After the cover body 1 is closed, the opening edge of the concave cavity 2 of the cover body 1 is matched with the peripheral edge of the body 100 in size and shape, so that the body 100 and the cover body 1 can form a smooth and regular whole. Preferably, the rear wall and/or the side wall of the cover body 1 is/are hinged to the rear side of the body 100, so that the front side of the body 100 can be exposed for cleaning.
In a further scheme, the body 100 comprises a horizontal operating platform 102 and a vertical box body 101 positioned at the rear part of the horizontal operating platform 102, the cleaning tank 400 is arranged on the horizontal operating platform 102, the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 is fixed on the box body 101 and positioned above the cleaning tank 400, the cover body 1 is hinged with the box body 101, and after being closed, the cover body and the box body 101 and the horizontal operating platform 102 form a closed space 3 so as to cover the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 and the cleaning tank 400.
The height of the casing 101 is higher than that of the horizontal stage 102, and the casing 101 and the horizontal stage 102 form an "L" shape when viewed from the side. The casing 101 and the horizontal table 102 may be integrally provided or may be provided separately. In this way, the ultrasonic generator 200 fixed on the cabinet 101 can be located above the cleaning tank 400, and after the user puts the clothes on the horizontal operating table 102 and soaks the clothes in the cleaning tank 400, the ultrasonic generator 200 performs cleaning.
Lid 1 and box 101 articulated back, the cage covers on "L" shape upper portion, forms enclosure space 3, can cage, protect ultrasonic wave generating device 200 and washing tank 400, avoids its damage, also can prevent dust, keep inside clean and tidy.
The control device of the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 can be arranged in the box body 101, and the control panel can be arranged outside the box body 101, so that the operation of a user is convenient. A pipe or a washing liquid 5 storage tank may be provided in the cabinet 101 to supply the washing liquid 5 into the wash bowl 400.
The cover body 1 comprises a top wall, a front wall and two side walls, wherein the two side walls are positioned at two sides of the box body 101 and hinged with the box body 101, and the rear edges of the two side walls are obliquely arranged;
when the cover body 1 is closed, the cover body 1 is supported on the horizontal operating platform 102, and the front wall of the cover body 1 and the front side surface of the horizontal operating platform 102 are in smooth transition to form an arc-shaped surface; the rear edge of the top wall of the cover body 1 is attached to the front edge of the top of the box body 101, and the side walls of the cover body 1 are in smooth transition with the side surfaces of the two ends of the horizontal operating platform 102, so that the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 is protected and an attractive and neat appearance is formed;
when the cover body 1 is turned upwards and opened, the rear edge of the side wall of the cover body 1 is flush and coplanar with the rear surface of the box body 101; thus, the lid 1 does not protrude toward the rear of the case 101 after being turned over and opened. Therefore, the ultrasonic washing device can be placed close to the wall without influencing the opening of the ultrasonic washing device, so that not only can the space be saved, but also the phenomenon that the cover body 1 touches the wall after being turned backwards can be avoided, the wall is scratched and damaged, and the attractiveness of the wall is influenced.
In a further scheme, the cover body 1 and/or the body 100 are/is provided with a limiting structure, and after the cover body 1 is turned upwards and opened, the limiting structure limits the position of the cover body 1 to prevent the cover body from falling.
As a preferable scheme, the limiting structure is a telescopic stop member (not labeled) arranged on the box body 101, and after the cover body 1 is turned upwards and opened, the telescopic stop member is ejected to support the cover body 1; when the cover body 1 is closed, the cover body 1 presses the telescopic stop member downward to retract the telescopic stop member, and then the cover body 1 is closed.
The side walls of both sides of the cover 1 are located outside both side walls of the case 101 and contact each other. The telescopic stop parts are arranged at two sides of the box body 101, and when the cover body 1 is closed, the telescopic stop parts are extruded, downwards or inwards contracted by the cover body 1 and hidden between the side wall of the box body 101 and the cover body 1; when the user upwards overturns and opens the cover body 1, and is higher than the telescopic stop part, the telescopic stop part is not stressed any more and is popped out outwards to support the cover body 1, so that the limiting effect is achieved, and the cover body 1 is prevented from falling.
