After at least partial clothes to be washed are placed between the ultrasonic wave generating device 6 and the washing tank 7, the clothes to be washed are soaked by the washing liquid in the washing tank 7, and the clothes can be completely soaked or partially soaked; the upper surface of the soaked clothes to be washed is contacted with the ultrasonic generating device of the ultrasonic generating device 6, when the ultrasonic generating device 6 works, the stains of the clothes to be washed and the ultrasonic generating device generate resonance, the resonance can directly reach the deep layer of the clothes fiber, and stubborn stains on the surface and the deep layer of the clothes can fall off along with the resonance of the ultrasonic vibration wave, so that the effect of removing the stains is better.
The clothes do not need to be completely soaked in the cleaning tank 7, and only need to be contacted with the ultrasonic wave generating device of the ultrasonic wave generating device 6 after being soaked to achieve resonance, so that the effect of thorough cleaning is achieved. Because the scheme only needs to soak the clothes, the ultrasonic wave generating device does not need to be placed in liquid to generate resonance, only a small amount of liquid is needed, the needed cleaning tank 7 is shallow, and the depth of the cleaning tank is only needed to be larger than that of the thicker clothes. Therefore, the volume of the cleaning tank 7 is very small, and a good cleaning effect can be achieved only by a small amount of water, so that the occupied space can be saved, the water consumption can be greatly saved, and the cleaning process is convenient and fast.
The ultrasonic wave generating means of the ultrasonic wave generating means 6 is in contact with or has a certain distance from the liquid level in the washing tub 7, said distance being such that at least the lower surface of the laundry is in contact with the liquid level of the washing liquid when the upper surface of the laundry is in contact with the ultrasonic wave generating means.
The liquid level of this scheme can be the liquid level of the fixed height that reaches after washing liquid that sets for gets into washing tank 7, and the height of liquid level can be set for according to the specification size of washing tank 7.
When the ultrasonic wave generating means of the ultrasonic wave generating means 6 is brought into contact with the liquid surface in the cleaning tank 7, the laundry is completely soaked in the cleaning tank 7 while the upper surface of the laundry is brought into contact with the ultrasonic wave generating means. When the ultrasonic wave generating device 6 works, the ultrasonic wave vibration directly reaches the clothes, so that the consumption of the ultrasonic wave is reduced, meanwhile, the high-frequency ultrasonic wave generated by the ultrasonic wave vibrates the liquid soaked in the clothes to be washed, a plurality of tiny high-frequency bubbles are generated, and the tiny bubbles continuously hit the surface and the inner layer of the clothes to be washed to generate resonance with stains on the surface and the inner layer of the clothes to be washed, so that the stains fall off.
When the ultrasonic wave generating device of the ultrasonic wave generating device 6 has a certain distance with the liquid level in the washing tank 7, the distance needs to be the largest enough to allow the lower surface of the laundry to contact with the liquid level of the washing liquid when the upper surface of the laundry contacts with the ultrasonic wave generating device. Therefore, the clothes to be washed can be ensured to be continuously soaked in the washing liquid, so that resonance is achieved during ultrasonic work, and the washing effect is achieved.
Example 3
The present embodiment is different from embodiment 2 in that, as shown in fig. 1 and 3 and fig. 6, the ultrasonic wave generating device of the present embodiment is connected with the cleaning tank through a movable connecting device, so that at least two different relative positions between the ultrasonic wave generating device 6 and the cleaning tank 7 are realized. As shown in fig. 6, the ultrasonic wave generating device 6 and the cleaning tank 7 in the present embodiment are connected by the rotatable device 5. The ultrasonic wave generating device has a first working position which is positioned right above the projection of the cleaning tank and is shown in figure 1, and a second working position which is formed by rotating the ultrasonic wave generating device around the rotatable device and has an included angle with the cleaning tank and is shown in figure 6.
The arrangement enables the ultrasonic wave generating device to have more new choices when the clothes are pre-washed, when large clothes exist, the ultrasonic wave generating device can be positioned at the second working position through the rotation of the rotatable connecting device, and the ultrasonic wave generating device 6 and the washing tank 7 are staggered mutually at the moment, so that the pre-washing operation of the clothes can be more conveniently processed.
