Optionally, the detecting positioning pin 7122 of the first detecting clamping portion 7120 is any one of the following structures: the circular truncated cone, the circular cone, the prismatic table, the pyramid, the columnar structure and the outer peripheral surface of the columnar structure are formed by surrounding a plane and a cambered surface. Accordingly, the detection positioning pin 7122 of the second detection clamping portion 7130 is any one of the following structures: the cylinder, the cylinder and set up round platform, circular cone, terrace with edge, pyramid, the columnar structure at cylinder tip, and the outer peripheral face of columnar structure is formed by plane and cambered surface around. Because first detection clamping part 7120 and second detection clamping part 7130 are a plurality of, if detect that locating pin 7122 and the fabrication hole cooperation of product are too tight, cause easily the excess positioning, or detect that locating pin 7122 is difficult to insert in the fabrication hole. Multiple sensing pins 7122 may be provided in various configurations to facilitate insertion into the tooling holes.
In this embodiment, the clamping device 7100 further comprises: the detection adsorption part 7140 is arranged on the detection frame body 7110, the detection adsorption part 7140 is used for adsorbing the protection pad, and the protection pad is placed between two products needing to be stacked through the movement of the detection mechanical arm 7150. Through the arrangement, a plurality of stacked products can be protected, and the products are prevented from being damaged. Specifically, the detection suction part 7140 includes a plurality of suction cups, which collectively suck the protection pad. The protective pad can be made of sponge and the like. In production, the protection pad sucked by the detection suction part 7140 is placed in the product on the take-up tray 7300, and then the product is stacked.
As shown in fig. 6, the rotating apparatus 1300 further includes: a first rotation driving unit 1330, the first rotation driving unit 1330 being drivingly connected to the rotation platform 1320 to drive the rotation platform 1320 to rotate; a rotational positioning portion 1340, at least a portion of the rotational positioning portion 1340 being movably disposed, the rotational positioning portion 1340 being configured to cooperate with a product positioned on the rotating platform 1320 to limit the position of the product on the rotating platform 1320. The rotary table 1320 may be driven to rotate by the first rotation driving portion 1330, and the position of the product on the rotary table 1320 may be defined by the rotation positioning portion 1340 so that the product rotates together with the rotary table 1320.
In the present embodiment, the rotation stage 1320 includes: the rotating base 1321, the first rotating driving part 1330 is in driving connection with the rotating base 1321, and the rotating base 1321 is used for carrying a product; a rotating frame 1322 provided on the rotating base 1321, the rotating frame 1322 and the rotating base 1321 surrounding to form a rotating area for accommodating a product; and a rotating positioning element 1323, at least a part of the rotating positioning element 1323 is arranged on the rotating base 1321 in a protruding way, and the rotating positioning element 1323 is used for penetrating into a hole at the bottom of the product on the rotating base 1321 so as to position the product. The provision of the rotating retainer 1323 allows the position of the product on the rotating base 1321 to be defined and the product to be moved with the rotating base 1321. Moreover, the arrangement is simple in structure and convenient to assemble and process.
Optionally, the rotational positioning part 1340 includes: a rotary pressing piece 1341, wherein the rotary pressing piece 1341 is movably disposed relative to the rotary base 1321 to approach or depart from the rotary base 1321 so as to press the product on the rotary base 1321 or avoid the product; and a second rotation driving part 1342 disposed on the rotation frame 1322 at a side opposite to the rotation base 1321, wherein the second rotation driving part 1342 is in driving connection with the rotation pressing piece 1341 to drive the rotation pressing piece 1341 to move. Thus, the rotary pressing member 1341 is driven to press the product against the rotary base 1321, so as to prevent the product from moving relative to the rotary base 1321 during the rotation of the product.
Further, the second rotary driving part 1342 is an air cylinder, and the rotary positioning part 1340 further includes: a cushion pad 1343 is provided on the side of the rotary presser 1341 facing the rotary base 1321. The cushion pad 1343 may be made of an elastic material such as rubber. The cushion pad 1343 is in contact with the product, so that the cushion effect can be achieved, impact can be avoided, and the product can be protected.
Alternatively, the first rotation driving part 1330 includes: a divider 1331 disposed on the rotating frame 1310, wherein the divider 1331 is drivingly connected to the rotating platform 1320 to drive the rotating platform 1320 to rotate by a predetermined angle; and a motor 1332 in driving connection with the divider 1331 to drive the divider 1331 to act. By using the divider 1331, precise control of the rotation angle of the turntable 1320 can be achieved. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the divider 1331 controls the rotating table 1320 to rotate 180 degrees. Thus, for each rotation of the motor 1332, the rotary table 1320 rotates 180 degrees for easy control and precise positioning.
By adopting the technical scheme, the matching of the detection robot, the detection device 7200, the rotating device 1300 and the like can replace manual work to carry out operations such as feeding, blanking, connection, rotation and the like, so that the labor intensity can be reduced, and the production efficiency can be improved.