In a further scheme, flexible parts which are matched with each other are arranged at the contact part of the cover body 1 and the body 100; the flexible piece can be a flexible ring or a flexible strip made of flexible materials and is respectively arranged at the contact part of the cover body 1 and the box body 101, so that the sealing performance of the cover body 1 when closed can be improved, and the sound generated by the contact of the cover body 1 and the body 100 when closed can be reduced; thirdly, when the cover body 1 is accidentally dropped, the user can be prevented from being accidentally injured by clamping.
Preferably, a first flexible strip is arranged on the edge of the downward opening of the cavity 2, a second flexible strip matched with the first flexible strip is arranged on the horizontal operating platform 102, and when the cover body 1 is closed, the first flexible strip is contacted with the second flexible strip.
The position that corresponds the contact with lid 1 on the bottom edge of the antetheca of cavity 2 and the both sides wall of lid 1, the horizontal operation platform 102 all is equipped with flexible strip, and when lid 1 was closed, two flexible strip contacts, can enough increase the seal, can reduce the noise again, avoid pressing from both sides the injure user.
In addition, when the user uses the ultrasonic washing apparatus, after the cover body 1 is opened, the laundry 4 to be washed is put between the ultrasonic generating apparatus 200 and the washing tank 400, and then the cover body 1 can be closed by being put down, and at this time, the cover body 1 can play a role of holding the laundry, and the user does not need to hold the laundry by hand for washing. The cover body 1 can prevent liquid from splashing outside after being covered, the external environment is kept clean, and meanwhile, noise generated when the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 works can be isolated in the cover body 1, so that noise felt by a user is reduced.
In a further scheme, clamping structures are further arranged on two sides of the cover body 1, after the clothes 4 to be washed are placed between the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 and the washing tank 400, the cover body 1 is closed, and then two ends of the clothes 4 to be washed are fixed by the clamping structures. By clamping the two ends of the clothes 4 to be washed, the user does not need to hold the clothes 4 to be washed by hands to wash, and time and labor are saved.
The clamping structure can be a fixed clamp, and the clamping structure is pressed by two hands and then clamped at two ends of the clothes to be washed 4 to play a role in fixing; the fixing effect can be realized by a hook and the like.
EXAMPLE III
In this embodiment, the cover 1 is clamped to the body 100; the body 100 is provided with a circumferential groove, the edge of the opening of the cavity 2 of the cover body 1 is matched with the groove, and after the cover body 1 is covered on the body 100, the edge of the opening is inserted into the groove to be clamped.
The cover body 1 of the scheme is provided with a concave cavity 2 with a downward opening, and the cover body 1 is buckled on the body 100 and covers the upper part of the body 100. The cavity 2 has a top wall, a front wall, a rear wall and two side walls, and the edge of the opening of the cavity 2 has a downward rib. The body 100 includes a horizontal operation table 102, and the horizontal operation table 102 is provided with an ultrasonic generating device and a cleaning tank 400 which are correspondingly arranged up and down. The periphery of the horizontal operating platform 102 is provided with a groove, the groove is matched with a convex rib at the bottom of the cover body 1, and after the cover body 1 is covered on the body 100, the convex rib is inserted into the groove for clamping. The user can cover or take off lid 1 as required, and the flexibility is high, convenient to use.
As another embodiment, the cover 1 is made of a flexible material, and one side of the cover 1 is connected to one side of the body 100 and can be retracted to one side of the body 100, or can be extended from the connected side to the opposite side and can cover the body 100.
The cover body 1 of the proposal is telescopically arranged on the body 100, the cover body 1 is folded into a corrugated shape when being contracted and is opened into a smooth cover-shaped structure when being expanded, thereby covering the body 100, protecting the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 and keeping tidiness.
Example four
In this embodiment, which is a further limitation of the first to the third embodiments, the ultrasonic wave generator 200 of this embodiment includes an ultrasonic vibrator 201 disposed at the ultrasonic vibration end, and the ultrasonic vibrator 201 protrudes from the bottom surface of the ultrasonic wave generator 200.
The ultrasonic wave generating device 200 of this embodiment includes the casing and sets up supersonic generator and ultrasonic vibrator 201 in the casing, and ultrasonic vibrator 201 sets up the ultrasonic wave vibration end at ultrasonic wave generating device 200, one end and the supersonic generator electricity of ultrasonic vibrator 201 be connected, the other end protrusion is in the bottom surface of casing.