In other embodiments, the movable connecting device is a lifting device, the ultrasonic wave generating device has a third working position which is lowered below the liquid level of the washing liquid in the washing tank, and the ultrasonic wave generating device is lifted to a fourth working position which is above the liquid level of the washing liquid in the washing tank. The thickness of the clothes to be pre-washed can be selected correspondingly, so that the ultrasonic pre-washing function can be performed more conveniently by a user.
Example 4
This embodiment is complementary to the installation position and the movement pattern of the ultrasonic cleaning apparatus in embodiments 1 to 3. In this embodiment, for the convenience of the user, the ultrasonic washing device is installed on the upper portion of the washing machine or in the casing of the washing machine through the movable mechanism, and the movable mechanism is connected with the casing of the washing machine in a rotatable manner, or in a push-pull manner, or in a liftable manner, so as to drive the ultrasonic washing device to be exposed for ultrasonic washing or to be retracted and hidden. The movable mechanism can be manually operated by a user to push and pull, or turn over, or lift; or automatically ejected by the control of the washing machine to carry out ultrasonic washing.
In a further scheme, an opening is arranged on a shell of the washing machine, the movable mechanism is movably arranged at the opening, and the ultrasonic wave generating device is fixed on the movable mechanism; the movable mechanism drives the ultrasonic washing device to extend out of the opening, or the movable mechanism enables the ultrasonic washing device to be taken into the washing machine from the opening, and the movable mechanism covers the opening and forms a flat surface with the washing machine.
The opening is provided at a position having a certain installation space and facilitating an operation according to an internal structure and space of the washing machine. The opening needs to be larger than the size of the ultrasonic cleaning device to facilitate installation. The movable mechanism is movably connected with a shell or a tray of the washing machine in or around the opening, the ultrasonic washing device is fixed on one side of the movable mechanism facing the opening, and the movable mechanism can drive the ultrasonic washing device to extend out of the opening when moving. The movable mechanism can be a movable plate, a movable bracket, a box body and the like, and after being retracted, the movable mechanism can cover the opening to form a complete surface with the shell or the tray seat of the washing machine, so that the integrity and the attractiveness of the appearance of the washing machine can be maintained.
In a preferred embodiment, a space for accommodating the ultrasonic washing device is reserved on the control panel seat of the washing machine, and the opening is arranged corresponding to the space. The specific setting mode provides the following:
in the scheme 1, the opening is arranged on the inner ring of the disc seat, and the ultrasonic washing device extends out or turns over towards the direction of the washing barrel to carry out ultrasonic washing.
The opening setting of this scheme is at the inner circle of dish seat, and ultrasonic washing device stretches out the back, directly is located the top of washtub, so, among the ultrasonic cleaning process or wash the completion back, in the washtub can directly be discharged to the washing liquid in the washing tank, need not additionally set up again and discharge the pipeline, inside the washtub was directly arranged in to the clothing, can take out after local washing, also conveniently carries out whole washing, can not influence the outside environment of washing machine.
And in the scheme 2, the opening is arranged on the outer ring of the disc seat, and the ultrasonic washing device stretches out or turns over towards the outer side of the washing machine to carry out ultrasonic washing.
The opening of the scheme is arranged on the outer ring of the disc seat, and the ultrasonic washing device is positioned outside the washing machine after extending out of the opening, so that the space for ultrasonic washing is large. The washing tank of the scheme can be connected with the inside of the washing barrel or a drain pipe of the washing machine through a pipeline and is used for draining washing liquid. In addition, the washing machine with the scheme can be provided with hooks at proper positions for hanging net bags and other parts which are used for placing clothes and do not need to be washed.
And 3, the opening faces upwards, and the ultrasonic washing device can be lifted upwards and extended out to carry out ultrasonic washing.
The opening of this scheme is up, and the moving mechanism upwards releases ultrasonic washing device, can also play the effect of support, and ultrasonic washing can be more steady, also can reduce vibrations.
