Aiming at the technical problems of the automatic logistics sorting equipment, the invention provides a track device which is reasonable in design, simple in structure, low in cost and capable of being adjusted at will and a logistics sorting device using the track device.
In order to achieve the above object, the invention provides a rail device, which comprises a straight rail, a diversion rail and a turning rail, wherein the straight rail comprises a frame and a transmission belt arranged on the frame, the diversion rail comprises a diversion frame arranged in a square shape and a flow plate arranged on the top of the diversion frame, diversion plates are arranged on two sides of the flow plate, the diversion plates can extend to the lower part of the flow plate through a telescopic lifting slide rail, fixing pins are arranged on the opposite surfaces of the diversion plates and the flow plate, blind holes matched with the diversion plates are arranged on the flow plate, the turning rail comprises side rails arranged on two sides and a turning rail arranged between the side rails, the side rails and the turning rail are matched to form a quarter-circle rail, be provided with a plurality of tracks that turn to of mutually supporting between the limit track, the limit track includes the limit track board and sets up the support frame in limit track board bottom, the limit track board is kept away from and is turned to orbital one end and is the level setting, the limit track board is close to and turns to orbital one end and is the hypotenuse setting, the both sides of limit track board are the cambered surface setting, turn to the track including the bogie plate and set up the bogie in the bogie plate below, the both ends of bogie plate all are the hypotenuse form and set up, the limit track with turn to the track and turn to and can dismantle fixedly between the track.

Embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, this embodiment provides a special track for logistics sorting, and aims to solve the problem that an existing integral track cannot be used due to field change, and therefore, the track provided in this embodiment includes a straight track 1 for express package straight running, a diversion track 2 for express package diversion, and a turning track for express package turning, where the straight track 1 includes a rack 11 and a conveyor belt 12 arranged on the rack 11, and the straight track 1 is an existing belt conveyor, and of course, may also be a roller 52 conveyor, and its purpose is to make an express package straight.
Considering that different parcels need to be sent to different places, for this reason, the main function of the diversion track 2 is to provide three channels, which is equivalent to the existing three-way intersection, for this reason, the diversion track 2 includes a diversion frame 21 arranged in a square shape and a logistics plate 22 arranged on the top of the diversion frame 21, diversion plates 23 are arranged on both sides of the logistics plate 22, the diversion plates 23 are retractable below the logistics plate 22 through retractable lifting slide rails 24, fixing pins are arranged on the opposite surfaces of the diversion plates 23 and the logistics plate 22, blind holes matched with the diversion plates 23 are arranged on the logistics plate 22, the structure is similar to the structural design of the existing retractable dining table, in this embodiment, it is not described in detail, it should be mentioned here that the length of the diversion plates 23 far from the logistics plate 22 should be the same as the length of the short sides of the logistics plate 22, i.e. the width of the rectilinear track 1, is arranged so as to be engaged by the rectilinear track 1 better.
Considering that the field may be limited, and a large-scale transit center may have more parcels to be diverted, the parcels may need to turn, and the turning angle may be 90 degrees or 60 degrees, for this reason, in this embodiment, the turning track includes side tracks 3 disposed at both sides and a turning track 4 disposed between the side tracks 3, the side tracks 3 and the turning track 4 cooperate to form a quarter-circle track (in this embodiment, the 90-degree turning is taken as an example for explanation), and a plurality of turning tracks 4 cooperating with each other are disposed between the two side tracks 3.

Embodiment 2, this embodiment provides a logistics sorting device based on embodiment 1

In order to realize the shunting, in this embodiment, the driving roller 5 and the driven roller are rotatably disposed on the swing frame 6, specifically, the swing frame 6 is disposed in a U shape, the rotating shaft 63 is disposed at the bottom of the swing frame 6, and the material flow plate 22 is provided with a bearing to allow the rotating shaft 63 to rotate, since the shunting plate 23 only needs to be fixed according to the shunting angle, for this reason, only a blind hole for inserting the rotating shaft 63 is disposed on the shunting plate 23.
A connecting rod 61 is arranged at one side of the swing frame 6 on the material flow plate 22, the connecting rod 61 is integrally arranged in an inverted L shape, a fixed rod 62 fixedly connected with the connecting rod 61 is further arranged on the swing frame 6, the fixed rod 62 is arranged at the same side of the connecting rod 61, the connecting rod 61 is coupled with the fixed rod 62 of the swing frame 6 adjacent to the connecting rod 61 in a row through a fixed shaft, so that when one swing frame 6 swings, the swing frame 6 adjacent to the connecting rod can be driven to swing, in order to realize the consistent swinging of the swing frame 6 on the whole material flow plate 22, in the embodiment, two rows of rotating shafts 63 in the middle of the material flow plate 22 are sleeved with half-circle gears 7, a rack 8 matched with the half-circle gears 7 is arranged on the material flow plate 22, a driving cylinder is arranged below the rack 8, and the power end of the driving cylinder is fixedly connected with the rack 8, so that the rack 8 can reciprocate under the action of the driving cylinder, thereby realizing the left-right swinging.
Considering rack 8 unsettled setting in the top of driving actuating cylinder, in order to guarantee rack 8 operating stability, in this embodiment, be provided with rack backup pad 9 in the both sides of driving actuating cylinder, be provided with the slide at rack backup pad 9's top, be provided with the slider with slide matched with in rack 8's bottom, through the setting of slide and slider, when playing the supporting role to rack 8, still play limiting role.
In order to make the turning track also have power, the driving rollers 5 and the driven rollers are alternately arranged on the side track plate 31 and the steering plate 41, in this embodiment, the driving rollers 5 and the driven rollers are arranged along the center lines of the side track plate 31 and the steering plate 41, and in consideration of a certain gap, in this embodiment, the rollers 52 on the driving rollers 5 and the driven rollers are arranged in a frustum shape to ensure that the adjacent side track 3, the steering track 4 and the steering track 4 can be connected with each other, and in addition, it is required to be mentioned that the driving rollers 5 and the driven rollers do not need to swing on the turning track, and therefore, the arrangement mode is consistent with the diversion plate 23.
