玻璃树脂层叠体
技术领域
本发明涉及一种将玻璃片与树脂层层叠而成的玻璃树脂层叠体。
背景技术
众所周知,玻璃的耐候性、耐化学品性、耐擦伤性优异,另一方面,具有对于物理冲击或热冲击容易发生破损的缺点。为了解决该缺点,提出了例如在玻璃片的一侧的面或两面贴合树脂层的玻璃树脂层叠体。与玻璃相比,树脂的耐候性、耐化学品性、耐擦伤性差,另一方面,具有与玻璃相比比重小、对物理冲击强的优点。因此,在玻璃树脂层叠体中,可通过玻璃片与树脂层各自的长处来弥补各自的短处,并且与具有相同板厚的玻璃片相比,可实现大幅的轻量化。
进而,近年来通过使玻璃片与树脂层之间插入功能性膜,还开发出了发挥适合于各种用途的功能的玻璃树脂层叠体。例如,专利文献1中公开了一种玻璃树脂层叠体,即,在树脂层的两面隔着粘接层而使玻璃片层叠一体化,在树脂层的至少单面侧,在粘接层中设置有中间片而成。该玻璃树脂层叠体中的中间片具有红外线屏蔽功能、电磁波屏蔽功能、设计性等各种功能。
关于上述玻璃树脂层叠体的具体构成,一边参照图10一边进行说明。图10所示的玻璃树脂层叠体101具备树脂层102、玻璃片103、粘接层104、中间片(功能性膜)105。粘接层104具备构成为片状的第一部分104a及第二部分104b。中间片105配置于这些第一部分104a与第二部分104b之间。另外,中间片105具有与树脂层102及玻璃片103相同的尺寸,呈现其端面105a露出的状态。

发明内容
发明所要解决的课题
若按照上述那样,中间片105的端面105a露出,则有可能受到大气中的水分所带来的影响或者由于所述端面105a的损伤,而导致中间片105的功能丧失或以端面105a为起点而中间片105发生剥离。
本发明是鉴于上述情况而完成的,其技术课题在于防止玻璃树脂层叠体中所含的功能性膜的功能丧失或剥离。
用于解决课题的手段
本发明用于解决上述课题,其为一种玻璃树脂层叠体,其具备:树脂层、玻璃片、将所述玻璃片与所述树脂层接合的粘接层、以及插入于所述粘接层的内部的功能性膜,其特征在于,所述粘接层具备位于所述树脂层与所述功能性膜之间的第一部分、位于所述玻璃片与所述功能性膜之间的第二部分、以及将所述第一部分的端部与所述第二部分的端部融合而成的融合部。
通过上述构成,可以按照以下方式构成,利用粘接层中的第一部分与第二部分的融合部来被覆功能性膜的端部,从而使功能性膜的端部不露出于玻璃树脂层叠体的端部。因此,功能性膜的端面不会接触外部空气,也不会与异物接触而受到损伤。由此,可切实地防止功能性膜的功能丧失或剥离。
期望的是所述功能性膜的面积设定为比所述玻璃片的面积小,所述功能性膜的端部与所述玻璃片的端部相比位于内侧。按照这样,通过将功能性膜的端部与玻璃片的端部相比配置于内侧,可凭借玻璃片被覆功能性膜整体而进行保护。
期望的是所述玻璃片的面积设定为比所述树脂层的面积小,所述玻璃片的端部与所述树脂层的端部相比位于内侧。由此,可防止由于异物的接触所引起的对玻璃片的端部的损伤。
所述融合部优选为在所述树脂层的端部与所述玻璃片的端部之间露出而成。由此,利用融合部不仅可适宜地保护功能性膜的端部,而且还可适宜地保护玻璃片的端部。
在上述构成的玻璃树脂层叠体中,还可按照以下方式构成,所述树脂层包含第一面与第二面,所述玻璃片包含层叠于所述第一面的第一玻璃片和层叠于所述第二面的第二玻璃片,所述粘接层包含将所述第一玻璃片接合于所述第一面的第一粘接层、以及将所述第二玻璃片接合于所述第二面的第二粘接层,所述功能性膜插入于所述第一粘接层与所述第二粘接层中的至少一者的内部。
另外,在所述构成的玻璃树脂层叠体中,还可以为所述功能性膜包含插入于所述第一粘接层的内部的第一功能性膜、以及插入于所述第二粘接层的内部的第二功能性膜。通过具备多个功能性膜,玻璃树脂层叠体成为具有多功能性的玻璃树脂层叠体。
发明效果