According to the further scheme, the cavity used for containing the ultrasonic washing device is arranged in the opening, the inner peripheral wall of the cavity is provided with the damping isolation layer, the ultrasonic washing device is placed in the damping isolation layer when hidden, and the influence of the vibration of the washing machine on the ultrasonic washing device is reduced or avoided. The shock attenuation isolation layer can be made by flexible material, perhaps for the damping spring layer, sets up a plurality of damping spring all around.
In a further scheme, the washing machine is provided with a main water inlet pipeline which is used for feeding water into a washing barrel of the washing machine and feeding water into a detergent box of the washing machine, so that detergent, softener and the like in the detergent box are brought into the washing barrel to clean the whole piece of clothes. The main water inlet pipeline is arranged at the upper part of the washing machine.
The ultrasonic washing device of the scheme is provided with a water supply box or a washing tank water inlet pipeline. If a washing tank water inlet pipeline is arranged, the upstream of the washing tank water inlet pipeline is communicated with a main water inlet pipeline of the washing machine, and the downstream of the washing tank water inlet pipeline is communicated with the washing tank. The water inlet pipeline of the cleaning tank is preferably a flexible slender pipe, and a certain length is reserved, so that the movement of the ultrasonic cleaning device is not influenced.
In a further scheme, the ultrasonic cleaning agent feeding device is further included, the cleaning agent feeding device is arranged on a water inlet pipeline of the cleaning tank, and water and cleaning agent are mixed and then enter the cleaning tank together.
The water flow in the water inlet pipeline of the cleaning tank firstly enters the ultrasonic detergent supply device, is mixed with the detergent and then jointly enters the cleaning tank as the washing liquid to carry out ultrasonic washing on the clothes to be washed. Therefore, when the detergent dissolves stubborn stains, the stains are subjected to ultrasonic resonance to fall off, and the detergent and the stains act together, so that the cleaning effect is better, and the effect on deep-layer stains is better.
In a further scheme, the washing tank is communicated with an inner barrel of the washing machine through a pipeline and/or is communicated with a drain pipe of the washing machine so as to discharge washing liquid in the washing tank.
In a preferred embodiment, the washing tub is switchably communicated with an inner tub and a drain pipe of the washing machine. This solution can be achieved by providing a switching valve on the pipeline.
Preferably, the cleaning tank is provided with a liquid outlet which is communicated with an inner barrel of the washing machine through a pipeline and/or communicated with a drain pipe of the washing machine, and the liquid outlet is provided with a plugging piece for closing/opening the liquid outlet. The plugging piece can be a movable valve plug or a control valve and is controlled by the washing machine.
In a further scheme, the washing machine further comprises a control unit and a driving mechanism electrically connected with the control unit, the driving mechanism is connected with the movable mechanism, and the control unit drives the movable mechanism to automatically turn over or pop up/retract through controlling the driving mechanism to drive the ultrasonic washing device to automatically expose or hide. After the operation of the user, the control unit controls the driving mechanism to drive the movable mechanism 8 to automatically turn over or pop up/retract, so that the exposure and the retraction of the ultrasonic washing device are automatically controlled.
The working process is as follows:
when a user needs to carry out ultrasonic washing on clothes, the movable mechanism is pulled out/turned over manually to take out the ultrasonic washing device, or corresponding keys are operated, and the washing machine automatically pops out the hidden ultrasonic washing device. After a user starts the ultrasonic washing device, the water supply box or the water inlet pipe of the washing tank conveys washing liquid into the washing tank, the liquid level in the washing tank stops after reaching a certain height, the user puts local clothes into the washing tank to wash, and the washing liquid is discharged after the washing liquid is washed. Or the washing tank is filled with water and the pipeline discharges the liquid into an inner barrel or a drain pipe of the washing machine, so that the flowing liquid is formed in the washing tank. Therefore, when the ultrasonic vibration enables the stains to fall off in a resonant mode, the falling stains can be washed away by the flowing liquid, and a better washing effect is achieved. The liquid inlet speed and the liquid outlet speed need to keep the liquid flowing, and meanwhile, the washing liquid buffered in the washing tank soaks or partially soaks the clothes to be washed. In addition, the flowing liquid also enhances the resonance effect, and water is not wasted due to the small volume and shallow inside of the cleaning tank.
