The movable clamping roller 51 swings up and down along with the swinging frame 52 under the action of the bag clamping cylinder 53, so that the movable clamping roller 51 contacts with or separates from the fixed clamping roller 50 to clamp or unclamp the fungus bag.
As shown in fig. 1 and 9, a bag feeding guide rail 36 is arranged at one side of the bag cutting mechanism 31, the bag feeding guide rail 36 is fixed on a frame, a bag opening slide seat 37 is slidably arranged on the bag feeding guide rail 36, the bag opening slide seat 37 is connected with a bag feeding cylinder 38 arranged on the frame, a bag opening guide rail 39 and a lower suction cup 40 are vertically arranged on the bag opening slide seat 37, an upper suction cup 41 is slidably arranged on the bag opening guide rail 39, and the upper suction cup 41 is connected with a bag opening cylinder 42 arranged on the bag opening slide seat 37. The upper sucker 41 and the lower sucker 40 keep the fungus bag opening in an open state, the bagging motor 56 rotates to drive the second synchronous belt 54 to sleeve the left bag supporting plate 58 and the right bag supporting plate 59 into the fungus bag, at the moment, the bag supporting cylinder 63 is recovered, the rack 61 and the follower gear 62 are driven to rotate under the spring force of the bag supporting spring 60, and the left bag supporting plate 58 and the right bag supporting plate 59 are synchronously separated to open the bag opening. The main functions of the upper fixed groove and the lower movable groove of the bag discharging mechanism are as follows: 1. the torque is kept, so that the tightness of the beaten fungus bags is consistent, and the tightness required by customers can be achieved; 2. the packing length is ensured, and the packing length can be kept within a certain range through the calculation of the servo motor, so that the packed fungus bags are not different in length; 3. the shape of the fungus bag is guaranteed, the diameter of the beaten fungus bag is consistent with the inner diameter of the wrist protector, and if the wrist protector is not used for protecting the wrist protector, the fungus bag can burst or bend while the compactness is guaranteed. In the packing process, the upper fixed groove 68 and the lower movable groove 69 move towards the initial position along with the fungus bag until the fungus bag is full, the fungus bag slides down to a blanking point along with the lower movable groove 69, and the bag discharging is completed.