Claims (10)

1. A detection apparatus, comprising:
the detection robot comprises a detection mechanical arm (7150) and a clamping device (7100) arranged on the detection mechanical arm (7150), wherein the clamping device (7100) is used for clamping a product, and the detection mechanical arm (7150) is used for driving the clamping device (7100) to move so as to clamp and convey the product through the clamping device (7100);
a detection device (7200) including a placement stage (7210), an electrical connection portion (7220), and a detection portion (7230), wherein the placement stage (7210) is configured to carry a product conveyed by the detection robot, at least a portion of the electrical connection portion (7220) is movably disposed to be electrically connected to the product on the placement stage (7210), and the detection portion (7230) is configured to detect the product on the placement stage (7210);
a rotating device (1300), wherein the rotating device (1300) comprises a rotating frame (1310) and a rotating platform (1320) rotatably arranged on the rotating frame (1310), and the rotating platform (1320) is used for carrying the product conveyed by the detection robot and rotating the product by a preset angle;
the rotary table (1320) is used for receiving and rotating a part of the plurality of products which are not qualified in detection and are picked by the detection robot from the detection device (7200), and the detection apparatus further comprises: a material receiving tray (7300) for recovering the defective products after rotation, which are picked from the rotating table (1320) by the inspection robot, and recovering another part of the plurality of products which are picked from the inspection device (7200) by the inspection robot and are detected to be defective.
2. Detection apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that said electrical connection (7220) comprises:
a first socket part (7221), at least a portion of the first socket part (7221) being movably arranged to be plugged with the product;
a second socket part (7222), at least a portion of the second socket part (7222) being movably arranged to be plugged with the product.
3. The detection apparatus according to claim 2,
the first plug-in part (7221) comprises a first plug-in driving part and a first plug, and the first plug-in driving part is in driving connection with the first plug so as to drive the first plug to be plugged in a power socket of the product;
the second plug-in part (7222) comprises a second plug-in driving part and a second plug, and the second plug-in driving part is in driving connection with the second plug so as to drive the second plug to be plugged in the network cable jack of the product.
4. The inspection apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the product is a display screen, the inspection section (7230) is configured to photograph an image, and a photographing direction of the inspection section (7230) is set toward an area of the placing table (7210) where the product is placed to photograph an image displayed by the product placed on the placing table (7210).
5. The detection apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the placing stage (7210) comprises:
a placement base (7211), the placement base (7211) for carrying the product;
a placement frame (7212) provided on the placement base (7211), the placement frame (7212) surrounding the placement base (7211) to form an area for placing the product;
a placing and pressing piece (7213), wherein the placing and pressing piece (7213) is movably arranged relative to the placing base (7211) so as to press the product on the placing base (7211) or avoid the product.
6. The detection apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the clamping device (7100) comprises:
the detection frame body (7110), the detection frame body (7110) is connected with the detection mechanical arm (7150);
a first detecting clamp part (7120) arranged on the detecting frame body (7110);
the second detects clamping part (7130), set up detect on the support body (7110), first detect clamping part (7120) with second detects clamping part (7130) relative motion ground and sets up to centre gripping or dodge two different sides of product.
7. The apparatus according to claim 6, characterized in that said first detecting nip (7120) and said second detecting nip (7130) each comprise:
the detection clamping plate (7121) is arranged on the detection frame body (7110);
a detection positioning pin (7122), wherein at least a part of the detection positioning pin (7122) is arranged on the detection clamping plate (7121) in a protruding mode, and the detection positioning pin (7122) is used for being inserted into a processing hole of the product so as to position the product.
8. The detection apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the clamping device (7100) further comprises:
the detection adsorption part (7140) is arranged on the detection frame body (7110), the detection adsorption part (7140) is used for adsorbing the protection pad, and the protection pad is placed between two products needing to be stacked through the movement of the detection mechanical arm (7150).
9. The detection apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the rotation device (1300) further comprises:
a first rotation driving part (1330), wherein the first rotation driving part (1330) is in driving connection with the rotating platform (1320) to drive the rotating platform (1320) to rotate;
a rotational positioning portion (1340), at least a portion of the rotational positioning portion (1340) being movably arranged, the rotational positioning portion (1340) being adapted to cooperate with a product limit on the rotational table (1320) to define a position of the product on the rotational table (1320).
10. The detection apparatus according to claim 9, wherein the rotation stage (1320) comprises:
a rotating base (1321), the first rotating driving part (1330) is in driving connection with the rotating base (1321), and the rotating base (1321) is used for carrying the product;
a rotating frame (1322) provided on the rotating base (1321), the rotating frame (1322) and the rotating base (1321) surrounding a rotating area for accommodating the product;
the rotary positioning piece (1323), at least a part of the rotary positioning piece (1323) is arranged on the rotary base (1321) in a protruding mode, and the rotary positioning piece (1323) is used for penetrating into a hole in the bottom of a product on the rotary base (1321) so as to position the product.