根据本发明,可防止玻璃树脂层叠体中所含的功能性膜的功能丧失或剥离。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图对用于实施本发明的方式进行说明。图1至图6表示本发明的玻璃树脂层叠体及其制造方法的第一实施方式。
如图1所示,玻璃树脂层叠体1具备:树脂层2、层叠于树脂层2的第一面2a的玻璃片3、将玻璃片3与树脂层2接合的粘接层4、以及插入于粘接层4的内部的功能性膜5。
如图2所示,玻璃树脂层叠体1构成为正方形,但并不限定于该形状。树脂层2、玻璃片3、粘接层4及功能性膜5对应于玻璃树脂层叠体1的形状而构成为正方形。本实施方式的玻璃树脂层叠体1中,树脂层2的面积最大,玻璃片3的面积其次大,功能性膜5的面积最小。粘接层4的面积与树脂层2的面积为相同程度。
因此,如图2所示,树脂层2的一边的长度尺寸D1比玻璃片3的一边的长度尺寸D2长。粘接层4的一边的长度尺寸D3与树脂层2的一边的长度尺寸D1大致相等。功能性膜5的一边的长度尺寸D4比玻璃片3的一边的长度尺寸D2短。
树脂层2的一边的长度尺寸D1与玻璃片3的一边的长度尺寸D2的差(D1-D2)优选设为4mm以下。树脂层2的一边与对应的玻璃片3的一边的间隔W1优选设为2mm以下,更优选为1mm以上且2mm以下。另外,玻璃片3的一边的长度尺寸D2与功能性膜5的一边的长度尺寸D4的差(D2-D4)优选设为4mm以下。玻璃片3的一边与对应的功能性膜5的一边的间隔W2优选设为2mm以下,更优选为1mm以上且2mm以下。
树脂层2具有第一面2a、第二面2b、以及第一面2a与第二面2b之间的端部(端面)2c。树脂层2由具有与第一面2a与第二面2b大致相同面积的树脂制的板或膜构成。本实施方式中,在树脂层2的第一面2a层叠有玻璃片3。树脂层2的厚度设为0.01mm以上且20mm以下,更优选为0.05mm以上且15mm以下,最优选为0.1mm以上且10mm以下。
作为树脂层2的材质,优选为聚碳酸酯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂(PMMA),除此以外,可利用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚醚醚酮(PEEK)、聚酰胺、聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯等各种树脂材料。
玻璃片3具有接合于树脂层2的第一面3a、位于该第一面3a的相反侧的第二面3b、以及形成于第一面3a与第二面3b之间的端部(端面)3c。
玻璃片3的第一面3a通过粘接层4而接合于树脂层2的第一面2a。玻璃片3的第二面3b构成玻璃树脂层叠体1的外表面。玻璃片3的端部3c被粘接层4被覆。玻璃片3位于树脂层2的第一面2a或第二面2b的范围内。因此,玻璃片3的端部3c与树脂层2的端部2c相比设置于内侧。此处,树脂层2的“内侧”是指由树脂层2的周缘部划分的范围的内侧。本实施方式中,树脂层2的周缘部由以正方形构成的树脂层2的四边构成。
作为玻璃片3,优选为与树脂层2相比为薄板的玻璃片,其厚度设为1000μm以下,优选设为10μm以上且700μm以下,进而优选设为50μm以上且500μm以下。
作为玻璃片3的材质,可使用硅酸盐玻璃、二氧化硅玻璃,优选使用硼硅酸玻璃、钠钙玻璃、硅铝酸盐玻璃、化学强化玻璃,最优选使用无碱玻璃。通过使用无碱玻璃作为玻璃片3,可制成化学性稳定的玻璃。此处,无碱玻璃是指实质上不含碱成分(碱金属氧化物)的玻璃,具体而言是碱成分的重量比为3000ppm以下的玻璃。本发明中的碱成分的重量比优选为1000ppm以下,更优选为500ppm以下,最优选为300ppm以下。
关于玻璃片3,为了即使将其厚度薄壁化至300μm以下,也具有不会明显挠曲的适当的刚性,期望的是使其杨氏模量尽可能大。从该观点出发,玻璃片3的杨氏模量设为50GPa以上,优选设为60GPa以上,最优选为设为70GPa以上。
