The opening 4 of this scheme sets up the inner circle at disk seat 3, and ultrasonic washing device stretches out the back, directly is located the top of washtub 2, so, among the ultrasonic cleaning process or wash the completion back, washing liquid 7 in the washing tank 400 can directly discharge in washtub 2, need not additionally set up again and discharge the pipeline, and inside washtub 2 was directly arranged in to the clothing, can take out after local washing had been accomplished, also conveniently carries out whole washing, can not influence the outside environment of washing machine.
In the scheme 2, as shown in fig. 1-4, the opening 4 is arranged on the outer ring of the tray seat 3, and the ultrasonic washing device extends out of or turns over the washing machine to carry out ultrasonic washing.
The opening 4 of the scheme is arranged on the outer ring of the disc seat 3, and the ultrasonic washing device is positioned outside the washing machine after extending out of the opening 4, so that the space for ultrasonic washing is large. The washing tub 400 of this kind may be connected to the inside of the washing tub 2 or a drain of the washing machine through a pipe for discharging the washing liquid 7. In addition, the washing machine with the scheme can be provided with hooks at proper positions for hanging net bags and other parts which are used for placing clothes and do not need to be washed.
And 3, the opening 4 faces upwards, and the ultrasonic washing device can be lifted upwards and extended out to carry out ultrasonic washing.
The opening 4 of this scheme is up, and the moving mechanism 8 upwards releases ultrasonic washing device, can also play the effect of support, and ultrasonic washing can be more steady, also can reduce vibrations.
Further, the cavity used for containing the ultrasonic washing device is arranged in the opening 4, the inner peripheral wall of the cavity is provided with a damping isolation layer, the ultrasonic washing device is placed in the damping isolation layer when hidden, and the influence of the vibration of the washing machine on the ultrasonic washing device is reduced or avoided. The shock attenuation isolation layer can be made by flexible material, perhaps for the damping spring layer, sets up a plurality of damping spring all around.
In a further scheme, the washing machine is provided with a main water inlet pipeline which is used for feeding water into a washing barrel 2 of the washing machine and feeding water into a detergent box of the washing machine, so that detergent, softener and the like in the detergent box are brought into the washing barrel 2, and the whole piece of clothes is cleaned. The main water inlet pipeline is arranged at the upper part of the washing machine.
The ultrasonic washing device of the scheme is provided with a water supply box or a washing tank 400 water inlet pipeline. If a water inlet pipeline of the cleaning tank 400 is arranged, the upstream of the water inlet pipeline of the cleaning tank 400 is communicated with a main water inlet pipeline of the washing machine, and the downstream of the water inlet pipeline of the cleaning tank 400 is communicated with the cleaning tank 400. The water inlet pipeline of the cleaning tank 400 is preferably a flexible slender pipe, and a certain length is reserved, so that the movement of the ultrasonic cleaning device is not influenced.
In a further scheme, the ultrasonic cleaning agent feeding device is further included, the cleaning agent feeding device is arranged on the water inlet pipeline of the cleaning tank 400, and water and cleaning agent are mixed and then enter the cleaning tank 400 together.
The water flow in the water inlet pipeline of the cleaning tank 400 firstly enters the ultrasonic detergent supply device, is mixed with the detergent, and then enters the cleaning tank 400 together to be used as the washing liquid 7 for carrying out ultrasonic washing on the clothes 5 to be washed. Therefore, when the detergent dissolves stubborn stains, the stains are subjected to ultrasonic resonance to fall off, and the detergent and the stains act together, so that the cleaning effect is better, and the effect on deep-layer stains is better.
In a further aspect, the washing tub 400 is communicated with an inner tub of the washing machine through a pipe and/or is communicated with a drain pipe of the washing machine to drain the washing liquid 7 in the washing tub 400.
In a preferred embodiment, the wash tank 400 is switchably communicated with an inner tub and a drain pipe of the washing machine. This solution can be achieved by providing a switching valve on the pipeline.
Preferably, the washing tank 400 is provided with a liquid outlet which is communicated with an inner tub of the washing machine through a pipeline and/or communicated with a drain pipe of the washing machine, and the liquid outlet is provided with a blocking piece for closing/opening the liquid outlet. The plugging piece can be a movable valve plug or a control valve and is controlled by the washing machine.
In a further scheme, the washing machine further comprises a control unit and a driving mechanism electrically connected with the control unit, the driving mechanism is connected with the movable mechanism 8, and the control unit drives the movable mechanism 8 to automatically turn over or pop up/retract through controlling the driving mechanism to drive the ultrasonic washing device to automatically expose or hide. After the operation of the user, the control unit controls the driving mechanism to drive the movable mechanism 8 to automatically turn over or pop up/retract, so that the exposure and the retraction of the ultrasonic washing device are automatically controlled.
