Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of daily-use chemical industry, and particularly relates to agilawood essential oil essence and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Human skin is composed of three parts, namely the superficial part (epidermis), the dermis and the deep part (subcutaneous tissue).
Hyperpigmentation of pigment in a specific area of the skin, which makes the skin color of the area darker than that of the surrounding area, forms spots, and the common spot types include chloasma, freckle, inflammatory pigmentation and the like. Among them, chloasma is a pigmentation phenomenon commonly seen in middle-aged women, and is expressed as symmetrical flaky light brown or dark brown pigmentation spots on the cheek, the pathogenesis of which is not completely clear, and the current research shows that the levels of sunlight and sex hormones are main factors, and the chloasma can also be caused by skin barrier dysfunction, certain medicines, chronic diseases, genetic factors, skin microecological imbalance, heavy metal contact and the like.

Examples of the experiments
the hair on the left side of the back of a mouse is removed, the mouse is depilated by a sodium sulfide solution, and the skin of the mouse in a 1.5cm square is exposed and depilated once a week. The muscle of hind limb was injected daily with progesterone solution 2ml/kg body mass for 6 days per week. The skin is irradiated with ultraviolet rays with a wavelength of 320nm for 30min every day, and the distance between the light source and the skin of the mouse is about 20-30 cm. The change of the skin of the mouse is observed every day, the molding time is 28 days, and 110 mice with chloasma symptoms are screened.
The mice were divided into 11 groups of 10 mice each, and the skin area was coated daily with serum, covered with a paper sheet, and then fixed appropriately with medical tape. After 28 days of application, each group of mice was sacrificed and the number of melanocytes and the average optical density of melanocytes were measured on the skin of the exposed portion.
Another 10 mice showing chloasma symptoms were used as blanks.
TABLE 1 skin melanocyte State
as can be seen from table 1, examples 4 to 6 all have a certain effect of relieving chloasma, and compared with the comparative example, the number of melanocytes and the average optical density value thereof are both significantly smaller than those of the comparative example and the blank, and the optical density of the melanocytes and the melanocytes is significantly lower than those of the other examples and comparative examples, which indicates that the mixed use of agilawood, plant extract and fermentation product produces a certain synergistic effect, so that the quality of skin is improved together, and the amount of melanin is reduced.
Example 1 is a better embodiment, the number of people is improved most, and the improvement degree of chloasma is higher; the components in the embodiment 2 are less in dosage, and the effect of improving the chloasma is still remarkable compared with the effect of a comparative example, which shows that the effect of the fermentation product containing the agilawood essential oil and the plant extract on the aspect of improving the chloasma is extremely important; the comparative example adopts no agilawood essential oil, so that the user has poor response and the improvement effect on chloasma is not obvious; it is shown that only the combination of the agilawood essential oil and the plant extract can produce good effect of improving the skin.
The embodiments 7 to 9 respectively only contain two of the plant extract, the yeast fermentation product and the bacillus, and have a considerable difference with the embodiment 4, and the effect of improving chloasma is poor, which indicates that the combination of the plant extract, the yeast fermentation product, the bacillus fermentation product and the agilawood essential oil has an important effect of improving the quality of skin. The yeast fermentation products in the examples 10 to 14 are a mixture of 4 of 5 fermentation products, and the effect of improving chloasma is stronger than that of the examples 7 to 9 but still weaker than that of the examples 1 to 3, which shows that the combination of the 5 yeast fermentation products can bring about a remarkable effect of improving chloasma.
The above detailed description is specific to possible embodiments of the present invention, and the above embodiments are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all equivalent implementations or modifications that do not depart from the scope of the present invention should be included in the present claims.
