本发明公开了智能控制印刷模切一体机,其特征在于:包括按工作顺序依次设置的放卷部件、纠偏部件、第一柔印部件、反转架、第二柔印部件、第三柔印部件、剥离部件、复合部件、背面圆模切部件、正面圆模切部件、检测部件、分条部件和不停机收卷部件,剥离部件与复合部件的中间设有插标部件。本发明可实现机场行李物流仓储管理的RFID标签的印刷模切一体生产,并实现不上胶带或胶水的不停机收卷,结构简单紧凑,收卷质量好,同时能够通过切刀位置调节以快速适应不同管径纸管的收卷。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及印刷技术领域,具体涉及一种印刷模切一体机。
背景技术
目前市场上,并没有机场行李物流仓储管理的RFID标签的印刷模切一体生产设备,另外,要实现标签生产的不停机收卷,需要在收卷轴的纸管上预先上胶带或胶水,这样换卷过程中被切断的标签能够粘附在刚进入收卷工作的收卷轴纸管上,但上胶带或胶水的工作要有相应机构来完成,所以结构会较为复杂。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是在于提供一种可实现机场行李物流仓储管理的RFID标签的印刷模切一体生产,并实现不上胶带或胶水的不停机收卷,结构简单紧凑,收卷质量好,同时能够通过切刀位置调节以快速适应不同管径纸管收卷的智能控制印刷模切一体机。
本发明是采取如下技术方案来完成的:
智能控制印刷模切一体机,其特征在于:包括按工作顺序依次设置的放卷部件、纠偏部件、第一柔印部件、反转架、第二柔印部件、第三柔印部件、剥离部件、复合部件、背面圆模切部件、正面圆模切部件、检测部件、分条部件和不停机收卷部件,剥离部件与复合部件的中间设有插标部件。
纠偏部件的后面预留除尘工位,检测部件的后面设有作标记部件。
上述技术方案的智能控制印刷模切一体机,可实现机场行李物流仓储管理的RFID标签的印刷模切一体生产,具体工作原理是:标签卷料经放卷部件的放卷及纠偏部件的纠偏后,首先在第一柔印部件处进行反面印刷,然后经反转架的反转,在第二柔印部件处进行标签的正面印刷、在第三柔印部件处进行标签正面印刷的套印,接下来,标签经过剥离部件其上下层被分开,上层从插标部件上方通过,下层从插标部件下方通过,这过程中,插标部件将芯片插接到下层膜的内侧表面,随后在复合部件处标签的上下层重新贴合在一起,再接下来,插入芯片的标签在背面圆模切部件处进行标签背面的模切、在正面圆模切部件处进行标签正面的模切,在上述动作完成后,检测部件对模切的标签进行检测,作标记部件在标签正面喷上标码信息、分条部件将标签进行分条,最后,分条后的标签通过不停机收卷部件进行收卷,进而完成RFID标签的印刷模切一体生产。
作为优选,为实现不上胶带或胶水的不停机收卷,采用了以下技术方案:不停机收卷部件包括收卷转盘,收卷转盘作分度转动设置,收卷转盘上圆周等分安装有A、B、C、D四条收卷轴,左上收卷轴C所在位置为换卷工位,右上收卷轴D所在位置为收卷工位,收卷轴C的右侧下方设有大压辊,大压辊由大压辊气缸推动进行活动,收卷轴C的右侧上方设有小压辊,小压辊由小压辊气缸推动进行活动,对标签进行切断的切刀在大小压辊之间作上下活动设置,切刀的上下活动由切刀气缸进行推动;在切刀对标签进行切断时,小压辊压紧接触收卷轴C上纸管的右上部位,大压辊压紧接触收卷轴C上纸管的右下部位,标签从左往右方向经过大压辊的底部,在绕接大压辊的右半圆周后进入收卷轴C与大压辊之间,随后标签在绕接收卷轴C上纸管的左半圆周后进入收卷轴C与小压辊之间,最后出来绕接到收卷轴D上纸管。
上述技术方案实现不上胶带或胶水的不停机收卷的工作原理是:在进行换卷接料、切刀对标签进行切断时,小压辊压紧接触收卷轴C上纸管的右上部位,大压辊压紧接触收卷轴C上纸管的右下部位,然后切刀动作将标签进行切断,标签被切断的头部由下压辊压着,由于标签被切断的头部非常靠近且朝向收卷轴C上纸管与大压辊的接触部位,所以随着收卷轴C的转动,标签被切断的头部会绕着收卷轴C上纸管进行收卷,而不需预先在纸管表面贴上胶带或涂上胶水,因此省略了现有技术的上胶带或涂胶水机构,使结构变得简单紧凑。
作为优选,切刀气缸安装于升降座上,升降座可上下活动设于调节架上,升降座的上下活动由小压辊气缸推动,小压辊也安装于升降座上,调节架作水平滑移动作,调节架的水平滑移由调节电机通过丝杆螺母结构进行驱动,大压辊、大压辊气缸安装于调节架上。通过上述设计,当更换收卷轴、收卷轴上纸管外径发生变化后,通过改变调节架的位置,使切刀切断标签的位置产生相应改变,这样一来,切刀在切断标签后,标签被切断的头部还是能够保证绕着收卷轴C上的纸管进行收卷,进而快速适应不同管径纸管的不上胶带或胶水的不停机收卷。