Example 5
This embodiment is a further supplement to the above embodiment, and provides several specific setting ways of the ultrasonic washing device hidden-mounted on the washing machine:
in the embodiment 1, as described in embodiments 1 to 3, the ultrasonic washing apparatus is hidden by the accommodation space which is arranged in the control panel seat and is opened at the clothes input opening. And the screwing in/out of the space of the ultrasonic wave generating device and the cleaning tank is realized through the rotatable connecting device.
According to the scheme 2, the movable mechanism comprises a movable plate connected with a rotating shaft of the washing machine, and the ultrasonic washing device is fixedly arranged on the movable plate; when the movable plate rotates and retracts, the ultrasonic washing device is driven to enter the washing machine from the opening to be hidden, and the opening is covered to form a flat outer surface with the washing machine; when the movable plate is extended, the ultrasonic washing device is exposed.
The movable plate of this scheme can be for having the flat board of certain shape, like square flat board etc. also can be formed by a plurality of connected into an organic whole's the board that is located the coplanar or different planes. The movable plate is connected with a rotating shaft of the washing machine, so that the ultrasonic washing device can be rotated and taken out, and can also be retracted to form a flat surface with the washing machine. The ultrasonic washing device is fixed on one side of the movable plate facing the opening. In addition, the rotating shaft can be rotationally locked, and the automatic limiting is realized after the rotating shaft is retracted or opened; or a limiting structure is arranged around the opening so as to fix the opened or closed movable mechanism and avoid the movable mechanism from moving freely. The mode is simple to set and easy to operate.
Preferably, the movable plate can rotate horizontally around a rotating shaft in the vertical direction or rotate vertically around a rotating shaft in the horizontal direction; after the movable plate rotates to drive the ultrasonic washing device to be exposed, the ultrasonic generating device is positioned above the washing tank.
The movable plate can rotate left and right and can also be turned over up and down, and in any mode, as long as the ultrasonic washing device is fixed on the movable plate and then exposed, the ultrasonic generating device is positioned above the washing tank, and ultrasonic washing can be carried out.
Scheme 3, the movable mechanism can be arranged in the opening in a push-pull mode and covers the opening; the ultrasonic washing device is fixed on the movable mechanism, when the movable mechanism is pulled out, the ultrasonic generating device and the washing tank are exposed, and when the movable mechanism is pushed back, the ultrasonic generating device and the washing tank are hidden in the washing machine.
The scheme is drawer type, the inside of the opening is a cavity, and the movable mechanism can be pushed into the cavity or pulled out of the cavity from the opening. The movable mechanism is connected with the inner wall of the cavity in the opening in a sliding way, and can be provided with a sliding rail, a sliding chute and the like. The movable mechanism may be slidably connected to the bottom wall, and/or the top wall, and/or the side walls of the cavity. The movable mechanism can be a box body matched with the cavity, and the side walls on the two sides of the box body can be completely removed or partially removed, so that ultrasonic cleaning is facilitated. The mode is simple and convenient to set and easy to realize.
Preferably, the movable mechanism comprises a top plate and a bottom plate, the back sides of the top plate and the bottom plate, which extend into the opening, are connected through a back plate, and the front side of the top plate is provided with a movable front plate matched with the opening; the ultrasonic washing device is fixed on the top plate and/or the bottom plate, the ultrasonic generating device is close to the top plate, the washing tank is close to the bottom plate, and the bottom plate is connected with the inside of the opening in a sliding mode.
The top plate, the bottom plate and the back plate of the movable mechanism form a U shape with an opening facing one side, the bottom plate is contacted with or close to the top wall of the cavity in the opening, and mutually matched limiting blocks are respectively arranged at one end of the top plate close to the back plate and one end of the top wall of the cavity close to the opening to prevent the movable mechanism from being separated; the bottom plate is connected with the bottom wall of the cavity in a sliding way; the back plate connects the top plate and the bottom plate to keep synchronous movement. Therefore, when the movable mechanism is pulled out, the ultrasonic washing device fixed with the top plate and/or the bottom plate is driven to extend out for ultrasonic washing. The front plate on the front side of the top plate can cover the opening, and when the movable mechanism is retracted, the front plate and the washing machine form a flat surface.