The working process is as follows:
when a user needs to carry out ultrasonic washing on clothes, the movable mechanism 8 is pulled out/turned over manually to take out the ultrasonic washing device, or corresponding keys are operated, and the washing machine automatically pops up the hidden ultrasonic washing device. After the user starts the ultrasonic washing device, the water supply box or the water inlet pipe of the washing tank 400 conveys the washing liquid 7 to the washing tank 400, the liquid level in the washing tank 400 is stopped after reaching a certain height, the user puts local clothes in for washing, and the washing liquid 7 is discharged after the washing is finished. Or the washing tub 400 is filled with water and the pipe discharges the liquid into the inner tub of the washing machine or the drain pipe, forming a flowing liquid in the washing tub 400. Therefore, when the ultrasonic vibration enables the stains to fall off in a resonant mode, the falling stains can be washed away by the flowing liquid, and a better washing effect is achieved. The speed of the liquid inlet and outlet is required to keep the liquid flowing, and the washing liquid 7 buffered in the washing tank 400 soaks or partially soaks the laundry 5. In addition, the flowing liquid also enhances the resonance effect, and since the cleaning tank 400 has a small volume and a shallow interior, water is not wasted.
Example two
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the present embodiment is a further limitation of the first embodiment, and provides several specific setting modes of the ultrasonic washing device hidden and installed on the washing machine:
in the embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 3, the movable mechanism 8 includes a movable plate 804 connected to a rotating shaft of the washing machine, and the body 100 of the ultrasonic washing apparatus is fixedly disposed on the movable plate 804; when the movable plate 804 rotates and retracts, the ultrasonic washing device is driven to enter the washing machine from the opening 4 to be hidden, and the opening 4 is covered to form a flat outer surface with the washing machine; when the movable plate 804 is extended, the ultrasonic cleaning device is exposed.
The movable plate 804 of this embodiment may be a flat plate with a certain shape, such as a square flat plate, or may be formed by a plurality of plates integrally connected and located on the same plane or different planes. The movable plate 804 is connected with the rotating shaft of the washing machine, so that the ultrasonic washing device can be rotated and taken out, and can also be retracted to form a flat surface with the washing machine. The ultrasonic washing device is fixed on the side of the movable plate 804 facing the opening 4. In addition, the rotating shaft can be rotationally locked, and the automatic limiting is realized after the rotating shaft is retracted or opened; or a limit structure is arranged around the opening 4 so as to fix the opened or closed movable mechanism 8 and prevent the movable mechanism 8 from moving freely. The mode is simple to set and easy to operate.
Preferably, the movable plate 804 can rotate horizontally around a vertical rotating shaft, or rotate vertically around a horizontal rotating shaft; after the movable plate 804 rotates to drive the ultrasonic cleaning device to be exposed, the ultrasonic generating device 200 is located above the cleaning tank 400.
The movable plate 804 may rotate left and right or may be turned upside down, and in any manner, when the ultrasonic washing apparatus is fixed to the movable plate 804 and then exposed, the ultrasonic generator 200 may be located above the washing tank 400, so that the ultrasonic washing may be performed.
In the scheme 2, the movable mechanism 8 can be arranged in the opening 4 in a push-pull mode and covers the opening 4; the body 100 of the ultrasonic washing apparatus is fixed to the movable mechanism 8, and when the movable mechanism 8 is pulled out, the ultrasonic generator 200 and the washing tank 400 are exposed, and when the movable mechanism 8 is pushed back, the ultrasonic generator 200 and the washing tank 400 are hidden inside the washing machine.
The scheme is drawer type, the inside of the opening 4 is a cavity, and the movable mechanism 8 can be pushed into the cavity or pulled out from the opening 4. The movable mechanism 8 is connected with the inner wall of the cavity in the opening 4 in a sliding way, and can be provided with a sliding rail, a sliding chute and the like. The movable mechanism 8 may be slidably connected to the bottom wall, and/or the top wall, and/or the side walls of the cavity. The movable mechanism 8 can be a box body matched with the cavity, and the side walls on the two sides of the box body can be completely removed or partially removed, so that ultrasonic cleaning is facilitated. The mode is simple and convenient to set and easy to realize.
