一种自发光易辩识线缆及其制造方法,包含有电缆或光缆缆芯(1)、位于电缆或光缆缆芯(1)之外的保护层(2),保护层(2)的表面具有连续的螺旋凹槽(3),螺旋凹槽(3)内具有夜视线(41),夜视线(41)是不凸出保护层(2)的表面的,保护层(2)外具有透明的透光条(5),透光条(5)是将螺旋凹槽(3)及保护层(2)包覆住的;螺旋凹槽(3)相邻凹槽(3)中心之间的距离(L)为电缆直径或光缆直径的3‑10倍;电缆或光缆缆芯(1)中,至少具有一根输电的电力线或至少具有一根传输信号的光纤或至少具有一根传输信号的且具有金属成分的导线。自发光易辩识线缆结构简单、易于制造、成本低、合格率高、可方便地实现夜间识别和亮光识别、产品美观大方。