More preferably, the front plate is rotatably connected to the front side edge of the top plate, and the front plate can be turned open and fixed after the moving mechanism is pulled out.
According to the scheme 4, the opening faces upwards, a cover body capable of covering the opening is arranged on the opening, the movable mechanism is arranged in the opening in a lifting mode, and the ultrasonic washing device is fixed on the movable mechanism; the movable mechanism is lifted upwards to expose the ultrasonic washing device, and the movable mechanism is lowered to drive the ultrasonic washing device to retract and hide.
The movable mechanism can be a jack type lifting structure and comprises a telescopic support arranged at the bottom and fixed with the washing machine and a fixing plate arranged above the telescopic support, and the ultrasonic washing device is fixed on the fixing plate and can extend out of the opening or retract into the opening along with the extension and contraction of the telescopic support. The cover body on the opening covers the opening and forms a complete appearance with the surface of the washing machine.
Example 6
In this embodiment, as a further limitation of embodiments 1 to 5, the ultrasonic wave generating device of the washing machine of this embodiment extends into the washing tank, the height of the ultrasonic wave generating device is lower than the height of the side wall of the washing tank, and after the laundry is placed between the ultrasonic wave generating device and the washing tank, both ends of the laundry can be clamped between the ultrasonic wave generating device and the washing tank.
Because the clothes are flexible articles, the clothes are easy to deform. In order to ensure that the clothes to be washed are always in contact with the ultrasonic wave generating device in the ultrasonic washing process, the two ends of the clothes can be pulled by two hands, the parts to be washed are stretched flatly, and then the parts are in contact with the ultrasonic wave generating device. The height of the ultrasonic generating device is lower than that of the side wall of the cleaning tank, so that the two ends of the clothes to be cleaned can be clamped between the ultrasonic generating device and the cleaning tank after the clothes to be cleaned are placed between the ultrasonic generating device and the cleaning tank. So, the clothing is fixed to a certain extent, both guaranteed its and ultrasonic wave generating device's contact, also need not user handheld operation, has promoted user experience.
Further scheme, for better fixed clothing, simplify user's operation, be equipped with the operation panel on the ultrasonic washing device, the washing tank setting is on the operation panel, the both ends of washing tank be equipped with clamping structure, wait to wash the clothing and arrange back between ultrasonic generating device and washing tank in, wait to wash the both ends of clothing and fixed by clamping structure.
The clamping structure can be arranged on the side walls of the two ends of the cleaning tank and also can be arranged on the operation tables outside the two ends. The clamping structure can be a fixed clamp, and the clamping structure is pressed by two hands and then clamped at two ends of the clothes to be washed to play a role in fixing; or a splint or the like, and the fixing effect can be achieved.
Further scheme, the clamping structure for become the splint that certain angle set up with the length direction of washing tank, splint one end is rotated with the operation panel in the washing tank outside and is connected, the other end and operation panel joint will wait to wash the clothing and press in splint below.
The axial direction of splint is perpendicular with the length direction of washing tank, sets up two at least, establishes the operation panel in the washing tank both ends outside respectively. One end of each clamping plate is rotatably connected with the operating platform and can be in shaft connection or hinged connection and the like; the other end is clamped with the operating platform. More specifically, the end of the clamping plate is provided with a clamping groove or a clamping block, and the operating platform corresponding to the clamping plate is provided with a clamping block or a clamping groove matched with the clamping groove, so that the clamping plate is clamped with the operating platform.
Example 7
This embodiment is further defined by embodiments 1 to 6, and provides a washing machine with a partial pre-washing function, which includes an ultrasonic washing device, and a washing tank detachably disposed on the ultrasonic washing device.
The washing tank detachable of this embodiment sets up on ultrasonic wave washing device, is convenient for take off at any time and changes the washing liquid in the washing tank, also is convenient for wash the washing tank. The detachable mode can be various, and the cleaning tank can be installed on the ultrasonic cleaning device and can be taken down independently.
According to a further scheme, a first connecting portion is arranged on the ultrasonic washing device, a second connecting portion is arranged on the washing tank, and the first connecting portion is matched with the second connecting portion and can be detachably arranged so as to fix the washing tank and the ultrasonic washing device.