Preferably, the movable mechanism 8 comprises a top plate 802 and a bottom plate 801, the back sides of the top plate 802 and the bottom plate 801 extending into the opening 4 are connected through a back plate, and the front side of the top plate 802 is provided with a movable front plate 803 matched with the opening 4; the main body 100 is fixed on the top plate 802 and/or the bottom plate 801, the ultrasonic generator 200 is close to the top plate 802, the cleaning tank 400 is close to the bottom plate 801, and the bottom plate 801 is connected with the inside of the opening 4 in a sliding manner.
In the scheme, the top plate 802, the bottom plate 801 and the back plate of the movable mechanism 8 form a U shape with an opening 4 facing one side, the bottom plate 801 is contacted with or close to the top wall of a cavity in the opening 4, and the end of the top plate 802 close to the back plate and the end of the top wall of the cavity close to the opening 4 are respectively provided with a limiting block which are matched with each other, so that the movable mechanism is prevented from falling off; the bottom plate 801 is slidably connected with the bottom wall of the cavity; the back plate connects the top plate 802 and the bottom plate 801 to maintain synchronous motion. Thus, when the movable mechanism 8 is pulled out, the ultrasonic washing device fixed to the top plate 802 and/or the bottom plate 801 is driven to extend out for ultrasonic washing. A front plate 803 on the front side of the top plate 802 may cover the opening 4, the front plate 803 forming a flat surface with the washing machine when the movable mechanism 8 is retracted.
More preferably, the front plate 803 is pivotally connected to the front edge of the top plate 802, and the front plate 803 can be flipped open and fixed after the moving mechanism 8 is pulled out.
In the scheme 3, the opening 4 faces upwards, a cover body capable of covering the opening 4 is arranged on the opening 4, the movable mechanism 8 is arranged in the opening 4 in a lifting manner, and the body 100 is fixed on the movable mechanism 8; the movable mechanism 8 is lifted upwards to expose the ultrasonic washing device, and the movable mechanism 8 is lowered to drive the ultrasonic washing device to retract and hide.
The movable mechanism 8 can be a jack type lifting structure, and comprises a telescopic support arranged at the bottom and fixed with the washing machine and a fixed plate arranged above the telescopic support, wherein the ultrasonic washing device is fixed on the fixed plate and can extend out of the opening 4 or retract into the opening 4 along with the extension and contraction of the telescopic support. The cover body on the opening 4 covers the opening 4 and forms a complete appearance with the surface of the washing machine.
EXAMPLE III
As shown in fig. 2, the present embodiment is further limited to the first embodiment or the second embodiment, the ultrasonic vibration end of the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 of the washing machine of the present embodiment extends into the cleaning tank 400, the height of the ultrasonic vibration end is lower than the height of the side wall of the cleaning tank 400, and after the laundry 5 is placed between the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 and the cleaning tank 400, the two ends can be clamped between the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 and the cleaning tank 400.
Because the clothes are flexible articles, the clothes are easy to deform. In order to ensure that the laundry 54 is always in contact with the ultrasonic vibration end in the ultrasonic washing process, two hands may be used to pull the two ends of the laundry, stretch the laundry portion, and then contact the ultrasonic vibration end, but this method requires continuous action of the user, which brings inconvenience to the user. In the present embodiment, the height of the ultrasonic vibration end is set to be lower than the height of the side wall of the cleaning tank 400, so that the two ends can be clamped between the ultrasonic generating device 200 and the cleaning tank 400 after the laundry 5 is placed between the ultrasonic generating device 200 and the cleaning tank 400. So, the clothing is fixed to a certain extent, has both guaranteed its contact with ultrasonic vibration end, also need not user handheld operation, has promoted user experience.
In a further scheme, in order to better fix the clothes and simplify the user operation, an operation table is arranged on the ultrasonic washing device, the washing tank 400 is arranged on the operation table, clamping structures are arranged at two ends of the washing tank 400, and after the clothes 54 to be washed are arranged between the ultrasonic generating device 200 and the washing tank 400, two ends of the clothes 54 to be washed are fixed by the clamping structures.
The clamping structure may be disposed on the sidewalls of both ends of the cleaning tank 400, or may be disposed on the operation table outside both ends. The clamping structure can be a fixed clamp, and the clamping structure is pressed by two hands and then clamped at two ends of the clothes 5 to be washed to play a role in fixing; or a splint or the like, and the fixing effect can be achieved.
Further scheme, clamping structure for the splint that become certain angle setting with the length direction of washing tank 400, splint one end is rotated with the operation panel in the washing tank 400 outside and is connected, the other end and operation panel joint will wait to wash clothing 5 and press in splint below.
