Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of probiotics, in particular to a probiotic composition and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Probiotics refer to active microorganisms having an excellent influence on humans, animals, and the like. People can protect the intestinal tract of the human body by taking the probiotics, thereby maintaining the normal metabolism of the human body.
With the acceleration of the life rhythm of people, the life and the working pressure of people are increased, so that the eating rule is disturbed, the nutrient intake is disordered, and the intestinal diseases are caused.
the above is only for the purpose of assisting understanding of the technical aspects of the present invention, and does not represent an admission that the above is prior art.
disclosure of Invention
The main object of the present invention is to provide a probiotic composition and a method for preparing the same, wherein the probiotic composition comprises milk bifidobacterium powder, bifidobacterium longum powder, bifidobacterium breve powder lyophilized powder, lactobacillus acidophilus powder and other probiotics, and the content of the probiotics in the human intestinal tract is increased by taking the probiotic composition, so as to prevent intestinal diseases.
The invention provides a probiotic composition for regulating intestinal bacterial colony, which comprises the following components in parts by weight:
4 to 6 portions of bifidobacterium lactis powder, 3 to 5 portions of bifidobacterium longum powder, 4 to 6 portions of bifidobacterium breve powder freeze-dried powder, 30 to 34 portions of oligosaccharide, 3 to 5 portions of lactobacillus acidophilus powder, 15 to 20 portions of skimmed milk powder and 0.01 to 0.05 portion of vitamin.
In one embodiment, the vitamin comprises at least one of vitamin a, vitamin B, vitamin C, vitamin D, and vitamin E.
In one embodiment, the oligosaccharide comprises at least one of isomaltooligosaccharides, fructooligosaccharides, galactooligosaccharides, soy oligosaccharides, raffinose mixed milk sucrose, and xylooligosaccharides.
In one embodiment, the probiotic composition comprises the following components by weight:
5 parts of bifidobacterium lactis powder, 4 parts of bifidobacterium longum powder, 4 parts of bifidobacterium breve powder, 32 parts of oligosaccharide, 4 parts of lactobacillus acidophilus powder, 18 parts of skimmed milk powder and 0.03 part of vitamin.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the probiotic composition, which comprises the following steps:
Weighing 4-6 parts of bifidobacterium lactis powder freeze-dried powder, 3-5 parts of bifidobacterium longum powder freeze-dried powder, 4-6 parts of bifidobacterium breve powder freeze-dried powder, 3-5 parts of lactobacillus acidophilus powder freeze-dried powder, 15-20 parts of skim milk powder, 0.01-0.05 part of vitamin and 30-34 parts of oligosaccharide according to parts by weight;
Mixing the weighed raw materials to obtain a mixed material, adding water into the mixed material, and stirring at the temperature of 5-10 ℃ to obtain a mixed solution;
and (3) placing the mixed solution in a vacuum environment for standing, filtering and separating to dry and crush the separated solid material, and sealing the crushed solid material to obtain the probiotic composition.
In one embodiment, the drying temperature of the solid material is 30 ℃ to 42 ℃.
In one embodiment, the weight of the mixed material is 50 to 80 times of the weight of the water.
In one embodiment, the probiotic composition comprises viable bifidobacterium lactis powder greater than 10 10 CFU/g, viable bifidobacterium longum powder greater than 10 10 CFU/g, viable bifidobacterium breve powder greater than 10 10 CFU/g, and viable lactobacillus acidophilus powder greater than 10 11 CFU/g.
The invention provides a probiotic composition and a preparation method thereof, wherein the probiotic composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 4 to 6 portions of bifidobacterium lactis powder, 3 to 5 portions of bifidobacterium longum powder, 4 to 6 portions of bifidobacterium breve powder freeze-dried powder, 30 to 34 portions of oligosaccharide, 3 to 5 portions of lactobacillus acidophilus powder, 15 to 20 portions of skimmed milk powder and 0.01 to 0.05 portion of vitamin; the various bifidobacteria in the probiotic composition can promote the digestion of food in the large intestine, the lactobacillus can promote the digestion of food in the small intestine, and the bifidobacteria and the lactobacillus can inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria, thereby reducing the generation of endotoxin in a human body and lightening the detoxification burden of the liver; in addition, the bifidobacteria and the lactobacillus acidophilus can promote the absorption of vitamins by human bodies, namely the probiotics can supplement the vitamins required by the human bodies; in addition, the probiotic composition contains oligosaccharide, so that the content of bifidobacterium can be increased, and the probiotic composition is suitable for being taken by diabetics.
Detailed Description
it should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
first, a brief overview of the preparation of probiotic compositions provided by the examples of the present invention is provided.
The preparation method of the probiotic composition provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing 4-6 parts of bifidobacterium lactis powder freeze-dried powder, 3-5 parts of bifidobacterium longum powder freeze-dried powder, 4-6 parts of bifidobacterium breve powder freeze-dried powder, 3-5 parts of lactobacillus acidophilus powder freeze-dried powder, 15-20 parts of skim milk powder, 0.01-0.05 part of vitamin and 30-34 parts of oligosaccharide according to parts by weight, wherein the vitamin comprises at least one of vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin C, vitamin D and vitamin E, and the oligosaccharide comprises at least one of isomaltooligosaccharide, fructooligosaccharide, galactooligosaccharide, soybean oligosaccharide, raffinose mixed lactosucrose and xylooligosaccharide;