The first connecting part and the second connecting part can be connected and fixed in a detachable connection mode such as clamping, inserting, interference fit and the like; the cleaning tank and the ultrasonic cleaning device can be fixed only by embedding and the like without connection, so that the cleaning tank and the ultrasonic cleaning device can be fixed. Therefore, the washing liquid in the washing tank can be conveniently taken down and replaced at any time, and the washing tank can be conveniently cleaned.

When the washing liquid needs to be cleaned or replaced temporarily, the washing liquid can be directly taken out for replacement or flushing.
Scheme 2: the front side of the concave cavity is provided with an opening, the cleaning tank is arranged in the concave cavity, and the cleaning tank can be pulled out of or pushed into the opening of the concave cavity;
this solution can be implemented in combination with solution 1, the cavity having an opening in the front side in addition to the upper opening. The user pushes or pulls the concave cavity from the opening to process, is simple and convenient, and is easier to take out.
Preferably, as a preferred embodiment, the bottom and/or the side of the cavity and the cleaning tank are provided with a sliding structure, the sliding structure comprises a sliding chute/sliding block arranged in the cavity and a sliding block/sliding chute arranged on the cleaning tank, and the sliding block moves in the sliding chute to realize the pulling out or pushing in of the cleaning tank from the opening of the cavity. So set up, be favorable to washing tank 7 smooth and easy pull out or push in from the cavity.
Scheme 3:
the first connecting portion are clamping grooves or/clamping jaws arranged on the ultrasonic washing device, the second connecting portion are clamping jaws/clamping grooves arranged on the washing tank, and the washing tank is clamped with the clamping grooves through the clamping jaws.
The cleaning tank of this scheme can unsettled setting, also can set up on the platform of ultrasonic wave washing device, and ultrasonic wave washing device is last to be equipped with jack catch or draw-in groove in ultrasonic wave generating device's below, and is corresponding, is equipped with complex draw-in groove or jack catch with it on the cleaning tank, and the cleaning tank carries out the joint through jack catch and draw-in groove. When the washing liquid needs to be cleaned or replaced temporarily, the washing liquid can be directly taken out for replacement or flushing.
In a further limitation, the ultrasonic wave generator on the washing machine of the present embodiment includes an ultrasonic wave vibrator disposed on the ultrasonic wave generator, and the ultrasonic wave vibrator protrudes from a bottom surface of the ultrasonic wave generator.
The ultrasonic wave generating device of this embodiment includes the casing and sets up supersonic generator and the ultrasonic vibrator in the casing, and the ultrasonic vibrator sets up the ultrasonic wave generating device at ultrasonic wave generating device, ultrasonic vibrator's one end and supersonic generator electricity be connected, the other end protrusion in the bottom surface of casing.
The ultrasonic vibrator is an ultrasonic transducer and is connected with an ultrasonic generator, so that a high-frequency oscillation signal of ultrasonic waves is converted into high-frequency mechanical oscillation, the other end of the ultrasonic vibrator protrudes out of the bottom surface of the shell and is contacted with the clothes to be washed soaked in the liquid, the ultrasonic vibrator is further transmitted to the soaking liquid on the surface and the deep layer of the clothes to be washed, and the surface and the deep layer of the clothes to be washed are hit after micro bubbles are generated, so that stains are expected to achieve the effect of falling off in a resonant mode.
Preferably, a plurality of ultrasonic vibrators are arranged, and the heights of the ultrasonic vibrators protruding out of the bottom surface of the ultrasonic generating device are consistent; the plurality of ultrasonic vibrators are arranged in a staggered mode or are uniformly distributed.
The combined action of the ultrasonic vibrators can increase the ultrasonic contact area and improve the cleaning efficiency. When the height of the ultrasonic vibrator protruding from the bottom surface of the shell is consistent, a resonance plane can be formed, and a better resonance effect is achieved. The heights of the ultrasonic vibrators protruding out of the bottom surface of the shell can be different, so that a plurality of resonance surfaces are formed and act together.