The axial direction of the clamping plates is vertical to the length direction of the cleaning tank 400, at least two clamping plates are arranged, and the clamping plates are respectively arranged on the operation platforms at the outer sides of the two ends of the cleaning tank 400. One end of each clamping plate is rotatably connected with the operating platform and can be in shaft connection or hinged connection and the like; the other end is clamped with the operating platform. More specifically, the end of the clamping plate is provided with a clamping groove or a clamping block, and the operating platform corresponding to the clamping plate is provided with a clamping block or a clamping groove matched with the clamping groove, so that the clamping plate is clamped with the operating platform.
Example four
As shown in fig. 5, the present embodiment is a further limitation of the first embodiment, and provides an ultrasonic cleaning apparatus, in which a cleaning tank 400 is detachably disposed on a main body 100.
The washing tank detachable of this embodiment sets up on the body, is convenient for take off the washing liquid of changing in the washing tank at any time, also is convenient for wash the washing tank. Can dismantle the mode that sets up and can adopt the multiple, can realize that the washing tank mountable again can take off alone on the body.
In a further aspect, a first connecting portion is disposed on the body 100, and a second connecting portion is disposed on the cleaning tank 400, wherein the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion are matched and detachably disposed to fix the cleaning tank 400 to the body 100.
The first connecting part and the second connecting part can be connected and fixed in a detachable connection mode such as clamping, inserting, interference fit and the like; the cleaning tank can be fixed with the body only by means of limiting and fixing in embedding and the like without connection. Therefore, the washing liquid in the washing tank can be conveniently taken down and replaced at any time, and the washing tank can be conveniently cleaned.
The following are 3 preferred embodiments:

The cavity that sets up on ultrasonic washing device's the body 100 matches with the periphery wall of washing tank 400, and washing tank 400 can put into the cavity, and the cavity plays limiting displacement to washing tank 400, realizes washing tank 400's fixed. When the washing liquid needs to be cleaned or replaced temporarily, the washing liquid can be directly taken out for replacement or flushing.
Scheme II: an opening is formed in the front side of the concave cavity, the cleaning tank 400 is arranged in the concave cavity, and the cleaning tank 400 can be pulled out of or pushed into the opening of the concave cavity;
this solution can be implemented in combination with the first solution, the cavity having an opening in the front side in addition to the upper opening. The user pushes or pulls the cleaning tank 400 into or out of the cavity from the opening for processing, and the cleaning tank is simple, convenient and easy to take out.
Preferably, the bottom and/or side of the cavity and the cleaning tank 400 are provided with a sliding structure 402, the sliding structure 402 includes a sliding slot/block disposed in the cavity and a sliding block/sliding slot disposed on the cleaning tank, the sliding block moves in the sliding slot to realize the pulling or pushing of the cleaning tank from the opening of the cavity. So arranged, the cleaning tank 400 is easily pulled out or pushed into the cavity.
The third scheme is as follows:
the first connecting portion is a clamping groove or/and a clamping jaw arranged on the body 100, the second connecting portion is a clamping jaw/clamping groove arranged on the cleaning tank 400, and the cleaning tank 400 is clamped with the clamping groove through the clamping jaw.
The cleaning tank 400 of this scheme can unsettled setting, also can set up on the platform of body 100, is equipped with jack catch or draw-in groove in ultrasonic wave generating device's below on the body 100, and is corresponding, is equipped with complex draw-in groove or jack catch with it on the cleaning tank 400, and the cleaning tank 400 carries out the joint through jack catch and draw-in groove. When the washing liquid needs to be cleaned or replaced temporarily, the washing liquid can be directly taken out for replacement or flushing.
Further, the ultrasonic generator 200 of the washing machine of the present embodiment includes an ultrasonic vibrator 6 disposed at the ultrasonic vibration end, and the ultrasonic vibrator 6 protrudes from the bottom surface of the ultrasonic generator 200.
The ultrasonic wave generating device 200 of this embodiment includes the casing and sets up supersonic generator and ultrasonic vibrator 6 in the casing, and ultrasonic vibrator 6 sets up the ultrasonic wave vibration end at ultrasonic wave generating device 200, one end and the supersonic generator electricity of ultrasonic vibrator 6 be connected, the other end protrusion in the bottom surface of casing.
The ultrasonic vibrator 6 is an ultrasonic transducer, the ultrasonic vibrator 6 is connected with an ultrasonic generator, so that a high-frequency oscillation signal of ultrasonic waves is converted into high-frequency mechanical oscillation, the other end of the ultrasonic vibrator protrudes out of the bottom surface of the shell and is contacted with the clothes 5 to be washed soaked in liquid, the ultrasonic oscillation signal is further transmitted to the soaking liquid on the surface and the deep layer of the clothes 5 to be washed, and tiny bubbles are generated and then hit the surface and the deep layer of the clothes to be washed, so that stains are expected to achieve the effect of falling off in a resonant mode.