玻璃片3可使用公知的浮法、轧平法、狭缝下拉法、再拉法等,但优选通过溢流下拉法成形。溢流下拉法是如下方法:将熔融玻璃流入至设置于剖面大致楔形的成形体的上部的溢流槽中,一边使从该溢流槽向两侧溢出的熔融玻璃沿成形体的两侧的侧壁部流下,一边在成形体的下端部融合一体化,将一片玻璃片连续成形。
可通过溢流下拉法大量且廉价地制作厚度300μm以下的玻璃片3。由此制作的玻璃片3无须通过研磨、磨削、化学蚀刻等进行玻璃片3的厚度的调整。另外,溢流下拉法是在成形时玻璃片3的两面与成形体不接触的成形法,所得的玻璃片3的两面(透光面)成为锻造面,即使不研磨,也可获得高表面质量。由此,可提高粘接层4相对于玻璃片3的密接力,可更准确且精密地使玻璃片3与树脂层2层叠。
将粘接层4的厚度设为1μm以上且1000μm以下。作为粘接层4的材质,例如可优选使用乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚树脂(EVA)、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂(PVB)及UV固化树脂,但除此以外可使用丙烯酸系粘合剂、胺基甲酸酯系粘接剂、硅酮系粘合剂、橡胶系粘合剂、紫外线固化性丙烯酸系粘接剂、紫外线固化性环氧系粘接剂、热固化性环氧系粘接剂、热固化性三聚氰胺系粘接剂、热固化性酚系粘接剂等。
粘接层4具有位于树脂层2与功能性膜5之间的第一部分4a、以及位于玻璃片3与功能性膜5之间的第二部分4b。功能性膜5插入于粘接层4的内部、即第一部分4a与第二部分4b之间。第一部分4a的端部与第二部分4b的端部融合而一体地构成。以下,将该部分称为“融合部”,以符号4c表示。
融合部4c以功能性膜5的端部5a不露出的方式被覆该功能性膜5。即,通过功能性膜5配置于粘接层4的第一部分4a与第二部分4b之间,其全部被粘接层4被覆。另外,融合部4c在树脂层2的端部2c与玻璃片3的端部3c之间露出。
如图1及图2所示,功能性膜5配置于玻璃片3的第一面3a及第二面3b的范围内。由此,功能性膜5的端部5a与玻璃片3的端部3c相比设置于内侧。再者,玻璃片3的“内侧”是指通过玻璃片3的周缘部划分的范围的内侧。本实施方式中,玻璃片3的周缘部由以正方形构成的玻璃片3的四边构成。
功能性膜的厚度优选为0.012mm以上且0.3mm以下,更优选为0.038mm以上且0.2mm以下,进而优选为0.05mm以上且0.1mm以下。功能性膜的厚度优选为比粘接层4的厚度小。
功能性膜5优选为树脂。作为树脂,可使用聚酯、烯烃、聚碳酸酯、丙烯酸等。在需要透明性或平滑性的情况下,功能性膜5优选使用PET,在需要耐热性或遮光性的情况下,功能性膜5优选使用聚丙烯或聚碳酸酯等。
功能性膜5还可以是由纸浆等形成的纸。纸由于打印、图案印刷而广泛普及,适合于公开信息、显示图案的目的。另外,纸一般具有半透射性,因此可赋予调整透过玻璃树脂层叠体1的透射光的量的调光功能。灵活运用这样的特性而将纸用作功能性膜5的玻璃树脂层叠体1可作为隔断、阶梯、阳台的壁面用面板等的建材适宜地使用。
功能性膜5还可以是在纸原料中复合有聚酯等树脂的复合片。在使用复合片的情况下,有不易发生破损,在玻璃树脂层叠体1的制造时不易产生起尘的优点。另外,还具有功能性膜5与粘接层4的粘接性提高的优点。
功能性膜5还可以是在树脂片等基材上印刷花纹等而成的功能性膜。该情况下,即使不使用纸,也可通过印刷来再现纸质,或者还可赋予利用纸而无法表现的设计性。再者,功能性膜5也可使用无纺布。
在对功能性膜5赋予设计性的情况下,还可使用在树脂片等基材上印刷木纹质感或金属质感的花纹的功能性膜。该情况下,可作为建材、家具、机器的盖部件而适宜地使用。在印刷木纹质感或金属质感的花纹的情况下,基材优选使用聚丙烯等具有不透射性的片。在使用印刷金属质感的花纹的功能性膜5的情况下,可通过玻璃片3的光泽而再现金属光泽。