The ultrasonic vibrator 201 is an ultrasonic transducer, and the ultrasonic vibrator 201 is connected with an ultrasonic generator, so that a high-frequency oscillation signal of ultrasonic waves is converted into high-frequency mechanical oscillation, the other end of the ultrasonic vibrator protrudes out of the bottom surface of the shell and is contacted with the clothes 4 to be washed soaked in the liquid, the ultrasonic oscillation signal is further transmitted to the soaking liquid on the surface and the deep layer of the clothes 4 to be washed, and the surface and the deep layer of the clothes to be washed are hit after micro bubbles are generated, so that the stain is expected to achieve the effect of falling off by resonance.
Preferably, a plurality of ultrasonic vibrators 201 are provided, and the heights of the ultrasonic vibrators 201 protruding from the bottom surface of the ultrasonic generator 200 are consistent; the plurality of ultrasonic transducers 201 are arranged in a staggered manner or uniformly distributed.
The ultrasonic vibrators 201 act together, so that the ultrasonic contact area can be increased, and the cleaning efficiency is improved. When the height of the ultrasonic vibrator 201 protruding from the bottom surface of the housing is consistent, a resonance plane can be formed, and a better resonance effect is achieved. The heights of the ultrasonic transducers 201 protruding from the bottom surface of the housing may be different, and a plurality of resonance surfaces may be formed to cooperate with each other.
Meanwhile, the arrangement of the ultrasonic vibrators 201 has a great influence on the washing effect and washing efficiency of the clothes. The plurality of ultrasonic vibrators 201 may be arranged in a staggered manner or may be uniformly distributed, and may be set according to the area of the ultrasonic vibration end and the power of the ultrasonic wave generator 200.
More preferably, the plurality of ultrasonic transducers 201 are arranged in a plurality of rows along the longitudinal direction of the cleaning tank 400, and the ultrasonic transducers 201 in each row are distributed in a staggered manner.
As shown in fig. 9, in a more preferred embodiment, a plurality of ultrasonic transducers 201 are arranged in a plurality of rows along the longitudinal direction of the cleaning tank 400, and the ultrasonic transducers 201 in each row are staggered in the front-rear direction. Therefore, a larger contact area with clothes can be realized by using fewer ultrasonic vibrators 201, so that the cost is saved, and the cleaning efficiency is ensured.
EXAMPLE five
In this embodiment, which is a further limitation of the first to the fourth embodiments, the ultrasonic washing apparatus of this embodiment further includes a washing liquid storage box disposed inside the cabinet and communicated with the washing tank 400 through a pipeline for providing the washing liquid into the washing tank 400.
A liquid inlet and a liquid outlet are arranged on the cleaning tank 400, and in a preferred embodiment, the liquid inlet is arranged on the side wall of the cleaning tank 400, and the liquid outlet is arranged at the bottom of the cleaning tank 400, so that the cleaning tank 400 can contain the cleaning liquid conveniently. The washing liquid storage box is at least a water box, and can also be a detergent box, and is connected and communicated with the liquid inlet of the washing tank 400.
When the ultrasonic washing device works, liquid is fed and drained simultaneously, flowing liquid is formed in the washing tank 400, and when the stains fall off due to resonance of ultrasonic vibration, the falling stains can be washed away due to the flowing liquid, so that a better washing effect is achieved. The speed of the liquid inlet and outlet is required to keep the liquid flowing, and the washing liquid buffered in the washing tank 400 soaks or partially soaks the laundry 4 to be washed. In addition, the flowing liquid also enhances the resonance effect, and since the cleaning tank 400 has a small volume and a shallow interior, water is not wasted.
In the scheme, the liquid entering from the liquid inlet of the cleaning tank 400 can be water, detergent or a mixture of water and detergent.
In a further scheme, a collecting box 6 is arranged inside the horizontal operating platform, and the collecting box 6 is arranged at the lower part of the washing tank and communicated with the washing tank 400 and used for collecting the washing liquid 5 after washing the clothes. The collecting box 6 is detachably connected with the horizontal operating platform, and when the liquid in the collecting box 6 is more, the collecting box can be taken out and poured.
EXAMPLE six
The present embodiment is further limited to the first to the fifth embodiments, and the cleaning tank 400 of the present embodiment is detachably disposed on the body 100.