As shown in fig. 6, preferably, a plurality of ultrasonic transducers 6 are provided, and the heights of the ultrasonic transducers 6 protruding from the bottom surface of the ultrasonic generator 200 are uniform; the plurality of ultrasonic transducers 6 are arranged in a staggered manner or uniformly distributed.
The ultrasonic contact area can be increased by the combined action of the ultrasonic vibrators 6, and the cleaning efficiency is improved. When the height of the ultrasonic vibrator 6 protruding out of the bottom surface of the shell is consistent, a resonance plane can be formed, and a better resonance effect is achieved. The heights of the ultrasonic vibrators 6 protruding from the bottom surface of the housing may be different, and a plurality of resonance surfaces are formed to act together.
Meanwhile, the arrangement mode of the ultrasonic vibrators 6 has a great influence on the washing effect and the washing efficiency of the clothes. The plurality of ultrasonic vibrators 6 may be arranged in a staggered manner or may be uniformly distributed, and may be set according to the area of the ultrasonic vibration end and the power of the ultrasonic wave generating apparatus 200.
More preferably, the plurality of ultrasonic transducers 6 are arranged in a plurality of rows along the longitudinal direction of the cleaning tank 400, and the ultrasonic transducers 6 in each row are distributed in a staggered manner.
In a more preferred embodiment, the plurality of ultrasonic transducers 6 are arranged in a plurality of rows along the longitudinal direction of the cleaning tank 400, and the ultrasonic transducers 6 in each row are staggered back and forth. Therefore, a larger contact area with clothes can be realized by using fewer ultrasonic vibrators 6, so that the cost is saved, and the cleaning efficiency is ensured.
EXAMPLE five
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the present embodiment is a further limitation of the first embodiment, the ultrasonic washing apparatus on the washing machine of the present embodiment includes a body fixed with a movable mechanism, the body 100 is provided with an ultrasonic generating device 200 and a washing tank 400 for containing washing liquid, the ultrasonic generating device 200 is located above the washing tank 400, and the position of the ultrasonic generating device 200 relative to the washing tank 400 is variable.
The ultrasonic generator 200 can move relative to the cleaning tank 400, so as to increase the cleaning area and widen the application range.
Specifically, the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 can move up and down relative to the cleaning tank 400, and the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 moves down, so that the vibration end is not under the liquid level of the cleaning liquid 7 in the cleaning tank 400, and rigid objects can be cleaned, such as glasses; moving the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 upward to make the vibration end and the liquid level of the washing liquid 7 have a certain interval, when washing clothes, the clothes to be washed are positioned between the vibration end and the washing tank 400, the upper part of the clothes to be washed is contacted with the vibration end, and the lower part of the clothes to be washed is contacted with the washing liquid 7 in the washing tank 400, so as to wash the clothes; if the ultrasonic generator 200 is continuously moved upward, the distance between the vibration end and the liquid level of the washing liquid is increased, so that the washing tank 400 can be conveniently taken out and the washing liquid in the washing tank 400 can be conveniently replaced.
The wash liquid 7 may be water or a mixture of water and laundry treatment agents including washing powder, laundry detergent, etc.
When the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 can move horizontally relative to the cleaning tank 400, the cleaning range of the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 can be expanded.
Of course, if the ultrasonic generator 200 is designed to move up and down in a small range relative to the washing tank 400, it can be adapted to clothes or fabrics with different thicknesses and different materials.
Further, the ultrasonic cleaning apparatus further includes an adjusting device, the adjusting device adjusts a relative position of the ultrasonic generating device 200 and the cleaning tank 400, and the ultrasonic generating device 200 is connected to the body 100 through the adjusting device. The ultrasonic generator 200 is connected to the main body 100, and the adjusting device adjusts the position of the ultrasonic generator 200 on the main body 100, thereby adjusting the relative position of the ultrasonic generator 200 and the cleaning tank 400.
Further, the washing machine further comprises a clamping structure arranged on the body, and after the clothes to be washed are placed between the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 and the washing tank 400, two ends of the clothes to be washed 5 are fixed by the clamping structure. By clamping both ends of the laundry, the laundry is suspended between the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 and the washing tank 400, and the user does not have to hold the laundry 5 for washing, which is more time-saving and labor-saving.
The clamping structure is a clamping plate 101 which is arranged at a certain angle with the length direction of the cleaning tank, one end of the clamping plate 101 is rotatably connected with the body, the other end of the clamping plate 101 is suspended, and the clothes 5 to be cleaned can be pressed between the clamping plate 101 and the body 100.
