Because the vegetable heads are different in size and the thicknesses of the vegetable heads cut into front and rear two pieces are different, in order to adapt to the vegetable heads with different sizes, a spring seat II 43 and a spring II 44 are arranged between a push plate III 41 and a tail end opening and closing rail 627, when the piston rod of a tail end lifting cylinder 40 stretches out, the push plate III 41 moves down to push the spring seat II 43, the spring seat II 43 pushes the spring II 44, the spring II 44 further pushes the tail end opening and closing rail 627 and the tail end lifting rail 616 to integrally move down, a lifting roller 415 walking inside the same is driven to move down, so that a tail end clamping jaw 401 keeps open and descends until the vegetable heads cut into front and rear two pieces on the clamping jaw 401 are contacted with a rear production line, the spring II 44 cannot continuously push the tail end opening and closing rail 627 and the tail end lifting rail 616 to descend, and at the moment, if the push plate III 41 still moves down under the action of the tail end lifting cylinder 40, the spring III 41 and the spring seat II 43 compress the spring II 44 until the push plate III 41 moves down. Namely, when the vegetable heads are different in size, the deformation of the second spring 44 is different, and the second spring 44 can realize the adaptive adjustment of the descending height and the pressing force of the clamping jaw 401 according to the size of the vegetable heads, so that the clamping jaw 401 can press the front and rear vegetable heads on a rear production line, and the vegetable heads are prevented from being crushed.
Referring to fig. 2, the unloading mechanism comprises an unloading cylinder 51 and a pressing block 52, wherein the pressing block 52 is preferably an elastic pressing block, so that the vegetable heads are not easy to crush; the cylinder body of the unloading cylinder 51 is fixedly arranged on the frame 10, the lower end of a piston rod of the unloading cylinder 51 is fixedly connected with a pressing block 52, the pressing block 52 is arranged right above the vegetable head, and the pressing block 52 is used for pressing the vegetable head on a rear production line after the clamping jaw 401 descends and loosening the vegetable head after the clamping jaw 401 ascends. Because the thorn 4013 is arranged on the clamping jaw 401, even if the clamping jaw 401 is opened, the front and rear cabbage heads cannot fall off by themselves, so that the discharging mechanism is arranged, after the pressing block 52 presses the cabbage heads, the clamping jaw 401 is lifted again so as to pull out the thorn 4013 from the cabbage heads, and then the pressing block 52 is lifted again, so that the discharging of the cabbage heads is completed.
Preferably, see fig. 1 to 9, the grabbing components are set to be in a group of three, the grabbing components in the same group act simultaneously, namely, the opening and closing cylinder and the head end lifting cylinder drive the three clamping jaws to lift and open and close simultaneously, the tail end lifting cylinder drives the three clamping jaws to descend simultaneously, and the discharging mechanism is arranged to be six, so that six half vegetable heads can be discharged simultaneously, and the transferring efficiency can be further improved.
The following specifically describes the process of sectioning and transferring preserved szechuan pickle by adopting the device of the invention:
1. the opening and closing cylinder 30 drives the head end opening and closing rail 624 to descend so as to open the clamping jaw 401, then the head end lifting cylinder 20 drives the head end lifting rail 614 to descend together with the opening and closing cylinder 30 so as to enable the clamping jaw 401 to descend in an open state, then the opening and closing cylinder 30 returns, the clamping jaw 401 clamps the vegetable heads, and finally the head end lifting cylinder 20 returns, and the clamping jaw 401 carries the vegetable heads to be conveyed forwards;
2. the cutting blade 501 cuts the vegetable head into front and rear flaps;
3. the clamping jaw 401 automatically opens after walking through the descending rail 626;
4. the tail end lifting cylinder 40 drives the tail end lifting rail 616 and the tail end opening and closing rail 627 to descend together, so that the clamping jaw 401 is kept to descend in an opened state, the vegetable heads on the clamping jaw 401 are pressed on a rear production line, then the pressing block 52 descends to hold the vegetable heads, the tail end lifting cylinder 40 returns to enable the vegetable heads to be separated from the clamping jaw 401, then the pressing block 52 returns to complete cutting and transferring of the vegetable heads, and the continuous cutting and transferring of the vegetable heads can be achieved by repeating the above processes.