功能性膜5还可替代设计性而具有物理性功能,或者在设计性的基础上具有物理性功能。例如,功能性膜5还可具有红外线屏蔽功能。该情况下,可作为隔热窗或隔热壁而适宜地使用。作为对功能性膜5赋予红外线屏蔽功能的方法,可列举将PET等树脂片作为基材而在其表面形成吸收或反射红外线的膜。
功能性膜5还可具有电磁波屏蔽功能。该情况下,可作为屏蔽对人体有害的电磁波或该环境下不需要的电磁波的窗或壁而适宜地使用。具体而言,考虑到在医疗设施中的利用。作为对功能性膜5赋予电磁波屏蔽功能的方法,可列举将PET等树脂片作为基材而在其表面成膜ITO膜或铜膜等透明导电膜。
功能性膜5还可对可见光具有半透射性。该情况下,可作为各种机器的盖部件或隔断而适宜地使用。作为对功能性膜5赋予半透射性的方法,除了按照上述那样,功能性膜5使用纸或类似于纸的东西以外,可列举通过喷砂处理或化学处理等对PET等树脂片的表面进行粗面化。在进行这样的处理的情况下,光的透射度可通过变更表面粗糙度或者在单面或两面实施粗面化处理来调整。
功能性膜5还可具有可见光的反射功能。该情况下,可作为安全且轻量的镜子使用。作为赋予反射功能的方法,可列举于树脂片等基材的表面成膜反射膜。反射膜的形成范围可以是整个面,也可以是一部分。另外,还可对反射膜赋予半透射性而制成半透半反镜。
功能性膜5还可具有触控传感器、压力传感器、光学传感器等的传感器图案。传感器图案通过蒸镀、溅射、其他成膜法而形成于功能性膜5的表面。
以下,参照图3至图6对制造上述构成的玻璃树脂层叠体1的方法进行说明。如图3所示,准备构成玻璃树脂层叠体1的各要素,即树脂层2(树脂板)、玻璃片3、粘接层4(粘接片)及功能性膜5(准备工序)。该情况下,粘接层4包含相当于第一部分4a的粘接片及相当于第二部分4b的粘接片。第一部分4a的粘接片的厚度设定为比相当于第二部分4b的粘接片的厚度厚,但并不限定于此。
其次,如图4所示,将各要素2~5重合。此时,功能性膜5成为被相当于粘接层4的第一部分4a的粘接片和相当于第二部分4b的粘接片夹持的状态。其后,在将各要素2~5重叠的状态下,通过高压釜装置将它们热压接而接合。粘接层4(第一部分4a及第二部分4b)通过加热而软化,其端部彼此融合(参照图5)。由此,在粘接层4形成有融合部4c。融合部4c为如下状态:被覆功能性膜5的端部5a且在树脂层2的端部2c与玻璃片3的端部3c之间露出。
另外,在通过加热而粘接层4软化的状态下,玻璃片3受到按压而嵌入至粘接层4的第一部分4a一侧的面(参照图5)。由此,玻璃片3的端部3c被粘接层4的融合部4c被覆。
其后,如图6所示,通过刀具6,融合部4c的一部分被切除。刀具6被预加热至成为软化了的融合部4c的温度以上的温度。刀具6以融合部4c成为凸状曲面(参照图6的双点划线)的方式切除该融合部4c的一部分。通过粘接层4固化,完成图1所示的玻璃树脂层叠体1。
需要说明的是,在使用紫外线固化性的粘接剂(UV固化树脂)来制造玻璃树脂层叠体1的情况下,不使用高压釜装置,对按照在其内部含有功能性膜5的方式涂布的粘接剂照射紫外线。
根据以上说明的本实施方式的玻璃树脂层叠体1,通过利用粘接层4的融合部4c来被覆配置于树脂层2与玻璃片3之间的功能性膜5的端部5a,可使该端部5a不露出而加以保护。由此,可切实地防止玻璃树脂层叠体1中的功能性膜5的功能丧失或剥离。另外,通过将功能性膜5的端部5a与玻璃片3的端部3c相比配置于内侧,可利用该玻璃片3而整体被覆功能性膜5而加以保护。
图7表示玻璃树脂层叠体的第二实施方式。上述第一实施方式中,功能性膜5的一边的长度尺寸D4设定为比玻璃片3的一边的长度尺寸D2小,但本实施方式中,设定为比该长度尺寸D2大。另外,与第一实施方式同样地,功能性膜5的一边的长度尺寸D4设定为比树脂层2的一边的长度尺寸D1小。与第一实施方式同样地,功能性膜5的端部5a被树脂层2的端部2c与玻璃片3的端部3c之间露出的粘接层4的融合部4c被覆。
