Background
The particle type aerosol-generating product has the characteristics of large smoke amount, sufficient aroma and the like. However, the conventional particle type aerosol generating product needs to use filling equipment to fill and seal particles, so that the production efficiency and the stability of the product quality are greatly reduced. In addition, a sealing film is generally used for sealing, and the sealing film is adhered to only the end of the aerosol-generating article and is likely to fall off.

A second aspect of the invention provides an aerosol-generating article comprising: a solid aerosol-generating substrate according to any one of the first aspects, a hollow support section 4 and a filter section 5 arranged in series from upstream to downstream.
Preferably, said hollow support section 4 is of a gas-permeable or gas-impermeable material.
Preferably, the side wall of the hollow support section 4 has a vent 4-1. Ventilation holes 4-1 extend radially through the hollow support section 4.

a solid aerosol generating substrate, a hollow supporting section 4 and a filtering section 5 are compounded to obtain a double-length cigarette, and then the cigarette is divided from the middle to obtain two same aerosol generating products.
The solid aerosol generating substrate is produced by using the traditional equipment for producing the particle filter tip by the cigarette, and the foaming material section 1, the fuming particle section 2 and the plugging section 3 are compounded together to obtain the solid aerosol generating substrate. The process is briefly described as follows: forming paper is used for respectively placing a foaming material section 1 and a plugging section 3 on the two sections, and a space is formed between the foaming material section 1 and the plugging section 3 and is used for filling a particle section; when the forming paper runs to the blanking area, the fuming particles fall to the space between the foaming material section 1 and the blocking section 3, and then the forming paper is rolled up to wrap the foaming material section 1, the fuming particles and the blocking section 3 to form the solid aerosol generating substrate.

A fourth aspect of the invention provides the use of an aerosol-generating article according to the first aspect for use with a circumferentially heated smoking article.
The technical scheme can be freely combined on the premise of no contradiction.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the present invention provides for the first time a solid aerosol-generating substrate. The foaming material section 1 and the plugging section 3 are respectively plugged with fuming particles at two ends. The section 1 of the foaming material is loaded with one or more of a smoking substance, a flavoring substance and a tobacco substance. The length 1 of foamed material therefore not only has the effect of blocking the smoker particles, but it can also be heated to smoke as a core segment like the smoker particle segment 2.
2. In particular, compared to a solution using filter cotton or a blocking cap or the like to block the smoker particles upstream, the foam segment 1 of the present application has the following advantages:
the suction resistance of the filter cotton, the plugging cover and the like is large, and the adjustable range of the suction resistance is small; the foam-shaped matrix main body of the foam material section 1 has large porosity and large suction resistance adjustable range;
the foaming material section 1 of the application adsorbs smoke substances, aroma-enhancing substances, tobacco substances and the like, and can play a role in increasing the smoke quantity and/or enhancing the aroma;
in addition, even if the filter cotton is used for adsorbing smoke substances and spices, the filter cotton has poor adsorption effect compared with the foaming material section 1 of the application because the filter cotton is made of non-hydrophilic acetate fibers;
the filter cotton is not heat-resistant, is easy to deform when being heated, and influences the smoking taste.
3. The length of foamed material 1 is loaded with smoking, flavouring and tobacco materials so that it can be heated to smoke as a segment of smoking particles 2.
4. In a preferred embodiment, the foam material section 1 is made of a porous foam material made of polysaccharide powder. The foaming mainly comprises three processes of gelation, heating foaming and freezing forming. The polysaccharide substance powder forms a three-dimensional network structure under the action of a coagulant, namely gel is formed; then heating and foaming are carried out, and the foaming agent in the gel is decomposed to generate bubbles, so that a porous structure is formed; finally, the porous gel is frozen, water in the gel forms ice crystals to be separated out, the concentration of solid matters is correspondingly increased, plant molecules are more tightly combined by the extrusion of the ice crystals, so that the foam-shaped substrate main body with the pore structure is obtained by fixed molding, a large number of pore structures ensure that the foam-shaped substrate main body can adsorb and bear more smoke substances, aroma substances and tobacco substances, the pore structure of the foam-shaped substrate main body is further favorable for releasing smoke, the problem that the smoke generated at the upstream of the foaming material section 1 is intercepted by the downstream is avoided, and the smoke quantity and the smoke aroma quality are improved from two aspects.
