本发明提供一种墙面生态装饰材料,包括护墙板整体,所述护墙板包括生态装饰板壳,所述生态装饰板壳内部设置有若干块生态砂砖,若干个所述砂砖之间和砂砖与生态装饰板壳之间设置有生态水泥,所述生态装饰板壳表面涂覆有生态涂层,其制作方式为,将若干块生态砂砖采用生态水泥粘接并且采用生态装饰板进行贴合,使生态装饰板形成壳状将生态砂砖进进行包裹,然后在生态装饰壳表面喷涂上上抬涂层,制备得到护墙板整体。本发明通过采用生态装饰板壳、生态砂砖、生态水泥和生态涂层制备得到护墙板整体,从而有效的使装修达到环保的特性,减小对环境的破坏,起到保护环境的作用,增加废料再利用效率,达到节能环保的特性。

然而,随着全球经济的快速发展,环境破坏与能源短缺问题日益严重,我国作为高能耗的发展中国家,面临十分严峻的能源形势。提倡“绿色”节能环保装修,大力发展生态建材,成为了建筑装饰装修发展的必然趋势。本文首先对生态建筑装饰材料的主要特征进行了分析,进而阐述了生态建筑材料在装饰装修中的应用价值。

优选的,所述生态装饰板壳采用三层夹芯结构,依次为上层、中间层和下层,其中中间层为支撑层,厚度为8-20mm,所述上层和下层同为增强层,其厚度均为1-2mm。
优选的,所述中间层的配方重量份数为:热塑性树脂30份、木质纤维粉60份、发泡剂8份、辅料10份,其制作方法为:
S1:选择颗粒大小为0.154mm-0.180mm木质纤维粉末,热塑性树脂选用PVC材料,按照配比混炼,然后输送至高速搅拌机中,搅拌20-30min至混合均匀;
S2:将混合物料注入锥形双螺杆挤出机中,使其塑化及微发泡,其温度控制在110度,时间为15-20min;
S3:将步骤S2中的原料输送至双滚延压机开炼延压成厚度为9-22mm板材,时间为1-5min;
S4:输送至冷压机冷却定型,时间为20-30min;
S5:输送至纵横切割机,根据需要的尺寸进行剪切,制备得到成品。

S1原料预处理:将铸造旧砂通过干式磁选机将旧砂中的铁除去,石硝经过破碎机将粒径控制在10mm以下,生石灰在回旋式消化器中进行消化,轮碾粉煤灰使其充分水解生成的Ca(OH)2与粉煤灰产生预水化反应,提高混合物的可塑性,改善坯体的成型性能,还可以防止在蒸压过程中,因石灰消化引起的体积膨胀使砖导致砖坯胀裂,同时,轮碾又使粉煤灰在碱性介质中的潜在活性得以被激发,排除多孔结构中的空气,使各种不同成分互相渗透。混合搅拌和轮碾的共同结果可改善和提高砖的质量;
S2压制成型:将混合原料经过皮带输送机送入料仓,经压砖机压制成型后变成砖坯,成型的大小为长150mm,厚度为20mm,成型压力一般在10MPa,成型水分是砖坯成型的重要参数,若成型水分过小,混合料可塑性差,成型时的摩擦力大,从而极限成型压力减小,导致成型后的砖坯:密实度差,容易产生缺棱掉角;若成型水分过高,成型时易泌水粘模,使砖坯变软,初始强度较低,放码时容易变形,影响砖的耐久性和强度;
S3码坯静停:成型好的砖坯码放在蒸养小车上,送至静停线进行编组静停静停的作用是让砖坯中多余的水分蒸发一部分,使砖坯在蒸压养护之前达到一定的初始强度,以便在蒸压养护时能抵御因温度变化产生的力,防止砖坯有裂纹;
S4蒸压养护成型:砖坯在蒸压釜内养护分为排空、升温、升压、恒温四个阶段,蒸压养护时间为10-12h,恒压压力为1.0-1.2Mpa,从蒸压釜中取出进行摆放,烘干当恒压压力由0.8MPa.上升到1.0MPa时试件的抗压强度可增加近-"倍。温度升高,水化产物中的托勃莫来石含量增加,当托勃莫来石与水化硅酸钙凝胶达到最佳比例时,能同时满足强度和收缩的要求。
进一步的,在上述技术方案中,所述生态水泥4的配方重量份数为:硅酸盐水泥100份、粉煤灰67份、河砂30份、聚羧酸减水剂6份和PVA纤维20份,其制备方法为:
将硅酸盐水泥、粉煤灰、河砂和聚羧酸减水剂放入反应釜中慢速干拌2min,使各组分混合均匀,加水快速搅拌5min,以获得均匀的流动浆体,缓慢加入PVA纤维,快速搅拌2min,确保PVA纤维均匀分散,达到一定的粘度,制备得到生态水泥4。
进一步的,在上述技术方案中,所述生态涂层5的配方重量份数为:乙二醇30份、粉体250份、分散剂3份、增稠剂6份、润湿剂2份、消泡剂4份、成膜助剂15份、PH值调节剂11份和苯丙乳液200份,其制备方法为:先将粉体、分散剂、水、增调剂、润湿剂、消泡剂、成膜助剂和PH值调节剂投入到分散釜中,高速搅拌进行分散,制得白浆,然后打入调漆釜中,接着向调漆釜中投入乳液、分散剂、助剂、水等进行搅拌调漆,制备得到生太涂料。
进一步的,在上述技术方案中,所述粉体为钛白粉、立得粉、重钙、轻钙或滑石粉中的一种。