图8表示玻璃树脂层叠体的第三实施方式。上述第一实施方式中,在粘接层4的内部插入有一层功能性膜5,但本实施方式中,在粘接层4的内部插入有两层功能性膜5A、功能性膜5B。功能性膜5A、功能性膜5B包含位于树脂层2侧的第一功能性膜5A、以及位于玻璃片3侧的第二功能性膜5B。将第一功能性膜5A与第二功能性膜5B设为相同形状,但也可具有不同的尺寸。第一功能性膜5A及第二功能性膜5B具有各种不同的功能。
粘接层4包含将树脂层2与第一功能性膜5A接合的第一部分4a、将玻璃片3与第二功能性膜5B接合的第二部分4b、以及将第一功能性膜5A与第二功能性膜5B接合的第三部分4d。粘接层4具有将第一部分4a的端部、第二部分4b的端部、以及第三部分4d的端部融合而成的融合部4c。第一功能性膜5A的端部5a及第二功能性膜5B的端部5a被该融合部4c被覆。
图9表示玻璃树脂层叠体的第四实施方式。上述第一实施方式中,在树脂层2的第一面2a层叠有一片玻璃片3,但本实施方式的玻璃树脂层叠体1在树脂层2的第一面2a及第二面2b的两面层叠有两片玻璃片3A、玻璃片3B。即,玻璃片3A、玻璃片3B包含层叠于树脂层2的第一面2a的第一玻璃片3A和层叠于第二面2b的第二玻璃片。第一玻璃片3A及第二玻璃片3B可使用同种材质的玻璃片,也可使用不同材质的玻璃片。第一玻璃片3A及第二玻璃片3B还可根据其用途而具有不同的厚度。
粘接层4A、粘接层4B包含将第一玻璃片3A接合于树脂层2的第一面2a的第一粘接层4A、以及将第二玻璃片3B接合于第二面2b的第二粘接层4B。与第一实施方式同样地,各粘接层4A、粘接层4B具有第一部分4a、第二部分4b和融合部4c。
功能性膜5A、功能性膜5B包含插入于第一粘接层4A的内部的第一功能性膜5A、以及插入于第二粘接层4B的内部的第二功能性膜5B。各功能性膜5A、功能性膜5B的端部5a被对应的各粘接层4A、粘接层4B的融合部4c被覆。
需要说明的是,本发明并不限定于上述实施方式的构成,也并不限定于上述的作用效果。本发明可在不脱离本发明的主旨的范围内进行各种变更。
上述实施方式中,例示了正方形的玻璃树脂层叠体1,但并不限定于此。玻璃树脂层叠体1根据其用途可构成为圆形、长方形、多边形、异形形状、其他各种形状。

Claims (4)

1.一种玻璃树脂层叠体,其具备:树脂层、玻璃片、将所述玻璃片与所述树脂层接合的粘接层、以及插入于所述粘接层的内部的功能性膜,其特征在于,
所述粘接层具备位于所述树脂层与所述功能性膜之间的第一部分、位于所述玻璃片与所述功能性膜之间的第二部分、以及将所述第一部分的端部与所述第二部分的端部融合而成的融合部,
所述玻璃片的面积设定为比所述树脂层的面积小,
所述玻璃片的端部与所述树脂层的端部相比位于内侧,
所述融合部在所述树脂层的所述端部与所述玻璃片的所述端部之间露出并被覆所述玻璃片的所述端部。
2.如权利要求1所述的玻璃树脂层叠体,其中,
所述功能性膜的面积设定为比所述玻璃片的面积小,
所述功能性膜的端部与所述玻璃片的所述端部相比配置于内侧。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的玻璃树脂层叠体,其中,
所述树脂层包含第一面与第二面,
所述玻璃片包含层叠于所述第一面的第一玻璃片和层叠于所述第二面的第二玻璃片,
所述粘接层包含将所述第一玻璃片接合于所述第一面的第一粘接层、以及将所述第二玻璃片接合于所述第二面的第二粘接层,
所述功能性膜插入于所述第一粘接层与所述第二粘接层中的至少一者的内部。
4.如权利要求3所述的玻璃树脂层叠体,其中,
所述功能性膜包含插入于所述第一粘接层的内部的第一功能性膜、以及插入于所述第二粘接层的内部的第二功能性膜。
