completely replace PVC, PU artificial leather and leather.
(3) The leather has the characteristics of no quality change under the condition of low temperature of 40 ℃ below zero, wear resistance (under the pressure of 1kg, the wear phenomenon is not obvious after the leather is ground for 1000 turns), and low temperature flexing resistance (the leather has no damage sign after flexing for 5 ten thousand times at the temperature of 40 ℃ below zero).
(4) The synthetic rubber leather adopts a calendering process, so that the bonding strength of the base cloth and the rubber is improved, and on the other hand, the hot melt adhesive film can be used for preventing air pollution caused by coating an adhesive layer in the prior art.

As shown in fig. 1, a low-odor low-temperature-resistant synthetic rubber leather comprises a base fabric layer 1, a hot melt adhesive layer 2, a synthetic rubber layer 3 and a surface layer 4 which are sequentially laminated; the hot melt adhesive layer 2 is an EVA hot melt adhesive layer or an SIS adhesive layer.
The low-odor low-temperature-resistant synthetic rubber leather provided by the invention has the advantages that the bonding strength of the hot melt adhesive bonding layer is high, the bonding firmness of the synthetic rubber leather is improved, the mechanical physical properties of the synthetic leather are improved by the base cloth layer and the surface layer, PVC artificial leather can be replaced on the mechanical properties, and PU artificial leather and real leather can be replaced by skin feeling of the surface layer. Moreover, the synthetic rubber raw material, the hot melt adhesive film and the auxiliary agent do not contain harmful substances such as Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCS), dimethyl formamide (DMF) and the like, and accord with laws and regulations such as Reach, Rohs and the like, so the method has the environmental protection requirements of production process and finished products that the synthetic rubber raw material, the hot melt adhesive film and the auxiliary agent do not contain Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCS), dimethyl formamide and the like. The invention obtains low-temperature performance stability by arranging the hot-melt adhesive layer to match with the base cloth layer and the synthetic rubber layer, for example, the low-temperature performance stability can not be changed at the low temperature of 40 ℃ below zero, and the low-temperature performance stability rubber has excellent performances of low odor, wear resistance, low temperature resistance, flexing resistance, good flexibility and the like, and simultaneously has the production process and the environmental protection requirements of a finished product of the rubber without volatile organic compounds, dimethyl formamide and the like.
Further, the preparation raw materials of the synthetic rubber layer comprise the following raw material components in parts by weight: 70-90 parts of synthetic rubber; 10-30 parts of calcium carbonate; 0.02-0.06 part of light stabilizer; 0.02-0.06 part of antioxidant; 2-6 parts of a cross-linking agent.
Preferably, the synthetic rubber may be 70 parts, 75 parts, 80 parts, 85 parts, 90 parts, etc.
Preferably, the calcium carbonate may be 30 parts, 25 parts, 20 parts, 15 parts, 10 parts, etc.
Preferably, the light stabilizer may be 0.02 parts, 0.03 parts, 0.04 parts, 0.05 parts, 0.06 parts, etc.
Preferably, the antioxidant may be 0.02 parts, 0.03 parts, 0.04 parts, 0.05 parts, 0.06 parts, etc.
Preferably, the crosslinking agent may be 2 parts, 3 parts, 4 parts, 5 parts, 6 parts, and the like.
The invention discloses a preparation method of low-odor low-temperature-resistant synthetic rubber leather, which comprises the following steps of:
(1) Base fabric rubberizing preparation: laminating by using a hot melt adhesive film, heating the base fabric by a hot laminating machine according to the temperature of 120-150 ℃ to reach the laminating temperature condition of the hot melt adhesive film, and laminating the hot melt adhesive film and the base fabric to form a first composite film;
(2) Compounding a synthetic rubber layer: mixing preparation raw materials according to a preparation raw material formula of the synthetic rubber layer, stirring by a calender with ten thousand horsepower to obtain a synthetic rubber micelle, and calendering the synthetic rubber micelle by a four-roll calender at the temperature of 130-180 ℃ to obtain the synthetic rubber layer; the synthetic rubber layer and the first composite film are compounded in a pressing mode to form a second composite film;
(3) PU film treatment: adding PU resin to a coating machine, uniformly coating the PU resin working solution on the surface of the synthetic rubber membrane layer of the second composite membrane, drying by a tunnel type hot air dryer at 90-120 ℃ (such as 90 ℃, 92 ℃, 95 ℃, 98 ℃, 100 ℃, 105 ℃, 110 ℃, 115 ℃ or 120 ℃ and the like), and coiling for later use to obtain the synthetic rubber leather;
(4) And (3) processing by a grain absorbing machine: unreeling the synthetic rubber leather, heating the surface of the synthetic rubber leather, sucking the grains through a grain sucking roller, cooling and rolling to obtain the leather grain synthetic rubber.

(1) Base fabric rubberizing preparation: laminating by using a hot melt adhesive film, heating the base fabric by a hot laminating machine according to the temperature of 120-150 ℃ to reach the laminating temperature condition of the hot melt adhesive film, and laminating the hot melt adhesive film and the base fabric to form a first composite film;
(2) Compounding a synthetic rubber layer: mixing preparation raw materials according to a preparation raw material formula of the synthetic rubber layer, stirring by a calender with ten thousand horsepower to obtain a synthetic rubber micelle, and calendering the synthetic rubber micelle by a four-roll calender at the temperature of 130-180 ℃ to obtain the synthetic rubber layer; the synthetic rubber layer and the first composite film are compounded in a pressing mode to form a second composite film;
(3) PU film treatment: adding PU resin on a coating machine, uniformly coating the PU resin working solution on the surface of the synthetic rubber membrane layer of the second composite membrane, drying by a tunnel type hot air dryer at the temperature of 90-120 ℃, and coiling for later use to obtain synthetic rubber leather;
(4) And (3) processing by a grain absorbing machine: unreeling the synthetic rubber leather, heating the surface of the synthetic rubber leather, sucking the grains through a grain sucking roller, cooling and rolling to obtain the leather grain synthetic rubber.