The washing tank detachable of this embodiment sets up on the body, is convenient for take off the washing liquid of changing in the washing tank at any time, also is convenient for wash the washing tank. Can dismantle the mode that sets up and can adopt the multiple, can realize that the washing tank mountable again can take off alone on the body.
In a further aspect, a first connecting portion is disposed on the body 100, and a second connecting portion is disposed on the cleaning tank 400, wherein the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion are matched and detachably disposed to fix the cleaning tank 400 to the body 100.
The first connecting part and the second connecting part can be connected and fixed in a detachable connection mode such as clamping, inserting, interference fit and the like; the cleaning tank can be fixed with the body only by means of limiting and fixing in embedding and the like without connection. Therefore, the washing liquid in the washing tank can be conveniently taken down and replaced at any time, and the washing tank can be conveniently cleaned.

The cavity that sets up on ultrasonic washing device's the body 100 matches with the periphery wall of washing tank 400, and washing tank 400 can put into the cavity, and the cavity plays limiting displacement to washing tank 400, realizes washing tank 400's fixed. When the washing liquid needs to be cleaned or replaced temporarily, the washing liquid can be directly taken out for replacement or flushing.
Scheme II: an opening is formed in the front side of the concave cavity, the cleaning tank 400 is arranged in the concave cavity, and the cleaning tank 400 can be pulled out of or pushed into the opening of the concave cavity;
this solution can be implemented in combination with the first solution, the cavity having an opening in the front side in addition to the upper opening. The user pushes or pulls the cleaning tank 400 into or out of the cavity from the opening for processing, and the cleaning tank is simple, convenient and easy to take out.
Preferably, the bottom and/or side of the cavity and the cleaning tank 400 are provided with a sliding structure 402, the sliding structure 402 includes a sliding slot/block disposed in the cavity and a sliding block/sliding slot disposed on the cleaning tank, the sliding block moves in the sliding slot to realize the pulling or pushing of the cleaning tank from the opening of the cavity. So arranged, the cleaning tank 400 is easily pulled out or pushed into the cavity.
The third scheme is as follows:
the first connecting portion is a clamping groove or/and a clamping jaw arranged on the body 100, the second connecting portion is a clamping jaw/clamping groove arranged on the cleaning tank 400, and the cleaning tank 400 is clamped with the clamping groove through the clamping jaw.
The cleaning tank 400 of this scheme can unsettled setting, also can set up on the platform of body 100, is equipped with jack catch or draw-in groove in ultrasonic wave generating device 200's below on the body 100, and is corresponding, is equipped with complex draw-in groove or jack catch with it on the cleaning tank 400, and the cleaning tank 400 carries out the joint through jack catch and draw-in groove. When the washing liquid needs to be cleaned or replaced temporarily, the washing liquid can be directly taken out for replacement or flushing.
EXAMPLE seven
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the present embodiment is further limited to the first embodiment to the sixth embodiment, the position of the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 of the present embodiment relative to the cleaning tank 400 is variable,
the ultrasonic generator 200 can move relative to the cleaning tank 400, so as to increase the cleaning area and widen the application range.
Specifically, the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 can move up and down relative to the cleaning tank 400, and the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 moves down, so that the vibration end is not under the liquid level of the cleaning liquid in the cleaning tank 400, and rigid objects can be cleaned, such as glasses; moving the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 upward to make the vibration end and the liquid level of the washing liquid have a certain interval, when washing the clothes, the clothes to be washed are positioned between the vibration end and the washing tank 400, the upper part of the clothes to be washed is contacted with the vibration end, and the lower part of the clothes to be washed is contacted with the washing liquid in the washing tank 400, so as to wash the clothes; if the ultrasonic generator 200 is continuously moved upward, the distance between the vibration end and the liquid level of the washing liquid is increased, so that the washing tank 400 can be conveniently taken out and the washing liquid in the washing tank 400 can be conveniently replaced.
The wash liquid may be water or a mixture of water and laundry treatment agents including washing powder, laundry detergent, etc.
When the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 can move horizontally relative to the cleaning tank 400, the cleaning range of the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 can be expanded.
Of course, if the ultrasonic generator 200 is designed to move up and down in a small range relative to the washing tank 400, it can be adapted to clothes or fabrics with different thicknesses and different materials.
