Comparative example 10:

(1) weighing plant raw material particles, a smoke agent, essence and spice, an aerogel framework material and water according to parts by weight;
(2) adding the weighed aerogel framework material into water while stirring at the rotation speed of 100-1000rpm for 10-60min, heating at the temperature of 50-100 ℃, adding plant raw material particles while stirring after the framework material is fully dispersed and swelled, continuing stirring after the plant raw material particles are fully dispersed in the glue solution, stopping heating, and cooling the mixed solution by adopting an ice water bath or cold air mode;
(3) adding the smoke agent and the essence perfume while stirring when the temperature of the mixed solution is reduced to 10-30 ℃;
(4) continuously stirring and cooling, and stopping stirring when the temperature of the mixed sol is reduced to 4-10 ℃ to obtain low-temperature sol;
(5) extruding the low-temperature sol by an air compressor or a pump through a core rod of a paper tube forming machine, synchronously filling the low-temperature sol into a paper tube made of the paper tube forming machine, and cutting the low-temperature sol by a cutting device to obtain a cylindrical glue rod with the length of 5-150 mm;
(6) pre-freezing the cylindrical rubber rod in the step (5) in a freezing environment at the temperature of minus 60 ℃ to minus 10 ℃ for 2 to 24 hours;
(7) and (3) placing the pre-frozen product obtained in the step (6) in a freeze dryer for freeze drying, wherein the temperature of a cold trap is-60 ℃ to-10 ℃, the temperature of a radiation plate is 10 ℃ to 40 ℃, the vacuum degree is 1Pa to 200Pa, and the drying time is 5h to 28h, so that the plant polysaccharide aerogel heating non-combustion flavor smoke generating material is obtained.