5. This application prepares earlier and obtains the foamy matrix main part, then utilizes it as carrier absorption fuming substance, fragtant material and tobacco material, does not directly foam fuming substance, fragtant material and tobacco material and glycan material powder, foamer etc. together, the reason lies in: firstly, the addition of the smoke generating substance, the flavoring substance and the tobacco substance during the foaming process greatly affects the foaming effect, and particularly, in the case that the added tobacco substance is tobacco powder, a foam-shaped matrix main body with high porosity is difficult to obtain. Secondly, because the temperature in the foaming process is higher, generally between 160 ℃ and 240 ℃, the high temperature causes most of the smoke substances and the flavoring substances to be volatilized in the foaming process, and the smoke substances and the flavoring substances in the foam matrix really prepared are few, so the problems of small smoke amount and poor sensory evaluation of aroma in the smoking process of the foaming material section 1 are caused.
6. The invention encounters a new problem in the process of soaking and adsorbing the mixed liquid containing the smoke substance, the flavoring substance and the tobacco substance. The invention notices that in the foaming process, the bubbles in the main body of the foam-shaped substrate are combined in the releasing process, so that the pores extending along the radial direction of the foaming material section 1 and close to the central axis are smaller, and the pores close to the periphery are larger, if the obtained main body of the porous foam-shaped substrate is directly soaked in the mixed liquid containing the smoke substances, the flavoring substances and the tobacco substances by using the soaking method, or the mixed liquid is directly coated on the outer surface of the main body of the foam-shaped substrate by using the spraying method, because the peripheral pores are larger, the adsorption capacity is stronger, the pores of the inner layer are smaller, the adsorption capacity is weak, and thus the mode of applying the supplement from the periphery and then diffusing to the inner layer is larger, the diffusion resistance is larger, a large amount of the supplement is adsorbed by the pore structure of the periphery, the supplement is difficult to diffuse to the inner layer, and even the mixed liquid can not be contacted at the central axis. In order to avoid the problem, the dosage of the mixed liquor can be further increased, or the soaking time is prolonged until the pore structure of the inner layer can adsorb the supplement, but the dosage of the mixed liquor is too large, the mixed liquor of the outer layer is excessive, the macula is easy to exude, and the smoke temperature is too hot. Therefore, the method of applying the mixed liquid from the outer periphery has a problem that the amount of the mixed liquid is large or the distribution of the mixed liquid is not uniform. In order to further solve the problem, the invention firstly vacuumizes the foam-shaped matrix main body, removes air in the pore structure of the foam-shaped matrix main body, and then soaks the vacuumed foam-shaped matrix main body in the mixed liquid. Therefore, under certain external pressure, the mixed liquid can quickly enter the pore structure and smoothly enter the pore structure of the inner layer, and the method can ensure that the mixed liquid enters the pore structure of the inner layer of the foam matrix main body under the premise of shorter soaking time and less mixed liquid, so that the mixed liquid is uniformly distributed in the pore structure. The aerosol generating substrate rod obtained by the preparation method has high porosity, and the smoke substance, the aroma-enhancing substance and the tobacco substance are uniformly distributed in the pore structure, so that the aerosol generating substrate rod has the advantages of large smoke quantity, high smoke comfort and proper smoke temperature when being used in aerosol generating products.
7. The solid aerosol-generating substrate of the invention is integral so that it can be composited with the hollow support section 4 and the filter section 5. Compared with the prior art, the efficiency of filling each unit individually by the filling process is greatly improved.
8. The plugging section 3 is formed by pressing low-adsorption sheets and then gathering the low-adsorption sheets, and plays a role in plugging particles. The plugging section 3 has the characteristics of good thermal stability and small interception amount.

During suction, ambient air enters the hollow support section 4 from the ventilation holes 4-1 to mix with the heated smoke of the solid aerosol-generating substrate and is drawn by the user. The outside air can increase the smoke amount, cool the smoke and enhance the mixing uniformity of the smoke. The position and material etc. of the wrapping layers in fig. 3 are of conventional design and are not indicated.