Meanwhile, the arrangement mode of the ultrasonic vibrators has great influence on the washing effect and the washing efficiency of the clothes. The plurality of ultrasonic vibrators can be arranged in a staggered mode or distributed uniformly, and can be set according to the area of the ultrasonic vibration end and the power of the ultrasonic generating device.

When the telescopic rod is vertically arranged, the ultrasonic generating device is hung above the cleaning tank through the telescopic rod, the telescopic rod is shortened, and the distance between the ultrasonic generating device and the cleaning tank is increased; the telescopic link is extended, and the distance between the ultrasonic generating device and the cleaning tank is reduced. When the telescopic rod is horizontally arranged, the relative position relation of the ultrasonic generating device and the cleaning tank in the horizontal direction is adjusted through the shortening/extending of the telescopic rod.
The ultrasonic generator further comprises a positioning structure, wherein the positioning structure is arranged on the first connecting piece and/or the second connecting piece, and when the ultrasonic generator moves to a specified position, the ultrasonic generator is fixed at the position through the positioning structure.
Wherein, the positioning structure is a positioning groove, a positioning card or a positioning pin.
The positioning structure is provided with a plurality of gears, so that the clothes rack is suitable for clothes with different thicknesses or different types of clothes.
The first link and the second link are slidably connected as an example for explanation.
The first connecting piece is two parallel guide rails arranged on the ultrasonic washing device, the two parallel guide rails are arranged along the vertical direction, the second connecting piece is a sliding block arranged on the ultrasonic generating device, the sliding block slides between the two parallel guide rails, the positioning structure comprises pin holes arranged on the guide rails and the sliding block and a pin shaft matched with the pin holes, when the sliding block slides, the pin holes in the sliding block correspond to the pin holes in the guide rails, the pin shaft penetrates through the two pin holes, and the ultrasonic generating device is fixed on the ultrasonic washing device.
The pin holes in the guide rail are arranged in a plurality of manners, the pin holes are sequentially arranged along the extending direction of the guide rail, one pin hole is formed in the sliding block, the pin holes in the sliding block are opposite to different pin holes in the guide rail, the ultrasonic generating device can be fixed at a plurality of positions in the vertical direction, and different functions are achieved.
Particularly, the guide rail is vertically arranged, an upper pin hole, a middle pin hole and a lower pin hole are formed in the guide rail, and the three pin holes are sequentially arranged in the vertical direction.
After the pin hole on the sliding block is connected with the pin hole positioned at the lower part of the guide rail through the pin shaft, the vibration end of the ultrasonic wave generating device is not positioned below the edge of the cleaning tank, so that the vibration end is positioned below the liquid level of the cleaning liquid of the cleaning tank, and the glasses and the like can be cleaned;
when the pin hole on the sliding block is connected with the pin hole positioned in the middle of the guide rail through the pin shaft, the vibration end is separated from the liquid level of the washing liquid of the washing tank by a smaller distance, and when washing, the clothes to be washed are positioned between the vibration end and the liquid level of the washing liquid of the washing tank, the upper part of the clothes to be washed is contacted with the vibration end, and the lower end of the clothes to be washed is contacted with the liquid level of the washing tank;
after the pin hole on the sliding block is connected with the pin hole positioned at the upper part of the guide rail through the pin shaft, the vibration end is separated from the liquid level of the washing liquid of the washing tank by a larger distance, and the washing tank can be taken out to dump the washing liquid after the washing is finished.

The ultrasonic washing device is provided with a driven wheel, an output shaft of the motor is provided with a driving wheel, the driving wheel and the driven wheel are arranged along the horizontal direction, the transmission chain is arranged between the driving wheel and the driven wheel, and after the motor is electrified, the driving wheel rotates to drive the transmission chain to move, so that the ultrasonic generating device/washing tank on the transmission chain is driven to move, and the ultrasonic generating device/washing tank moves in the horizontal direction.
The power supply for the motor may be a socket or other power storage device.

