Abstract

本发明提供了一种适用于固体电蓄热装置的异形结构蓄热砖,使砖与砖之间上下、左右相互咬合,解决了蓄热体结构不稳的问题;本发明的结构形成的蓄热体风道与电热通道在同一方向上,电热通道也是风道的一部分,大大加强了对流换热效果;表面波纹形状的砖也提高了空气与砖的换热。本发明的优点是:(1)砖与砖上下,左右之间利用本发明砖的特殊结构“梯形凸起”和“梯形凹槽”连接,解决了多层砖摆放稳定性问题。(2)蓄热砖外表面为波纹形状,强化了换热效果。(3)蓄热砖与蓄热砖之间的缝隙,形成的风道特殊结构以及电热通道也是风道一部分,这些结构特点,有利于加热件的散热,增加了换热面热。

Description

一种用于固体电蓄热的异形结构蓄热砖及摆放方式
技术领域
本发明涉及电蓄热装置内的蓄热用砖,特别涉及一种适用于固体电蓄热装置的异形结构蓄热砖及摆放方式。
背景技术
现有技术的固体电蓄热装置用的蓄热砖结构形式如图1所示,若干块砖摆放成蓄热体,结构如图2所示。电热通道安装电热丝,风道用于加热空气。现有技术的结构上存在以下缺点:(1)同一层蓄热砖之间没有相互的连接(电蓄热冷热交替变化频繁,无法用耐火泥等砌筑),为了形成固定的通道,两层蓄热砖之间也无法错缝压合,因此,单个蓄热砖之间除了垂直方向上的重力之外,没有任何力的约束。当蓄热砖码放过高、冷热膨胀时,经常出现整体结构不稳定,甚至倒塌事故。(2)蓄热砖表面为光滑平面,不利于空气与砖的对流换热。(3)风道与电热通道不相通,影响了电热丝散热。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种适用于固体电蓄热装置的异形结构蓄热砖,使砖与砖之间上下、左右相互咬合,解决了蓄热体结构不稳的问题;本发明的结构形成的蓄热体风道与电热通道在同一方向上,电热通道也是风道的一部分,大大加强了对流换热效果;表面波纹形状的砖也提高了空气与砖的换热。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种适用于固体电蓄热装置用蓄热砖,其技术要点是:如图3所示,在蓄热砖的下面开有梯形凹槽,上面开有梯形凸起,水平方向上一侧是梯形凹槽,另一侧为梯形凸起,砖的外表面为波纹形。
砖的摆放方式如图4所示,砖与砖上下,左右之间利用本发明砖的特殊结构“梯形凸起”和“梯形凹槽”连接,解决了多层砖摆放稳定性问题。
上述方案中,梯形凸起和梯形凹槽相互嵌入,且凸起高于凹槽,在蓄热砖与蓄热砖之间形成了一定的缝隙,该缝隙即为风道。另外,电热通道内安装的电热丝一般为螺旋形状,除电热丝占用部分流通截面外,剩余截面也是风道流通截面的一部分,这种结构强化了电热丝的冷却。
上述方案中,蓄热砖的外表面为波纹形状,也增加了空气与砖的换热。
本发明的优点是:(1)砖与砖上下,左右之间利用本发明砖的特殊结构“梯形凸起”和“梯形凹槽”连接,解决了多层砖摆放稳定性问题。(2)蓄热砖外表面为波纹形状,强化了换热效果。(3)蓄热砖与蓄热砖之间的缝隙,形成的风道特殊结构以及电热通道也是风道一部分,这些结构特点,有利于加热件的散热,增加了换热面热。

Claims (5)

1.一种适用于固体电蓄热装置用蓄热砖,其技术要点是:在蓄热砖的下面开有梯形凹槽,上面开有梯形凸起,水平方向上一侧是梯形凹槽,另一侧为梯形凸起,砖的外表面为波纹形。
2.如权利要求1所述,一种适用于电蓄热设备的异形结构蓄热砖,其特征在于,互锁结构为梯形凸起与梯形凹槽,且凸起高于凹槽。
3.如权利要求1所述,一种适用于电蓄热设备的异形结构蓄热砖,其特征在于,在蓄热砖的蓄热砖的外表面为波纹形状。
4.如权利要求1所述,一种适用于电蓄热设备的异形结构蓄热砖的摆放方式,其特征在于,连接时通过互锁结构彼此嵌套互锁连接,蓄热砖与蓄热砖之间存在一定的缝隙,该缝隙即为风道。
5.如权利要求1所述,一种适用于电蓄热设备的异形结构蓄热砖,其特征在于,在蓄热砖的内部中心处加工有圆形加热件通道,除电热丝占用部分流通截面外,剩余截面也是风道流通截面的一部分。
