Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and the following embodiments are used for illustrating the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
Example one
As shown in fig. 1 to 11, the present embodiment provides an ultrasonic washing apparatus, which includes an ultrasonic generating device 2 capable of generating ultrasonic waves and a washing tank 400 for containing washing liquid, wherein the ultrasonic generating device 200 is located above the washing tank 400, and an ultrasonic vibrating end of the ultrasonic generating device 200 faces the washing tank 400; the laundry 5 is interposed between the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 and the washing tank 400 and soaked by the washing liquid 7, while the upper surface of the laundry 5 is in contact with the ultrasonic wave vibrating end of the ultrasonic wave generating device 200.
The ultrasonic washing device of the embodiment can be used for washing parts of clothes which are not easy to wash, such as collars, cuffs, edges of clothes and the like, and can also be used for washing local stains of the clothes or articles made of soft materials.
The ultrasonic wave generator 200 and the cleaning tank 400 of the present embodiment may be installed on the body 100 of the ultrasonic cleaning apparatus, and may be installed vertically. After at least partial clothes 5 to be washed are placed between the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 and the washing tank 400, the clothes 5 to be washed are soaked by the washing liquid in the washing tank 400, and can be completely soaked or partially soaked; the upper surface of the soaked clothes 5 to be washed is contacted with the ultrasonic vibration end of the ultrasonic generating device 200, when the ultrasonic generating device 200 works, the stains of the clothes 5 to be washed and the ultrasonic vibration end generate resonance, the resonance can directly reach the deep layer of the clothes fiber, and stubborn stains on the surface and the deep layer of the clothes can fall off along with the resonance of the ultrasonic vibration wave, so that the stain removing effect is better.
The clothes of this embodiment do not need to be completely soaked in the cleaning tank 400, and only need to be contacted with the ultrasonic vibration end of the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 after being soaked to achieve resonance, thereby achieving the effect of thorough cleaning. Because the scheme only needs to soak the clothes, the ultrasonic generating device does not need to be placed in liquid to generate resonance, only a small amount of liquid is needed, the needed cleaning tank 400 is shallow, and the depth of the cleaning tank is only needed to be larger than that of the thicker clothes. Therefore, the volume of the cleaning tank 400 is small, and a good cleaning effect can be achieved only by a small amount of water, so that the occupied space can be saved, the water consumption can be greatly saved, and the cleaning process is convenient and rapid.
The ultrasonic vibration end of the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 is in contact with the liquid level in the washing tank 400 or has a certain distance, which satisfies that at least the lower surface of the laundry 5 is in contact with the liquid level of the washing liquid when the upper surface of the laundry 5 is in contact with the ultrasonic vibration end.
When the ultrasonic vibration end of the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 is in contact with the liquid level in the cleaning tank 400, the laundry 5 is completely soaked in the cleaning tank 400, and simultaneously the upper surface of the laundry 5 is in contact with the ultrasonic vibration end. When the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 works, the ultrasonic wave vibration directly reaches the clothes, so that the consumption of the ultrasonic wave is reduced, meanwhile, the high-frequency ultrasonic wave generated by the ultrasonic wave vibrates the liquid soaked in the clothes 5 to be washed, a plurality of tiny high-frequency bubbles are generated, and the tiny bubbles continuously hit the surface and the inner layer of the clothes to be washed, generate resonance with stains on the surface and the inner layer of the clothes to be washed, and enable the stains to fall off.
When the ultrasonic vibration end of the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 has a certain distance from the liquid level in the washing tank 400, the distance needs to be the largest enough to allow the lower surface of the laundry 5 to contact the liquid level of the washing liquid when the upper surface of the laundry 5 contacts the ultrasonic vibration end. Therefore, the clothes 5 to be washed can be ensured to be continuously soaked in the washing liquid, so that resonance is achieved during ultrasonic work, and the washing effect is achieved.
In a more preferred embodiment, the ultrasonic wave generator 200 and the cleaning tank 400 are fixed relative to each other, and the horizontal projection of the ultrasonic vibration end of the ultrasonic wave generator 200 falls within the horizontal projection of the cleaning tank 400.
After the laundry 5 is soaked in the cleaning tank 400, the upper surface of the laundry needs to be contacted with the ultrasonic vibration end, and the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 is located above the inside of the cleaning tank 400, so that firstly, the ultrasonic vibration wave can be guaranteed to act on the spot area of the laundry in the cleaning tank 400 to the maximum extent, the decontamination effect is guaranteed, and secondly, the washing liquid can be guaranteed to be concentrated in the cleaning tank 400, and the washing liquid cannot be splashed to other areas.
In addition, the ultrasonic generator 200 can also move relative to the cleaning tank 400, and the ultrasonic vibration end can horizontally slide along the length direction of the cleaning tank 400, so that the ultrasonic generator can automatically move to clean large-area stains, such as collars.
The ultrasonic generator 200 can also be rotated above the cleaning tank 400 to be lifted and dropped, so that the laundry can be more conveniently soaked in the cleaning tank 400, and the cleaning treatment of the cleaning tank 400 and the like can be facilitated. When the clothes need to be placed, the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 is rotated upwards and lifted; after the placement, the ultrasonic generator 200 is rotated in the reverse direction, and the ultrasonic vibration end is directed to the cleaning tank 400 to prepare for cleaning.
In a further aspect, the ultrasonic vibration end of the ultrasonic generator can move up and down in the vertical direction to adjust the distance between the ultrasonic vibration end and the cleaning tank 400. The distance between the ultrasonic vibration end and the cleaning tank 400 is at least two steps, and when the ultrasonic vibration end extends below the liquid level, the ultrasonic vibration end directly vibrates the cleaning liquid to clean rigid articles in the cleaning liquid; when the ultrasonic vibration end has a certain interval with the liquid level, the ultrasonic vibration end directly contacts with the clothes to vibrate and clean the clothes.
More specifically, the ultrasonic generator 200 of the present embodiment includes a housing 7, and an ultrasonic generator and an ultrasonic vibrator 6 disposed in the housing 7, wherein the ultrasonic vibrator 6 is disposed at an ultrasonic vibration end of the ultrasonic generator 200, and one end of the ultrasonic vibrator 6 is electrically connected to the ultrasonic generator, and the other end protrudes from a bottom surface of the housing.
The ultrasonic vibrator 6 is an ultrasonic transducer, the ultrasonic vibrator 6 is connected with an ultrasonic generator, so that a high-frequency oscillation signal of ultrasonic waves is converted into high-frequency mechanical oscillation, the other end of the ultrasonic vibrator protrudes out of the bottom surface of the shell and is contacted with the clothes 5 to be washed soaked in liquid, the ultrasonic oscillation signal is further transmitted to the soaking liquid on the surface and the deep layer of the clothes 5 to be washed, and tiny bubbles are generated and then hit the surface and the deep layer of the clothes to be washed, so that stains are expected to achieve the effect of falling off in a resonant mode.
In a further scheme, a plurality of ultrasonic vibrators 6 are arranged, and the heights of the plurality of ultrasonic vibrators 6 protruding out of the bottom surface of the shell are consistent.
The ultrasonic contact area can be increased by the combined action of the ultrasonic vibrators 6, and the cleaning efficiency is improved. When the height of the ultrasonic vibrator 6 protruding out of the bottom surface of the shell is consistent, a resonance plane can be formed, and a better resonance effect is achieved. The heights of the ultrasonic vibrators 6 protruding from the bottom surface of the housing may be different, and a plurality of resonance surfaces are formed to act together.
Meanwhile, the arrangement mode of the ultrasonic vibrators 6 has a great influence on the washing effect and the washing efficiency of the clothes. The plurality of ultrasonic vibrators 6 may be arranged in a staggered manner or may be uniformly distributed, and may be set according to the area of the ultrasonic vibration end and the power of the ultrasonic wave generating apparatus 200.
In a more preferred embodiment, the plurality of ultrasonic transducers 6 are arranged in a plurality of rows along the longitudinal direction of the cleaning tank 400, and the ultrasonic transducers 6 in each row are staggered back and forth. Therefore, a larger contact area with clothes can be realized by using fewer ultrasonic vibrators 6, so that the cost is saved, and the cleaning efficiency is ensured.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, in order to fix the laundry better and simplify the user operation, clamping structures 101 are provided at the outer sides of both ends of the washing tank 400, and after the laundry 5 is placed between the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 and the washing tank 400, both ends of the laundry 5 are fixed by the clamping structures 101.
The holding structure 101 may be disposed on the sidewalls of both ends of the cleaning tank 400, or may be disposed on the body 100 of the ultrasonic cleaning apparatus outside both ends. The clamping structure 101 can be a fixed clamp, and the clamp is pressed by two hands and then clamped at two ends of the clothes 5 to be washed, so that the clamping structure plays a role in fixing; or a splint or the like, and the fixing effect can be achieved.
In a preferred embodiment, the clamping structure 101 is a clamping plate disposed at an angle with respect to the longitudinal direction of the washing tub 400, and the laundry 5 can be pressed under the clamping plate.
The axial direction of the clamping plates is perpendicular to the length direction of the cleaning tank 400, and at least two clamping plates are arranged on the body 100 at the outer sides of the two ends of the cleaning tank 400 respectively. One end of each clamping plate is rotatably connected with the body 100 of the ultrasonic washing device, and can be in shaft connection or hinged connection; the other end is clamped with the body 100. More specifically, the end of the clamping plate is provided with a slot or a clamping block, and the body 100 corresponding to the clamping plate is provided with a clamping block or a slot matched with the clamping block or the clamping block, so that the clamping plate is clamped with the body 100.
Example two
As shown in fig. 1-4 and 7, the present embodiment is further limited to the first embodiment or the second embodiment, and the present embodiment provides an ultrasonic washing apparatus, including a body 100, where the body 100 is provided with an ultrasonic generating device and a washing tank 400 for containing washing liquid, the ultrasonic generating device has an ultrasonic vibrating end for generating vibration, and the ultrasonic vibrating end faces the washing tank 400; the body 100 is further provided with a spray device 500, and the washing liquid is sprayed into the washing tank 400 through the spray device 500.
