本发明属于化妆品技术领域，特别是涉及一种海参面膜，及一种海参面膜的加工方法。
背景技术
随着生活压力的增加、睡眠不足、作息不规律、环境污染的加重等各种因素造成了人们的皮肤问题，如皮肤干燥、老化、色斑、皱纹等，人们对皮肤的护理越来越重视，由于使用方便、安全、不刺激皮肤，面膜在化妆品市场中占据越来越重要的地位。
海参已经被证明富含天然胶原蛋白、多肽、神经鞘氨醇、皂甙、粘多糖、多种维生素、18种人体需要的氨基酸以及铁、磷、锰、硒、碘、钙、镁、锌等矿物质，共计50多种营养成分。海参胶原蛋白不同于其他动物胶原蛋白，它是羟基赖氨酸的糖肽类物质，而且糖基化的羟基赖氨酸都位于GLy-x-y三肽的y位置，且分布于整个肽链，这与脊椎动物皮肤中的胶原蛋白是不同的，从体壁上皮组织中分离得亮、辅、丝、精氨酸等组成的五肽(其中个别氨基酸是D型结构)相对分子量是568.1，具有抗炎的活性，这个是其他胶原蛋白所没有的。
虽然海参的营养成分可以起到保护皮肤、延缓衰老的作用，但是，传统的海参面膜在生产加工过程中，对海参营养成分提取率较低，营养损失多，海参原料经过多次酶解加热，加热不均匀，局部过热会导致海参多糖、海参肽等活性物质发生变性分解。因此，实际上海参含有的活性成分得不到很好的提取利用，生产的面膜功能性就大大降低了。
因此，有必要提供一种具有高海参营养利用率的功能性强的海参面膜及其生产加工方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种海参面膜及其加工方法，具有较高的海参营养利用率，营养成分丰富，具有补水功能，易于吸收利用，可更有效地起到保护皮肤、延缓衰老的作用。

海参提取物的提取：将超微海参熟粉加入适量水并加热至35-45℃，调节pH值6.5-7.0，再加入适量复合食品级蛋白酶，搅拌均匀，酶解2-3h，酶解后加热至80℃灭酶10-15min；再通过截留分子量10000Da的超滤膜进行超滤后，将滤液冷冻干燥制得海参提取物；
原料混合：按比例将水、甘油、卡波姆、海参提取物、黄芩根提取物、光果甘草根提取物、芦荟提取物和母菊花提取物加入配料釜内进行均质反应，加热至80-85℃，保温搅拌15-25min；再降温至45℃，按比例加入羟乙基纤维素、透明质酸钠、维生素E、甘草酸二钾、三乙醇胺、薰衣草油、羟苯甲酯、甲基异噻唑啉酮，保温搅拌15-25min，得到面膜液；
成品加工：将所述面膜液降温至35℃取样送化验室检测，合格后过滤得滤液，静置冷却后浸入面膜贴，杀菌、密封包装即得海参面膜。
进一步地，所述黄芩根提取物、光果甘草根提取物、芦荟提取物、母菊花提取物的制备方法为：按1：(10-30)的量将对应原料干粉分别加入60℃-90℃纯水中搅拌提取，将提取液离心、过滤，再将滤渣加入60℃纯水中搅拌提取，再离心、过滤后将两次滤液合并，消毒，得到对应原料的提取物。
上述成分中，海参提取物包括通过超微海参粉提取出的海参多肽、海参多糖、海参皂苷，海参细胞破碎后细胞内的天然胶原蛋白、多肽、多种酸性粘多糖、多种维生素等活性成分完全释放出来，通过酶解、过滤得到较好的利用，制成面膜液营养成分丰富，同时，配合多种天然植物提取精华，补水效果较佳，易于人体皮肤进行营养吸收。

成品加工：将面膜液降温至35℃取样送化验室检测，检测标准参照《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015年版)，合格后过滤得滤液，静置冷却后浸入面膜贴，杀菌：面膜贴需要在高温高压炉120℃下消毒处理25-30min，面膜液需要在紫外线照射杀菌25-35min、密封包装即得海参面膜。

制备超微海参粉：将海参洗净刨开并保留体壁和消化肠道，在-5℃至-16℃下真空冷冻干燥至含水量在6-10％，再加入粉碎机粉碎得到40目初粉；将初粉在-5℃至-16℃下真空冷冻干燥至含水量在2-5％，之后将初粉加入气流破壁机进行气流细胞破壁，得到粒径在1-10μm的超微海参粉；
海参提取物的提取：将超微海参熟粉加入适量水并加热至35-45℃，调节pH值6.5-7.0，再加入适量复合食品级蛋白酶，搅拌均匀，酶解2-3h，酶解后加热至80℃灭酶10-15min；再通过截留分子量10000Da的超滤膜进行超滤后，将滤液冷冻干燥制得海参提取物；
原料混合：按比例将水、甘油、卡波姆、海参提取物、黄芩根提取物、光果甘草根提取物、芦荟提取物和母菊花提取物加入配料釜内进行均质反应，加热至80-85℃，保温搅拌15-25min；再降温至45℃，按比例加入羟乙基纤维素、透明质酸钠、维生素E、甘草酸二钾、三乙醇胺、薰衣草油、羟苯甲酯、甲基异噻唑啉酮，保温搅拌15-25min，得到面膜液；
成品加工：将所述面膜液降温至35℃取样送化验室检测，合格后过滤得滤液，静置冷却后浸入面膜贴，杀菌、密封包装即得海参面膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种海参面膜，其特征在于，所述海参提取物是指海参胶原蛋白肽、海参多糖、海参皂苷中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种海参面膜，其特征在于，所述黄芩根提取物、光果甘草根提取物、芦荟提取物、母菊花提取物的制备方法为：按1：(10-30)的量将对应原料干粉分别加入60℃-90℃纯水中搅拌提取，将提取液离心、过滤，再将滤渣加入60℃纯水中搅拌提取，再离心、过滤后将两次滤液合并，消毒，得到对应原料的提取物。