Claims (1)

1.一种墙面生态装饰材料,包括护墙板整体(1),其特征在于:所述护墙板包括生态装饰板壳(2),所述生态装饰板壳(2)内部设置有若干块生态砂砖(3),若干块所述生态砂砖(3)之间与生态装饰板壳(2)之间均设置有生态水泥(4),所述生态装饰板壳(2)表面涂覆有生态涂层(5),其制作方式为,将若干块生态砂砖(3)采用生态水泥(4)粘接并且采用生态装饰板进行贴合,使生态装饰板形成壳状将生态砂砖(3)进行包裹,然后在生态装饰板壳(2)表面喷涂上生态涂层(5),制备得到护墙板整体(1);
所述生态装饰板壳(2)采用三层夹芯结构,依次为上层(6)、中间层(7)和下层(8),其中中间层(7)为支撑层,厚度为8-20mm,所述上层(6)和下层(8)同为增强层,其厚度均为1-2mm;
所述中间层(7)的配方重量份数为:热塑性树脂30份、木质纤维粉60份、发泡剂8份、辅料10份,其制作方法为:
S1:选择颗粒大小为0.154mm-0.180mm木质纤维粉末,热塑性树脂选用PVC材料,按照配比混炼,然后输送至高速搅拌机中,搅拌20-30min至混合均匀;
S2:将混合物料注入锥形双螺杆挤出机中,使其塑化及微发泡,其温度控制在110度,时间为15-20min;
S3:将步骤S2中的原料输送至双滚延压机开炼延压成厚度为9-22mm板材,时间为1-5min;
S4:输送至冷压机冷却定型,时间为20-30min;
S5:输送至纵横切割机,根据需要的尺寸进行剪切,制备得到成品;
所述上层(6)和下层(8)的配方重量份数比为:热塑性树脂30份、木质纤维粉30份、石灰石粉35份、矿石颜料2份,其制作方法为:
S1:将上层(6)和下层(8)所需要的原料,输送至另一台高速搅拌机,搅拌20-30min至混合均匀;
S2:加入矿石颜料再次搅拌,注入锥形双螺杆挤出机,使其充分塑化,温度为110度,时间为15-20min;
S3:输送至双滚延压机开炼延压成厚度为1-2mm板材,时间为1-5min;
S4:输送至冷压机冷却成型;
S5:输送至纵横切割机,根据需要的尺寸进行剪切,制备得到成品;
S6:将制备得到的上层(6)和下层(8)分别放在中间层(7)的上部和下部,输送至热压机中,进行热压,然后输送至冷却机中,冷却成型,输送至纵横切割机,根据需要的尺寸进行剪切,制备得到生态装饰板壳(2)成品;
所述生态砂砖(3)的配方重量份数为:铸造旧砂100份、粉煤灰20份、生石灰70份、石硝10份和外加剂5份,其制作方法为:

S2压制成型:将混合原料经过皮带输送机送入料仓,经压砖机压制成型后变成砖坯,成型的大小为长150mm,厚度为20mm,成型压力在10MPa;
S3码坯静停:成型好的砖坯码放在蒸养小车上,送至静停线进行编组静停;
S4蒸压养护成型:砖坯在蒸压釜内养护分为排空、升温、升压、恒温四个阶段,蒸压养护时间为10-12h,恒压压力为1.0-1.2Mpa,从蒸压釜中取出进行摆放,烘干;
所述生态水泥(4)的配方重量份数为:硅酸盐水泥100份、粉煤灰67份、河砂30份、聚羧酸减水剂6份和PVA纤维20份,其制备方法为:
