Example one
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the present embodiment provides a wall-mounted ultrasonic cleaning apparatus, including: a body 100 mounted on a wall;
an ultrasonic wave generator 200 having an ultrasonic wave vibration end for generating ultrasonic wave vibration;
a cleaning tank 400 for containing a cleaning liquid, the ultrasonic vibration end facing the cleaning tank 400, the cleaning tank 400 being detachably provided on the body 100.
The wall-mounted ultrasonic washing device of the embodiment may be fixed to a wall, fixedly mounted to the wall, or mounted to a fixed plate or the like at a position suitable for installation and use, as long as the function of the wall-mounted ultrasonic washing device can be achieved.
The wall-mounted ultrasonic washing device can be used for cleaning parts of clothes which are not easy to clean, such as collars, cuffs, edges of clothes and the like, and can also be used for cleaning local stains of clothes or soft articles. When the clothes of a user are accidentally stained with stains, the clothes can be worn and treated in time, so that the stains are prevented from being deposited, and the clothes can be applied to various places.
The ultrasonic generator 200 may be disposed on the body to correspond to the cleaning tank up and down, or may be disposed separately, or may be fixed on a wall, etc., so as to facilitate movement, installation, and cleaning.
In a preferred scheme, the ultrasonic vibration end is positioned above the cleaning tank 400; the laundry is placed between the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 and the cleaning tank 400 and soaked by the cleaning liquid, and the upper surface of the laundry is contacted with the ultrasonic vibration end to be cleaned.
The ultrasonic wave generator 200 and the cleaning tank 400 of the present embodiment are installed on the body 100 of the wall-mounted ultrasonic cleaning apparatus and are installed in a vertically corresponding manner. After at least partial clothes 5 to be washed are placed between the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 and the washing tank 400, the clothes 5 to be washed are soaked by the washing liquid 7 in the washing tank 400, and can be completely soaked or partially soaked; the upper surface of the soaked clothes 5 to be washed is contacted with the ultrasonic vibration end of the ultrasonic generating device 200, when the ultrasonic generating device 200 works, the stains of the clothes 5 to be washed and the ultrasonic vibration end generate resonance, the resonance can directly reach the deep layer of the clothes fiber, and stubborn stains on the surface and the deep layer of the clothes can fall off along with the resonance of the ultrasonic vibration wave, so that the stain removing effect is better.
The clothes of this embodiment do not need to be completely soaked in the cleaning tank 400, and only need to be contacted with the ultrasonic vibration end of the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 after being soaked to achieve resonance, thereby achieving the effect of thorough cleaning. Because the scheme only needs to soak the clothes, the ultrasonic generating device does not need to be placed in liquid to generate resonance, only a small amount of liquid is needed, the needed cleaning tank 400 is shallow, and the depth of the cleaning tank is only needed to be larger than that of the thicker clothes. Therefore, the volume of the cleaning tank 400 is small, and a good cleaning effect can be achieved only by a small amount of water, so that the occupied space can be saved, the water consumption can be greatly saved, and the cleaning process is convenient and rapid.

When the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 works, the ultrasonic wave vibration directly reaches the clothes, so that the consumption of the ultrasonic wave is reduced, meanwhile, the high-frequency ultrasonic wave generated by the ultrasonic wave vibrates the liquid soaked in the clothes 5 to be washed, a plurality of tiny high-frequency bubbles are generated, and the tiny bubbles continuously hit the surface and the inner layer of the clothes to be washed, generate resonance with stains on the surface and the inner layer of the clothes to be washed, and enable the stains to fall off.
When the ultrasonic vibration end of the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 has a certain distance from the liquid level in the washing tank 400, the distance needs to be the largest enough to allow the lower surface of the laundry 5 to contact the liquid level of the washing liquid 7 when the upper surface of the laundry 5 contacts the ultrasonic vibration end. Therefore, the clothes 5 to be washed can be ensured to be continuously soaked in the washing liquid 7, so that resonance is achieved during ultrasonic work, and the washing effect is achieved.
The washing tank detachable of this embodiment sets up on the body, is convenient for take off the washing liquid of changing in the washing tank at any time, also is convenient for wash the washing tank. Can dismantle the mode that sets up and can adopt the multiple, can realize that the washing tank mountable again can take off alone on the body.