Comparative example 1
The present comparative example provides an aerosol-generating article. The only difference from example 2 is the method of preparation of the foam segments in the solid aerosol-generating substrate.
The foaming material segment is prepared by foaming the smoking substance, the flavoring substance, the tobacco substance, the polysaccharide substance powder, the foaming agent and the like. The method comprises the following specific steps:
11 Uniformly mixing polysaccharide substance powder, foaming agent, dispersing agent, coagulating agent, flavoring substance menthol, smoke substance propylene glycol and tobacco powder, and dissolving into alcoholic solution with volume concentration of 10% v/v to prepare foaming slurry;
12 Uniformly dispersing the foaming slurry obtained in the previous step, then filling the mixture into a mold, and foaming the mixture for 20 minutes at a high temperature to obtain a foamed composition;
13 Placing the foamed composition obtained in the previous step into a freezer at the temperature of-20 ℃ for freezing for 36 hours, taking out, dehydrating, and naturally drying or baking to obtain the foamed material section.
The tobacco powder can be called as tobacco dry material, which is made by crushing tobacco stem, tobacco stalk, tobacco powder and other cigarette industry waste into tobacco powder of 80-120 meshes.
The other steps were in accordance with example 1.
The resulting aerosol-generating article, designated sample 2, had a foam segment porosity of only 32%.
Comparative example 2
The present comparative example provides an aerosol-generating article. The difference to example 2 is the method of preparation of the foam segments in the solid aerosol-generating substrate. The step (2) of evacuation was omitted, and the prepared foam-like substrate body was directly immersed in the mixed solution containing the smoke generating substance, the flavoring substance and the tobacco substance, which was the same as in example 1. The resulting aerosol-generating article was prepared and referred to as sample 3.
Application example 1
Aerosol-generating article samples 1-3 were each smoked under equivalent conditions with a matched heated non-combustible cigarette smoking article. A plurality of sensory evaluation personnel perform sensory evaluation on the aerosol generating product, and 6 indexes of smoke amount, aroma, fragrance, strength, harmony, irritation and taste are mainly considered. The scoring values of the 6 quality detection indexes are respectively as follows: the amount of the smoke is 0 to 10 minutes, the fragrance and the flavor are 0 to 30 minutes, the strength is 0 to 10 minutes, the harmony is 0 to 10 minutes, the irritation is 0 to 15 minutes, the taste is 0 to 25 minutes, and the total of 6 evaluation indexes is 100 minutes. The higher the score of 5 evaluation indexes, i.e., the amount of smoke, aroma, flavor, strength, consistency, and texture, the stronger the sensation of the evaluation index during smoking, the less noticeable the sensation of the evaluation index during smoking, and the higher the total score of 6 evaluation indexes, the better the sensation of smoking of the aerosol-generating article.
The sensory evaluation scores for aerosol-generating article samples 1-3 are shown in table 1.
Mainly according to Q/YNZY.J07.022.
Table 1 sensory evaluation scores on smoking of different aerosol-generating article samples
Figure BDA0003838469340000101
As can be seen from the data in table 1 comparing sample aerosol-generating article 1 with sample aerosol-generating article 2, by directly foaming together the smoke, flavour and tobacco material with the polysaccharide material powder, foaming agent etc., the porosity of the resulting foamed material segment is only 32%, which directly results in sample 2 having significantly lower smoke and flavour scores than sample 1.
Comparing the aerosol-generating article 1 and the aerosol-generating article sample 3, it is clear that, even if the same foam-like substrate body is used, whether or not a vacuum is applied before the same body is soaked in the aerosol-generating article to adsorb the smoking material, the flavoring material, and the tobacco material is important for the sensory evaluation of smoking. The vacuumizing process is omitted, the prepared foam-shaped substrate main body is directly soaked in the mixed liquid containing the smoke substances, the aroma substances and the tobacco substances, and the mixed liquid in the prepared foaming material section is not uniformly distributed, so that the scores of the smoke quantity and the harmony of the sample 3 are obviously lower than those of the sample 1.