EXAMPLE six
As shown in fig. 7, this embodiment is further limited to the first embodiment, and the adjusting device includes a first connecting member 301 and a second connecting member 302 respectively disposed on the body 100 and the ultrasonic generator 200, and the first connecting member 301 and the second connecting member 302 are movably connected to move the ultrasonic generator 200 in a horizontal direction and/or a vertical direction relative to the cleaning tank 400.
The first connecting member 301 and the second connecting member 302 are movably connected, so that the position relationship between the ultrasonic generator 200 and the cleaning tank 400 can be adjusted in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, respectively, and the adjustment can also be performed in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction at the same time.
The movable connection mode of the first connecting piece 301 and the second connecting piece 302 is sliding connection, rotating connection or telescopic connection.
The following explains that the first connector 301 is provided on the body 100, and the second connector 302 is provided on the ultrasonic wave generating apparatus 200.
The first scheme is as follows: sliding connection
As shown in fig. 7, the first connecting member 301 is two parallel guide rails 301-1 fixed on the body 100, the two parallel guide rails 301-1 are arranged along the vertical direction, the second connecting member 302 is a slider 302-1, the slider 302-1 is fixed on the ultrasonic wave generating device 200, the slider 302-1 is located between the two guide rails 301-1, and the slider 302-1 can slide up and down along a track between the guide rails 301-1 to adjust the position relationship of the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 and the cleaning tank 400 in the vertical direction.
Wherein, if two parallel guide rails 301-1 of the first connecting member 301 are arranged along the horizontal direction, the slider 302-1 can slide left and right along the horizontal track between the guide rails 301-1, so that the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 moves horizontally, and the washing area is increased.

The first connecting member 301 is a first supporting rod, the second connecting member 302 is a second supporting rod, one end of the first supporting rod is rotatably connected to the body 100, the other end of the first supporting rod is hinged to the second supporting rod, and the other end of the second supporting rod is fixedly connected to the ultrasonic generator 200.
The third scheme is as follows: telescopic connection
The adjusting device is a telescopic rod, the first connecting piece 301 is a first connecting rod, the second connecting piece 302 is a second connecting rod, one end of the first connecting rod is fixedly connected with the body 100, the other end of the first connecting rod is telescopically connected with the second connecting rod, and the other end of the second connecting rod is fixedly connected with the ultrasonic generating device 200. The length of the telescopic rod is adjusted by retracting/extending the first connecting rod into/out of the second connecting rod, and the relative position of the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 and the cleaning tank 400 is adjusted.
When the telescopic rod is vertically arranged, the ultrasonic wave generating device is suspended above the cleaning tank 400 through the telescopic rod, the telescopic rod is shortened, and the distance between the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 and the cleaning tank 400 is increased; the telescopic bar is extended and the distance between the ultrasonic generator 200 and the cleaning tank 400 is reduced. When the telescopic rod is horizontally arranged, the relative position relationship between the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 and the cleaning tank 400 in the horizontal direction is adjusted by the shortening/extension of the telescopic rod.
Further, a positioning structure is further included, which is provided on the first connector 301 and/or the second connector 302, and fixes the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 at a designated position by the positioning structure when the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 is moved to the position.
Wherein, the positioning structure is a positioning groove, a positioning card or a positioning pin.
The positioning structure is provided with a plurality of gears, so that the clothes rack is suitable for clothes with different thicknesses or different types of clothes.
The first connecting member 301 and the second connecting member 302 are slidably connected as an example for explanation.
As shown in FIG. 7, the first connecting member 301 is two parallel guide rails 301-1 disposed on the body 100, the two parallel guide rails 301-1 are disposed along a vertical direction, the second connecting member 302 is a sliding block 302-1 disposed on the ultrasonic generator, the sliding block 302-1 slides between the two parallel guide rails 301-1, the positioning structure includes pin holes 303 disposed on the guide rails 301-1 and the sliding block 302-1 and pin shafts 304 matched with the pin holes 303, and when the sliding block 302-1 is slid so that the pin holes 303 on the sliding block 302-1 correspond to the pin holes 303 on the guide rails 301-1, the pin shafts 304 penetrate through the two pin holes 303 to fix the ultrasonic generator 200 on the body 100.
The guide rail 301-1 is provided with a plurality of pin holes 303, the plurality of pin holes 303 are sequentially arranged along the extending direction of the guide rail, one pin hole 303 is arranged on the sliding block 302-1, and the ultrasonic generator 200 can be fixed at a plurality of positions in the vertical direction by enabling the pin hole 303 on the sliding block 302-1 to be opposite to different pin holes 303 on the guide rail 301-1, so that different functions are realized.