The spraying device 500 of the embodiment can spray water flow when the ultrasonic wave generating device vibrates ultrasonically, and can also directly wash clothes.
When the ultrasonic wave generating device is in direct contact with the surface of the clothes to generate ultrasonic oscillation, so that stains on the surface and deep layers of the clothes can fall off along with the resonance of ultrasonic vibration waves, water flow is sprayed onto the clothes through the spraying device 500, the impact force is large, not only can fallen dirt be taken away, but also the clothes can be washed vigorously, and the washing effect is improved; in addition, after the cleaning is finished, the spraying device 500 can also wash the cleaning tank 400, so that the cleanness of the ultrasonic cleaning device is kept, and the cleaning process is convenient and quick.
In a further scheme, a water outlet of the spraying device 500 is arranged above the cleaning tank 400 and is sprayed into the cleaning tank 400 from top to bottom; or the water outlet of the spraying device 500 is arranged in the cleaning tank 400 and sprays from the side or sprays from the bottom to the top.
The spraying device 500 of the scheme sprays into the cleaning tank 400 from top to bottom, so that the power can be saved, the spraying range is large, and the spraying effect is good. The spraying device 500 may be separately disposed above the cleaning tank 400, or may be disposed in combination with the ultrasonic wave generating device above the cleaning tank 400, so as to achieve a better cleaning effect. The water outlet of the spraying device 500 is arranged in the cleaning tank 400, and when the washing tank is sprayed from the side or sprayed from bottom to top, the distance between the washing tank and the clothes is short, the required spraying power is small, and the washing tank 400 is not easy to spill. The water outlet of the spraying device 500 can be combined with the inner wall of the cleaning tank 400, so that the clothes are prevented from being scratched. In either way, the water flow sprayed from the spray device 500 can provide a good washing effect to the laundry or the washing tub 400.

The water supply pipeline of the scheme can be directly communicated with a water tap for supplying water and also can be communicated with a water supply device for storing water of the ultrasonic washing device, and the water supply pipeline can be integrally formed with the spray header 501 to form a whole; or be the solitary piece respectively, and mutual sealed intercommunication sets up to guarantee that water can only erupt from the delivery port of shower head 501, avoid leaking. The water supply pipeline can be hidden in the body 100 and supplies water to the spray header 501, the arrangement position of the spray header 501 can be various, and the spray header can be arranged above the cleaning tank 400 and also can be arranged in the cleaning tank 400 and respectively spray into the cleaning tank 400.
The water supply pipeline is provided with a booster pump, and water flow in the water supply pipeline is sprayed out from the spray header after being boosted by the booster pump, and is sprayed on clothes for rinsing.
In a further scheme, the spray header 501 is independently arranged on the body 100 at the periphery of the ultrasonic vibration end; or the spray header 501 is integrally arranged on the periphery of the ultrasonic vibration end, and the spray header 501 is fixedly connected with the periphery of the ultrasonic vibration end or integrally formed.
When the spray header 501 is disposed above the cleaning tank 400, it can be an independent component, and is fixedly or movably mounted on the body 100, and the water outlet faces the cleaning tank 400; thus, the spray header 501 can be processed independently, is convenient to install, and has a good spraying effect. Or, the spray header 501 is integrally installed on the ultrasonic wave generating device, so that not only can the spraying angle be ensured, but also the spraying device 500 can synchronously move with the ultrasonic wave generating device, and can vibrate and spray the vibrating part at the same time, thereby achieving a better spraying and flushing effect.
In a further scheme, a water retaining structure 600 is arranged on the periphery of the spray header, and the water retaining structure 600 extends towards one side of a water outlet of the spray header; the splashing of the sprayed water after contacting with the clothes can be prevented.
Preferably, the water retaining structure 600 is a water retaining shield surrounding the spray header for a circle, and the lower end of the water retaining shield is slightly lower than the water outlet of the spray header; the user can achieve the best spraying effect when moving the clothes along the protective cover.
Preferably, the water guide channel is arranged on the water blocking shield, and part of water which is not sprayed on the clothes flows into the washing tank through the water guide channel. The water guide channel can be a water guide hole, so that water which does not pass through clothes smoothly flows into the washing tank at the bottom, and a user is prompted or guided to start from one side of the water guide hole and move the clothes to the other side, and residues are better washed away. The spraying direction is from top to bottom, and can be a certain included angle, so that part of water which does not pass through the clothes can flow out through the water guide holes.
The further scheme is that the device further comprises a control device arranged on the body and a sensing device used for detecting whether clothes are shielded in the spraying range, wherein the sensing device is electrically connected with the control device and feeds back a sensing signal to the control device. When the spraying step is triggered, the sensing device judges whether clothes are shielded in the spraying range or not, and stops spraying if the clothes are not shielded; water resources can be saved.
