Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating morning stiffness and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Morning stiffness (morning stiffness) is the phenomenon in which a diseased joint experiences stiffness for a longer period of time after standing still, such as a sticky feeling, and gradually diminishes after appropriate activity. It is desirable to find the cause of morning stiffness for targeted treatment. Morning stiffness occurs because when sleep or activity is reduced, the tissues around the affected joint seep or become congested and edema causes the muscle tissues around the joint to be tense, so that the joint is sore and uncomfortable to feel stiff, and as the muscles contract, the edema liquid is absorbed by the lymphatic vessels and venules, and the morning stiffness is relieved. It is usually found in the period of taking endocrine treating medicine and targeting medicine for rheumatoid arthritis, perimenopause and tumor patients. Prolonged morning stiffness, pain, affects the quality of life of the patient. Can be selected from non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, hormone drugs and immunosuppressant for oral treatment. However, the treatment with the above drugs is often drug-dependent, and long-term drug maintenance is required, and there is a possibility of recurrence of the disease by stopping the drug or reducing the drug amount, and effective treatment cannot be achieved.
From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, morning stiffness is caused by the deficiency of yang qi or qi deficiency of patients, which causes dampness and blood stasis to stagnate in channels and collaterals, and different obstruction, and the symptoms are that the joints are not bent and stretched smoothly and the joints are swollen and painful. For warm yang, remove stasis and alleviate pain, it is advisable. At present, a lot of traditional Chinese medicines are used for treating morning stiffness, for example, a patent with publication number of CN1235038A discloses that long-noded pit viper, asarum liaotungi and liquorice are used as raw materials to achieve the purposes of clearing and activating the channels and collaterals quickly and further relieving morning stiffness like wind symptoms. The patent publication No. CN1676156A discloses 15 Chinese herbal medicines including ant, radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, radix Aconiti Preparata, etc., which can treat morning stiffness by invigorating kidney and spleen, promoting blood circulation and removing obstruction in collaterals, dispelling pathogenic wind and removing dampness, and dispelling cold and relieving pain. The patent publication No. CN104758389A discloses that a Chinese medicinal composition prepared from herba Epimedii, radix Clematidis, Agkistrodon, rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong, cortex Cinnamomi, and fructus Xanthii has good therapeutic effect on morning stiffness, restricted activity, etc. Through literature search, no report of the formula of the traditional Chinese medicine composition is found.

In the clinical morning stiffness treatment, the inventor commonly uses the geranium and the glabrous sarcandra herb according to the equal mass ratio to treat morning stiffness symptoms, so that a certain curative effect is achieved. Later observation shows that most patients have yang deficiency constitution, so the cassia twig and the folium artemisiae argyi are added to warm yang and dredge collaterals, and the effect is better. Later observation shows that the patient still has a small amount of pain after the symptom is improved, the blood stasis is considered to occur after long-term illness, if the blood-activating and stasis-resolving medicine is added, the effect is better, for example, pseudo-ginseng, ligusticum wallichii and the like, but the skin temperature of finger joints is slightly higher, the qi stagnation and blood stasis are considered, and the heat is generated after long-term stagnation, so that the lamiophlomis rotata and saffron are finally selected from the blood-activating and stasis-resolving medicine, the blood-activating and stasis-resolving medicine has the best afterview effect.

(2) Mixing the 6 weighed medicinal materials, adding water for decocting for three times, adding 10 times of water by weight of the medicinal materials for decocting for 1 hour for the first time, separating decoction, adding water to the obtained decoction dregs for decocting for the second time, adding 8 times of water by weight of the medicinal materials for decocting for 1 hour, separating the decoction again, adding water by weight of the medicinal materials for decocting for 0.5 hour for the obtained decoction dregs for the third time, separating the decoction again, and combining the decoction obtained by the three times.
(3) Concentrating the decoction under reduced pressure until the relative density is 1.12 at 60 deg.C, refrigerating at 4 deg.C, and standing for 25 hr.
(4) Refrigerating the liquid medicine obtained by standing, filtering, adding water into the obtained filtrate to 500mL, filling, and sterilizing to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine composition.
Comparative example 4
The traditional Chinese medicine composition prepared in the comparative example 3 is applied to a patient clinically diagnosed as morning stiffness, and after the medicine is taken for one week, the skin temperature of the finger joints of the patient is observed to be slightly higher, and the traditional Chinese medicine for activating blood and dissolving stasis is considered to be qi stagnation and blood stasis, heat is generated due to long-term depression and needs to be adjusted. Then, the stigma croci and the radix Lamiophlomidis Rotatae are used as the medicines for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis to replace the pseudo-ginseng and the ligusticum wallichii to prepare the traditional Chinese medicine composition for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, clearing heat and relieving swelling and pain, and the best afterview effect is achieved.
The results of the above examples show that the traditional Chinese medicine composition provided by the invention combines the geranium wilfordii, the glabrous sarcandra herb, the cassia twig, the folium artemisiae argyi, the lamiophlomis rotata and the saffron 6, and has the effects of warming yang, dredging collaterals, promoting blood circulation, removing dampness and relieving pain. Clinical treatment results show that the traditional Chinese medicine composition provided by the invention has the effect of effectively improving morning stiffness symptoms, and has the effect of relieving and eliminating symptoms after 1-3 treatment courses.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