Specifically, the guide rail 301-1 is vertically arranged, the guide rail 301-1 is provided with an upper pin hole 303, a middle pin hole 303 and a lower pin hole 303, and the three pin holes 303 are sequentially arranged along the vertical direction.
After the pin hole 303 on the sliding block 302-1 is connected with the pin hole 303 positioned at the lower part of the guide rail 301-1 through the pin shaft 304, the vibration end of the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 is not positioned below the edge of the cleaning tank 400, so that the vibration end is positioned below the liquid level of the cleaning liquid of the cleaning tank 400, and the glasses and the like can be cleaned;
as shown in fig. 7, after the pin hole 303 of the slider 302-1 is connected to the pin hole 303 located at the middle of the guide rail 301-1 by the pin 304, the vibration end is spaced from the liquid level of the washing liquid of the washing tank 400 by a small distance, and during washing, the laundry is located between the vibration end and the liquid level of the washing liquid of the washing tank 400, the upper portion of the laundry is in contact with the vibration end, and the lower end of the laundry is in contact with the liquid level of the washing tank 400;
when the pin hole 303 of the slider 302-1 is connected with the pin hole 303 positioned at the upper part of the guide rail 301-1 through the pin shaft 304, the vibrating end is separated from the liquid level of the washing liquid of the washing tank 400 by a larger distance, and the washing tank can be taken out, and the washing liquid after washing is poured.

As shown in fig. 8, the present embodiment is a further limitation to the first embodiment, the ultrasonic cleaning apparatus of the present embodiment further includes a driving device and a control device 1, the driving device is electrically connected to the control device 1, the driving device is connected to the ultrasonic generating device 200, and the control device 1 controls the driving device to drive the ultrasonic generating device 200 to move.
Further, the driving device comprises a motor 306 and a transmission chain 305 in transmission connection with the motor 306, and the transmission chain 305 is fixedly connected with the ultrasonic wave generating device 200.
The body 100 is provided with a driven wheel 308, an output shaft of the motor 306 is provided with a driving wheel 307, the driving wheel 307 and the driven wheel 308 are arranged along the horizontal direction, the transmission chain 305 is arranged between the driving wheel 307 and the driven wheel 308, and after the motor 306 is electrified, the driving wheel 307 rotates to drive the transmission chain 305 to move, so that the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 on the transmission chain 305 is driven to move, and the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 moves in the horizontal direction.
The power supply for the motor 306 may be a socket or other power storage device.
Further, the washing machine further comprises a drainage box 2 for collecting washed washing liquid, wherein the drainage box 2 is arranged at the lower part of the body 100 and is detachably connected with the body 100.
Further, the lower portion of the body 100 is provided with a receiving chamber having a front opening, the drain box 2 may be pushed in/pulled out of the receiving chamber through the front opening, and the drain box 2 is pulled out of the washing liquid after being collected to be full.
A control method of an ultrasonic cleaning device comprises the following steps:
s1 the user controls the motor 306 to turn on through the control device 1;
s2, the motor 306 rotates forward to move the transmission chain 305 to drive the ultrasonic generator 200 to move in the first direction;
after the time of S3T, the control device 1 controls the motor 306 to rotate reversely, so that the transmission chain 305 drives the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 to move in a second direction opposite to the first direction, and S2 is repeated after the time of T;
after the washing is completed in S4, the motor 306 is turned off.
The above embodiments may be implemented individually or in combination. Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

Claims (15)

1. A washing machine having an ultrasonic washing device, comprising:
a housing, in which a washing tub is provided;
an ultrasonic washing device which independently performs pretreatment of the laundry or laundry washing in an ultrasonic washing manner;
the ultrasonic washing device comprises a body provided with an ultrasonic generating device and a washing tank for containing washing liquid, wherein the ultrasonic generating device is provided with an ultrasonic vibration end for generating vibration, and the ultrasonic vibration end faces the washing tank; the body is rotatably, or can be pushed and pulled, or can be lifted and arranged in the shell of the washing machine or on the disk seat through the movable mechanism, and can be extended out for ultrasonic washing or retracted for hiding according to the use requirement;
the ultrasonic vibration end extends into the cleaning tank, the height of the ultrasonic vibration end is lower than that of the side wall of the cleaning tank, and after clothes to be cleaned are placed between the ultrasonic generating device and the cleaning tank, two ends of the clothes can be clamped between the ultrasonic generating device and the cleaning tank.