作为优选,为提高换卷过程中收卷工作的稳定,保证收卷质量,采用了以下技术方案:收卷转盘的前方设有收卷支承板,收卷支承板转动设于收卷转盘的转盘轴上由锁紧气缸进行锁紧,收卷支承板的转动由长杆气缸推动,收卷支承板的顶端安装有对收卷轴的外悬轴端进行支托的活动托块,活动托块的活动由安装于收卷支承板上的托块气缸进行推动。通过上述设计,当切刀切断标签、标签开始在收卷轴C上纸管进行收卷时,活动托块松开对收卷轴D轴端的支托,同时长杆气缸拉动收卷支承板向收卷轴C方向进行转动,当转动到位后,活动托块对收卷轴C的外悬轴端进行支托,同时锁紧气缸将收卷支承板锁紧在收卷转盘的转盘轴上,接下来,收卷转盘作分度转动,原先换卷工位的收卷轴C随分度转盘转动到收卷工位,收卷支承板也同步转动,使换卷收卷的过程中,收卷支承板顶部的活动托块始终保持对收卷轴C的外悬轴端的支托,从而使换卷过程中的收卷工作稳定,保证收卷质量。

具体实施方式
如图所示,本发明的智能控制印刷模切一体机,包括按工作顺序依次设置的放卷部件1、纠偏部件2、第一柔印部件4、反转架5、第二柔印部件6、第三柔印部件7、剥离部件8、复合部件10、背面圆模切部件11、正面圆模切部件12、检测部件13、作标记部件14、分条部件15和不停机收卷部件16,剥离部件8与复合部件10的中间设有插标部件9,纠偏部件2的后面预留除尘工位3。
不停机收卷部件16包括收卷转盘25,收卷转盘25作分度转动设置,收卷转盘25固定安装于转盘轴26上,收卷转盘25上圆周等分安装有A、B、C、D四条收卷轴,左上收卷轴C所在位置为换卷工位,右上收卷轴D所在位置为收卷工位,收卷轴C的右侧下方设有大压辊24,大压辊24由大压辊气缸22推动进行活动,收卷轴C的右侧上方设有小压辊21,小压辊21由小压辊气缸34推动进行上下活动,与小压辊21作同步上下动作的还有前挡35,对标签进行切断的切刀20在大压辊24、小压辊21之间作上下活动设置,切刀20的上下活动由切刀气缸31进行推动,切刀气缸31、小压辊21、前挡35安装于升降座32上,升降座32通过导柱33导向可上下活动设于调节架19上,升降座32的上下活动由小压辊气缸34推动,小压辊气缸34安装于调节架19上,调节架19作水平滑移动作,调节架19的水平滑移由调节电机17通过丝杆18螺母结构进行驱动,大压辊24、大压辊气缸22安装于调节架19上。收卷转盘25的前方设有收卷支承板28,收卷支承板28转动设于转盘轴26上由锁紧气缸27进行锁紧,收卷支承板28的转动由长杆气缸23推动,收卷支承板28的顶端安装有对收卷轴的外悬轴端进行支托的活动托块30,活动托块30的活动由安装于收卷支承板28上的托块气缸29进行推动。在切刀对标签进行切断时(图2所示),小压辊压紧接触收卷轴C上纸管(纸管未画出)的右上部位,大压辊压紧接触收卷轴C上纸管的右下部位,标签从左往右方向经过大压辊的底部,在绕接大压辊的右半圆周后进入收卷轴C与大压辊之间,随后标签在绕接收卷轴C上纸管的左半圆周后进入收卷轴C与小压辊之间,最后出来绕接到收卷轴D上纸管(纸管未画出)。

1.智能控制印刷模切一体机,其特征在于:包括按工作顺序依次设置的放卷部件、纠偏部件、第一柔印部件、反转架、第二柔印部件、第三柔印部件、剥离部件、复合部件、背面圆模切部件、正面圆模切部件、检测部件、分条部件和不停机收卷部件,剥离部件与复合部件的中间设有插标部件;不停机收卷部件包括收卷转盘,收卷转盘作分度转动设置,收卷转盘上圆周等分安装有A、B、C、D四条收卷轴,左上收卷轴C所在位置为换卷工位,右上收卷轴D所在位置为收卷工位,收卷轴C的右侧下方设有大压辊,大压辊由大压辊气缸推动进行活动,收卷轴C的右侧上方设有小压辊,小压辊由小压辊气缸推动进行活动,对标签进行切断的切刀在大小压辊之间作上下活动设置,切刀的上下活动由切刀气缸进行推动;在切刀对标签进行切断时,小压辊压紧接触收卷轴C上纸管的右上部位,大压辊压紧接触收卷轴C上纸管的右下部位,标签从左往右方向经过大压辊的底部,在绕接大压辊的右半圆周后进入收卷轴C与大压辊之间,随后标签在绕接收卷轴C上纸管的左半圆周后进入收卷轴C与小压辊之间,最后出来绕接到收卷轴D上纸管。
2.如权利要求1所述的智能控制印刷模切一体机,其特征在于:纠偏部件的后面预留除尘工位,检测部件的后面设有作标记部件。
3.如权利要求1所述的智能控制印刷模切一体机,其特征在于:切刀气缸安装于升降座上,升降座可上下活动设于调节架上,升降座的上下活动由小压辊气缸推动,小压辊也安装于升降座上,调节架作水平滑移动作,调节架的水平滑移由调节电机通过丝杆螺母结构进行驱动,大压辊、大压辊气缸安装于调节架上。
4.如权利要求1所述的智能控制印刷模切一体机,其特征在于:收卷转盘的前方设有收卷支承板,收卷支承板转动设于收卷转盘的转盘轴上由锁紧气缸进行锁紧,收卷支承板的转动由长杆气缸推动,收卷支承板的顶端安装有对收卷轴的外悬轴端进行支托的活动托块,活动托块的活动由安装于收卷支承板上的托块气缸进行推动。