Claims (12)

1. A washing machine with local prewashing function is characterized in that the washing machine comprises an ultrasonic washing device; the washing machine is provided with an accommodating space for accommodating the ultrasonic washing device, and the ultrasonic washing device can be screwed in and out of the accommodating space;
the ultrasonic washing device comprises an ultrasonic generating device and a rotatable connecting device which are connected with each other; the rotatable connecting device is a rotating shaft connecting device connected with the bottom surface of the accommodating space;
the ultrasonic washing device comprises an ultrasonic generating device and a washing tank positioned at the lower part of the ultrasonic generating device;
the ultrasonic generating device is connected with the cleaning tank through the movable connecting device, so that at least two different relative positions are formed between the ultrasonic generating device and the cleaning tank;
the movable connecting device is a lifting device;
the ultrasonic generating device is provided with a third working position which is descended below the liquid level of the washing liquid in the washing tank, at the moment, the ultrasonic generating device is contacted with the liquid level in the washing tank, the clothes to be washed are completely soaked in the washing tank, and simultaneously, the upper surface of the clothes to be washed is contacted with the ultrasonic generating device;
and the ultrasonic generating device is lifted to a fourth working position above the liquid level of the washing liquid in the washing tank, and when a certain distance is formed between the ultrasonic generating device and the liquid level in the washing tank, the largest distance is required to meet the requirement that when the upper surface of the clothes to be washed is contacted with the ultrasonic generating device, the lower surface of the clothes to be washed is contacted with the liquid level of the washing liquid;
the ultrasonic washing device is provided with an operating platform, the washing tank is arranged on the operating platform, the two ends of the washing tank are provided with clamping structures, and after the clothes to be washed are placed between the ultrasonic generating device and the washing tank, the two ends of the clothes to be washed are fixed by the clamping structures;
the clamping structure can be arranged on the side walls of the two ends of the cleaning tank, and also can be arranged on the operation tables outside the two ends;
the clamping structure can be a fixed clamp, and the clamp can be pressed by two hands to be opened and then clamped at two ends of clothes to be washed, and can also be a clamping plate.

A washing machine with a local pre-washing function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the washing machine comprises a control panel seat, the accommodating space is recessed from the upper surface of the control panel seat and is located between the clothes feeding opening of the control panel seat and the peripheral wall of the control panel seat, the side wall of the accommodating space is opened at the clothes feeding opening, and the ultrasonic washing device is screwed into and out of the accommodating space through the opening.

The washing machine with partial pre-washing function as claimed in claim 2, wherein the ultrasonic washing device is connected with the bottom surface of the accommodating space through the rotatable connecting device, and the ultrasonic generator can rotate around the rotatable connecting device to rotate into and out of the accommodating space through the opening.

The washing machine with a partial pre-washing function as claimed in claim 3, wherein the width of the ultrasonic wave generating device is not greater than the width of the accommodating space, which is a distance between the opening of the accommodating space and a sidewall of the accommodating space opposite to the opening;
the height of the ultrasonic washing device is not higher than that of the side wall of the accommodating space.

The washing machine with the local prewashing function as claimed in claim 4, wherein the ultrasonic washing device is provided with a limit position and a working position according to the position relation between the ultrasonic generating device and the accommodating space; when the ultrasonic wave generating device is completely screwed into the accommodating space, the ultrasonic wave washing device is in a limiting position; when the ultrasonic wave generating device rotates around the rotatable connecting device and is at least screwed out of the accommodating space, the ultrasonic wave washing device is in a working position.
6. A washing machine with a partial pre-washing function according to claim 5, characterized in that the rotation angle of the ultrasonic washing device is not more than 180 degrees when the ultrasonic washing device is switched from the limit position to the working position.
7. The washing machine with the partial pre-washing function as claimed in claim 6, wherein the ultrasonic washing device rotates by an angle not greater than 90 degrees when switching from the limit position to the working position.

The washing machine with the local prewashing function as claimed in claim 5, wherein the clothes placing opening of the control panel seat is positioned in the middle of the control panel seat with a quadrilateral outer edge of the cross section of the overall peripheral wall, the control panel of the washing machine is arranged on the control panel seat and is close to one side of the quadrilateral, and the peripheral wall corresponding to the side is a first side surface; the accommodating space is positioned between the peripheral wall of the control panel seat opposite to and/or adjacent to the first side surface and the clothes input opening.