2. A washing machine with an ultrasonic washing device according to claim 1, wherein the casing or the tray of the washing machine is provided with an opening, the movable mechanism is movably arranged at the opening, and the body is fixed on the movable mechanism; the movable mechanism drives the ultrasonic washing device to extend out of the opening, or the movable mechanism enables the ultrasonic washing device to be taken into the washing machine from the opening, and the movable mechanism covers the opening and forms a flat surface with the washing machine.
3. A washing machine with an ultrasonic washing device according to claim 2, wherein a space for accommodating the ultrasonic washing device is reserved on the tray of the washing machine, and the opening is arranged corresponding to the space.
4. A washing machine with an ultrasonic washing device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the opening is arranged at the inner ring of the tray seat, and the ultrasonic washing device is extended or turned over towards the washing tub to carry out ultrasonic washing;
or the opening is arranged on the outer ring of the disk seat, and the ultrasonic washing device extends out of or turns over the washing machine to carry out ultrasonic washing;
or the opening is upward, and the ultrasonic washing device can be lifted and extended upwards to carry out ultrasonic washing.
5. The washing machine having an ultrasonic washing apparatus as set forth in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the washing tub is communicated with an inner tub of the washing machine through a pipe and/or communicated with a drain pipe of the washing machine to drain the washing liquid in the washing tub.
6. A washing machine with an ultrasonic washing device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the washing tank is switchably in communication with an inner tub and a drain of the washing machine.
7. A washing machine with ultrasonic washing device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the washing tank is provided with a drain port communicating with the inner tub of the washing machine and/or with the drain pipe of the washing machine via a pipe, said drain port being provided with a closure for closing/opening the drain port.

A washing machine with an ultrasonic washing device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the movable mechanism comprises a movable plate connected with a rotating shaft of the washing machine, the body is fixedly arranged on the movable plate; when the movable plate rotates and retracts, the ultrasonic washing device is driven to enter the washing machine from the opening to be hidden, and the opening is covered to form a flat outer surface with the washing machine; when the movable plate is extended, the ultrasonic washing device is exposed.
9. A washing machine having an ultrasonic washing apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the movable plate is horizontally rotatable about a vertical rotation axis or vertically rotatable about a horizontal rotation axis; after the movable plate rotates to drive the ultrasonic washing device to be exposed, the ultrasonic generating device is positioned above the washing tank.
10. A washing machine with an ultrasonic washing device according to any of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the movable mechanism is adapted to be push-pull inserted into the opening and to cover the opening; the body is fixed on the movable mechanism, when the movable mechanism is pulled out, the ultrasonic wave generating device and the cleaning tank are exposed, and when the movable mechanism is pushed back, the ultrasonic wave generating device and the cleaning tank are hidden in the washing machine.
11. A washing machine with an ultrasonic washing device as claimed in claim 10, wherein the movable mechanism comprises a top plate and a bottom plate, the rear sides of the top plate and the bottom plate extending into the opening are connected by a back plate, and the front side of the top plate is provided with a movable front plate matched with the opening; the body is fixed on the top plate and/or the bottom plate, the ultrasonic generating device is close to the top plate, the cleaning tank is close to the bottom plate, and the bottom plate is connected with the inside of the opening in a sliding mode.
12. A washing machine with an ultrasonic cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 11, wherein the front plate is pivotally connected to the front edge of the top plate, and the front plate is pivoted open and fixed after the moving mechanism is pulled out.
13. A washing machine with an ultrasonic washing device according to any one of claims 2 to 4, characterized in that the opening is upward, a cover body capable of covering the opening is arranged on the opening, the movable mechanism is arranged in the opening in a lifting way, and the body is fixed on the movable mechanism; the movable mechanism is lifted upwards to expose the ultrasonic washing device, and the movable mechanism is lowered to drive the ultrasonic washing device to retract and hide.
14. A washing machine with an ultrasonic washing device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized by further comprising a control unit and a driving mechanism electrically connected with the control unit, wherein the driving mechanism is connected with the movable mechanism, and the control unit drives the movable mechanism to automatically turn over or pop up/retract by controlling the driving mechanism to drive the ultrasonic washing device to automatically expose or hide.
15. A washing machine having an ultrasonic washing apparatus according to any of claims 1 to 4, wherein the ultrasonic vibration end of the ultrasonic wave generating means is in contact with the liquid surface in the washing tub or has a certain interval such that at least the lower surface of the laundry is in contact with the liquid surface of the washing liquid when the upper surface of the laundry is in contact with the ultrasonic vibration end.