Further, the ultrasonic washing apparatus further includes an adjusting device, the adjusting device adjusts a relative position of the ultrasonic generating device 200 and the washing tank 400, and the ultrasonic generating device 200 is connected to the body 100 through the adjusting device. The ultrasonic generator 200 is connected to the main body 100, and the adjusting device adjusts the position of the ultrasonic generator 200 on the main body 100, thereby adjusting the relative position of the ultrasonic generator 200 and the cleaning tank 400.
Example eight
As shown in fig. 10, the present embodiment is further limited to the seventh embodiment, and the adjusting device includes a first connecting member 301 and a second connecting member 302 respectively disposed on the body 100 and the ultrasonic generating device 200, and the first connecting member 301 and the second connecting member 302 are movably connected to move the ultrasonic generating device 200 in a horizontal direction and/or a vertical direction relative to the cleaning tank 400.
The first connecting member 301 and the second connecting member 302 are movably connected, so that the position relationship between the ultrasonic generator 200 and the cleaning tank 400 can be adjusted in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, respectively, and the adjustment can also be performed in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction at the same time.
The movable connection mode of the first connecting piece 301 and the second connecting piece 302 is sliding connection, rotating connection or telescopic connection.
The following explains that the first connector 301 is provided on the body 100, and the second connector 302 is provided on the ultrasonic wave generating apparatus 200.
The first scheme is as follows: sliding connection
As shown in fig. 10, the first connecting member 301 is two parallel guide rails 301-1 fixed on the body 100, the two parallel guide rails 301-1 are arranged along the vertical direction, the second connecting member 302 is a slider 302-1, the slider 302-1 is fixed on the ultrasonic wave generating device 200, the slider 302-1 is located between the two guide rails 301-1, and the slider 302-1 can slide up and down along a track between the guide rails 301-1 to adjust the position relationship of the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 and the cleaning tank 400 in the vertical direction.
Wherein, if two parallel guide rails 301-1 of the first connecting member 301 are arranged along the horizontal direction, the slider 302-1 can slide left and right along the horizontal track between the guide rails 301-1, so that the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 moves horizontally, and the washing area is increased.
Scheme II: rotating connection
The first connecting member 301 is a first supporting rod, the second connecting member 302 is a second supporting rod, one end of the first supporting rod is rotatably connected to the body 100, the other end of the first supporting rod is hinged to the second supporting rod, and the other end of the second supporting rod is fixedly connected to the ultrasonic generator 200.
The third scheme is as follows: telescopic connection
The adjusting device is a telescopic rod, the first connecting piece 301 is a first connecting rod, the second connecting piece 302 is a second connecting rod, one end of the first connecting rod is fixedly connected with the body 100, the other end of the first connecting rod is telescopically connected with the second connecting rod, and the other end of the second connecting rod is fixedly connected with the ultrasonic generating device 200. The length of the telescopic rod is adjusted by retracting/extending the first connecting rod into/out of the second connecting rod, and the relative position of the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 and the cleaning tank 400 is adjusted.
When the telescopic rod is vertically arranged, the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 is suspended above the cleaning tank 400 through the telescopic rod, the telescopic rod is shortened, and the distance between the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 and the cleaning tank 400 is increased; the telescopic bar is extended and the distance between the ultrasonic generator 200 and the cleaning tank 400 is reduced. When the telescopic rod is horizontally arranged, the relative position relationship between the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 and the cleaning tank 400 in the horizontal direction is adjusted by the shortening/extension of the telescopic rod.
Further, a positioning structure is further included, which is provided on the first connector 301 and/or the second connector 302, and fixes the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 at a designated position by the positioning structure when the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 is moved to the position.
Wherein, the positioning structure is a positioning groove, a positioning card or a positioning pin.
The positioning structure is provided with a plurality of gears, so that the clothes rack is suitable for clothes with different thicknesses or different types of clothes.
The first connecting member 301 and the second connecting member 302 are slidably connected as an example for explanation.
As shown in fig. 10, the first connecting member 301 is two parallel guide rails 301-1 disposed on the body 100, the two parallel guide rails 301-1 are disposed along a vertical direction, the second connecting member 302 is a slider 302-1 disposed on the ultrasonic generator 200, the slider 302-1 slides between the two parallel guide rails 301-1, the positioning structure includes pin holes 303 disposed on the guide rails 301-1 and the slider 302-1 and pin shafts 304 matched with the pin holes 303, and when the slider 302-1 is slid so that the pin holes 303 on the slider 302-1 correspond to the pin holes 303 on the guide rails 301-1, the pin shafts 304 pass through the two pin holes 303 to fix the ultrasonic generator 200 on the body 100.
