The particle size of the fuming particles is 20-45 meshes. If the particle size is too small, the internal air permeability of the fuming body is not enough, so that the fuming and smoking feeling are influenced; if the particle size is too large, the appearance of the fuming body is not beautiful enough and the fuming speed becomes slow.
The low-temperature smoke body is formed by microwave or heat curing of smoke particles. The microwave or heat curing treatment enables the moisture in the smoke particles to be volatilized quickly, so that on one hand, the moisture content of the smoke body can be reduced to a reasonable level, and on the other hand, the bonding capability of the surface coating material can be excited in the process of volatilization and exudation of the moisture, so that the smoke bodies with proper shapes can be formed by firm bonding among the smoke particles.
The water content in the full-particle low-temperature smoke body is 6-12 wt%.
The solid portion of the whole particulate low temperature aerosol has an effective porosity of 40-80%. The proper effective porosity can ensure the internal air permeability of the fuming body, so that the fuming body can be sucked more easily and smoothly and fuming is quicker.
The low-temperature smoke body can be used for low-temperature smoking set with peripheral heating, central heating or both.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the full-particle low-temperature smoke generator provided by the invention has a special cavity structure, and can realize simultaneous heating of the periphery and the center, so that the smoke generation is quicker;
2. the aerosol and the tobacco extract in the smoking particles are uniformly distributed, and the smoking stability and uniformity are better.
3. The surface of the fuming particle is provided with the smoke powder layer and the outer shell layer, so that the contact between the internal components of the particle and the outside is prevented to a great extent, the particle is more beneficial to storage, and the problem of liquid leakage is solved to a great extent.
4. The fuming particles are coated by the material with the binding capacity to form the shell, so that the insulating capacity and the binding capacity of the fuming particles are ingeniously utilized, secondary sizing is not needed in subsequent treatment, and the fuming particles are more beneficial to industrial batch production.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to examples.
The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention without further limiting its scope.
Example 1
In this example, the preparation method of the low temperature smoke body is as follows:
1) according to the mass parts, 100 parts of 100-200-mesh tobacco powder and 50 parts of 100-200-mesh microcrystalline cellulose are taken, 6 parts of tobacco extract, 5 parts of glycerol, 10 parts of glycerol and 12 parts of 95% alcohol are uniformly mixed and then sprayed into the tobacco powder, and the mixture is uniformly mixed and extruded for granulation to obtain soft and moist smoke particles; 2) mixing 10 parts of 150-200 mesh tobacco powder with the tobacco powder, rolling, sieving to obtain 10-40 mesh particles, and drying at 50 ℃ to obtain semi-finished fuming particles; 3) dissolving 0.3 part of sodium carboxymethylcellulose in 20 parts of water, coating the semi-finished fuming particle, and controlling the moisture content of the finished particle to be 15% to obtain the required fuming particle; 4) weighing certain mass of fuming particles, placing the fuming particles in a specially-made cylindrical cavity die, wherein the center of the die is an elliptical solid column, applying pressure properly, rapidly heating to 100 ℃, keeping the temperature for a certain time, controlling the water content in the particles to be about 10%, rapidly cooling to room temperature, bonding the fuming particles in the die into a rod, taking out, and thus obtaining the required full-particle low-temperature fuming body, wherein the center of the fuming body is an elliptical cavity. The low-temperature fuming body can be directly filled in corresponding low-temperature cigarette smoking set smoking materials heated at the periphery and/or at the center, and can also be rolled into a cigarette branch shape for smoking, the smoking speed is high during smoking, the smoke quantity is sufficient, the front and back uniformity is good, the number of suction openings is large, and the aroma quality is good. Example 2
In this example, the preparation method of the low temperature smoke body is as follows:
1) according to the mass parts, 100 parts of tobacco powder with the mesh size of 120-; 2) mixing 20 parts of 150-200 mesh tobacco powder with the tobacco powder, rolling, sieving to obtain 10-40 mesh particles, and drying at 50 ℃ to obtain semi-finished fuming particles; 3) dissolving 1 part of polyvidone and 0.5 part of polyethylene glycol in 20 parts of water, coating the semi-finished product of the fuming particles, and controlling the water content of the finished product particles to be 18% to obtain the needed fuming particles; 4) weighing certain mass of fuming particles, placing the fuming particles in a specially-made cylindrical cavity die, properly pressurizing and performing microwave treatment for 45s, quickly cooling to room temperature, bonding the fuming particles in the die into a rod, taking out and obtaining the required low-temperature fuming body, wherein the center of the fuming body is a rectangular cavity. The low-temperature fuming body can be directly filled in corresponding low-temperature cigarette smoking set heated at the periphery and/or heated at the center, and can also be rolled into a cigarette branch shape for smoking, the smoking speed is high during smoking, the smoke quantity is sufficient, the front and back uniformity is good, the number of smoking openings is large, the aroma quality is good, and the light tea aroma is provided. Example 3
In this example, the preparation method of the low temperature smoke body is as follows:
1) according to the mass parts, 100 parts of 120-200-mesh tobacco powder, 30 parts of 100-200-mesh hemp pulp fiber and 20 parts of 150-mesh starch are taken, 12 parts of tobacco extract, 10 parts of glycerol, 5 parts of propylene glycol, 10 parts of glycerol and 15 parts of water are taken, and the mixture is uniformly mixed, sprayed into the tobacco powder, uniformly mixed and extruded for granulation to obtain soft and moist particles; 2) mixing 20 parts of 150-200 mesh tobacco powder with the tobacco powder, rolling, sieving to obtain 10-40 mesh particles, and drying at 50 ℃ to obtain semi-finished fuming particles; 3) dissolving 1 part of polyvidone and 0.5 part of polyethylene glycol in 20 parts of water, coating the semi-finished product of the fuming particles, and controlling the water content of the finished product particles to be 18% to obtain the needed fuming particles; 4) weighing certain mass of fuming particles, placing the fuming particles in a specially-made cylindrical cavity die, wherein the center of the die is a cylindrical solid column, applying pressure properly, performing microwave treatment for 45s, rapidly cooling to room temperature, bonding the fuming particles in the die into a rod, and taking out to obtain the required low-temperature fuming body, wherein the center of the fuming body is a circular cavity.
The low-temperature smoke body can be directly filled in corresponding low-temperature cigarette smoking set heated at the periphery and/or the center, and can also be rolled into a cigarette branch shape for smoking, the smoking speed is high during smoking, the smoke quantity is sufficient, the front and back uniformity is good, the number of suction openings is large, the fragrance quality is good, and the moderate irritation of nicotine content is reduced. Claims (10)

1. A full-particle low-temperature fuming body is characterized by comprising fuming particles with the particle size of 20-45 meshes; the low-temperature fuming body is formed by solidifying and molding fuming particles, and a cavity structure is formed in the low-temperature fuming body;
the smoking particles have a core-shell structure, the inner core of the smoking particles comprises a carrier and a smoking object, the outer shell of the smoking particles is made of a material with binding capacity, and a smoke powder layer is arranged between the inner core and the outer shell.

(2) wrapping a tobacco powder layer on the surface of the soft moist granules to obtain semi-finished smoking granules;
(3) and (3) coating the semi-finished product of the fuming particles obtained in the step (2) by using a material with binding capacity as a raw material to obtain the fuming particles.