The guide rail 301-1 is provided with a plurality of pin holes 303, the plurality of pin holes 303 are sequentially arranged along the extending direction of the guide rail, one pin hole 303 is arranged on the sliding block 302-1, and the ultrasonic generator 200 can be fixed at a plurality of positions in the vertical direction by enabling the pin hole 303 on the sliding block 302-1 to be opposite to different pin holes 303 on the guide rail 301-1, so that different functions are realized.
Specifically, the guide rail 301-1 is vertically arranged, the guide rail 301-1 is provided with an upper pin hole 303, a middle pin hole 303 and a lower pin hole 303, and the three pin holes 303 are sequentially arranged along the vertical direction.
After the pin hole 303 on the sliding block 302-1 is connected with the pin hole 303 positioned at the lower part of the guide rail 301-1 through the pin shaft 304, the vibration end of the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 is not positioned below the edge of the cleaning tank 400, so that the vibration end is positioned below the liquid level of the cleaning liquid of the cleaning tank 400, and the glasses and the like can be cleaned;
as shown in fig. 10, after the pin hole 303 of the slider 302-1 is connected to the pin hole 303 located at the middle of the guide rail 301-1 by the pin 304, the vibration end is spaced from the liquid level of the washing liquid of the washing tank 400 by a small distance, and during washing, the laundry is located between the vibration end and the liquid level of the washing liquid of the washing tank 400, the upper portion of the laundry is in contact with the vibration end, and the lower end of the laundry is in contact with the liquid level of the washing tank 400;
when the pin hole 303 of the slider 302-1 is connected with the pin hole 303 positioned at the upper part of the guide rail 301-1 through the pin shaft 304, the vibrating end is separated from the liquid level of the washing liquid of the washing tank 400 by a larger distance, and the washing tank can be taken out, and the washing liquid after washing is poured.

As shown in fig. 11, this embodiment is further limited to the sixth embodiment, the ultrasonic cleaning apparatus of this embodiment further includes a driving device and a control device 1, the driving device is electrically connected to the control device 1, the driving device is connected to the ultrasonic generating device 200, and the control device 1 controls the driving device to drive the ultrasonic generating device 200 to move.
Further, the driving device comprises a motor 306 and a transmission chain 305 in transmission connection with the motor 306, and the transmission chain 305 is fixedly connected with the ultrasonic wave generating device 200.
The body 100 is provided with a driven wheel 308, an output shaft of the motor 306 is provided with a driving wheel 307, the driving wheel 307 and the driven wheel 308 are arranged along the horizontal direction, the transmission chain 305 is arranged between the driving wheel 307 and the driven wheel 308, and after the motor 306 is electrified, the driving wheel 307 rotates to drive the transmission chain 305 to move, so that the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 on the transmission chain 305 is driven to move, and the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 moves in the horizontal direction.
The power supply for the motor 306 may be a socket or other power storage device.
Further, the washing machine further comprises a collecting box 2 for collecting the washed washing liquid, wherein the collecting box 2 is arranged at the lower part of the body 100 and is detachably connected with the body 100.
Further, the lower portion of the body 100 is provided with an accommodating chamber having a front opening, the collecting box 2 can be pushed in/pulled out of the accommodating chamber through the front opening, and after the collecting box 2 is fully collected, the collecting box 2 is pulled out to pour out the washing liquid.
A control method of an ultrasonic washing device comprises the following steps:
s1 the user controls the motor 306 to turn on through the control device 1;
s2, the motor 306 rotates forward to move the transmission chain 305 to drive the ultrasonic generator 200 to move in the first direction;
after S3T, the control device 1 controls the motor 306 to rotate reversely, so that the transmission chain 305 drives the ultrasonic wave generating device 200 to move in a second direction opposite to the first direction, and S2 is repeated after T time;
after the washing is completed in S4, the motor 306 is turned off.

Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

Claims (11)

1. An ultrasonic washing device is characterized by comprising a body and a cover body, wherein the cover body is arranged on the body in an openable/closable manner, the body is provided with an ultrasonic generating device and a washing tank for containing washing liquid, the ultrasonic generating device is provided with an ultrasonic vibration end for generating vibration, and the ultrasonic vibration end faces the washing tank; when the cover body is closed, the ultrasonic generating device and the cleaning tank are covered in the cover body, and when the cover body is opened, clothes to be cleaned can be put into the cleaning tank;
the ultrasonic vibration end of the ultrasonic generating device is contacted with the liquid level in the cleaning tank or has a certain distance; the distance satisfies that when the upper surface of the clothes to be washed is contacted with the ultrasonic vibration end, at least the lower surface of the clothes to be washed is contacted with the liquid level of the washing liquid; when the ultrasonic vibration end is contacted with the liquid level in the cleaning tank, the clothes to be washed are completely soaked in the cleaning tank, and simultaneously, the upper surface of the clothes to be washed is contacted with the ultrasonic vibration end;
the body comprises a horizontal operating platform, the cleaning tank is arranged on the horizontal operating platform, the cover body is provided with a concave cavity, the concave cavity of the cover body and the body form a closed space, and the ultrasonic wave generating device and the cleaning tank are both positioned in the closed space;
a first flexible strip is arranged on the edge of a downward opening of the concave cavity, and a second flexible strip matched with the horizontal operating platform is arranged on the horizontal operating platform; when the cover body is put down and closed, the clothes are clamped.
2. An ultrasonic cleaning apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the cover is rotatably, and/or removably, and/or telescopically arranged on the body; after the cover body is closed/installed on the body, the surface of the joint of the cover body and the body is in smooth transition to form a flat outer surface.
3. An ultrasonic cleaning apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the cover is provided on an upper portion of the body in a reversible manner, and the cover is rotatably connected to one side of the body so as to be opened/closed by being turned upward/downward; the downwardly opening edge of the cavity mates with and contacts the peripheral edge of the body.
4. An ultrasonic cleaning device according to claim 3 wherein the rear and/or side walls of the cover are hingedly connected to the rear side of the body.
5. An ultrasonic washing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the body comprises a horizontal operating platform and a vertical box body located at the rear part of the horizontal operating platform, the washing tank is arranged on the horizontal operating platform, the ultrasonic generator is fixed on the box body and located above the washing tank, the cover body is hinged with the box body, and a closed space is formed between the cover body and the horizontal operating platform after the cover body is closed, so as to cover the ultrasonic generator and the washing tank.
6. An ultrasonic cleaning apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the cover comprises a top wall, a front wall and two side walls, the two side walls are located at two sides of the cabinet and hinged with the cabinet, and rear edges of the two side walls are obliquely arranged;
when the cover body is closed, the cover body is supported on the horizontal operating platform, and the front wall of the cover body and the front side surface of the horizontal operating platform are in smooth transition to form an arc-shaped surface; the rear edge of the top wall of the cover body is attached to the front edge of the top of the box body, and the side wall of the cover body is in smooth transition with the side surfaces of two ends of the horizontal operating platform;
when the cover is flipped up and opened, the rear edge of the side wall of the cover is flush and coplanar with the rear surface of the box.

An ultrasonic cleaning apparatus according to claim 3, wherein a position-limiting structure is provided on the cover and/or the main body, and the position of the cover is limited by the position-limiting structure to prevent the cover from falling off after the cover is turned upwards and opened.
8. An ultrasonic cleaning device according to claim 7, wherein the limiting structure is a retractable stop member disposed on the housing, and the retractable stop member is ejected to support the cover after the cover is flipped upward and opened; when the cover body is closed, the cover body downwards extrudes the telescopic stop piece to enable the telescopic stop piece to be retracted, and then the cover body is closed.

An ultrasonic cleaning apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the cover is engaged with the body; the body is provided with a circumferential groove, the edge of an opening of the concave cavity of the cover body is matched with the groove, and after the cover body is covered on the body, the edge of the opening is inserted into the groove and clamped;
or the cover body is made of flexible materials, one side edge of the cover body is connected with one side of the body and can be contracted to one side of the body, or the connected side extends to the opposite side and covers the body.
10. An ultrasonic cleaning apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the cover is provided with at least one viewing window.
11. An ultrasonic cleaning apparatus according to claim 10, wherein the front wall of the cover is provided with a viewing window.
