本发明涉及一种阳虚型体质固肾温阳、暖脾止泻的中药组合物，具体为中药制备技术领域。
背景技术
脾肾阳虚，病证名。多由感受寒邪较重，或久病耗气损伤脾肾之阳气，或久泻不止，损伤脾肾之阳，或其他脏腑的亏虚，累及脾肾两脏等引起。脾虚阳气不足，多引起大肠功能失调，表现为或腹泻，或便秘。形寒肢冷、面或四肢浮肿、腹胀满或胸胁胀满、纳呆、关节痛、腰酸、面色苍白、少气懒言，皮疹不显或紫黯、尿少或尿闭、咳嗽、痰鸣、舌质淡、有齿印或舌体嫩胖、苔白薄、脉细沉。本症发展可致水湿泛滥、阳气衰竭，或全身脏腑功能严重紊乱、气机停滞而死亡。脾肾阳虚常见于虚劳、泄泻、痢疾、水肿、鼓胀、肾风，以及西医的慢性肠胃炎、慢性肾炎、慢性肾功能衰竭等疾病。目前治疗脾肾阳虚症的药物很多，但大多存在治标不治本及副作用大的不足。祖国医学认为，脾肾阳虚是由于感受寒邪，或者久病耗气，或者久泻不止，损伤脾肾阳气；或者其他各个脏腑亏虚，最后脾肾两脏受累而致。根据中医理论，针对脾肾阳虚的发病机理，采用健脾补肾、暖脾止泻、回阳救逆、散寒止痛的治法，进行辩证的组方配伍，以达到标本兼治的目的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种阳虚型体质固肾温阳、暖脾止泻的中药组合物。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种阳虚型体质固肾温阳、暖脾止泻的中药组合物由下述重量份的药材配制而成：补骨脂10-100份，桂枝5-60份，五味子5-60份，生晒参5-60份，制附子5-30份，干姜5-60份，炒白术100-300份，陈皮10-100份，炙甘草5-60份，肉豆蔻5-60份。
作为优选，所述的阳虚型体质固肾温阳、暖脾止泻的中药组合物由下述重量份的药材配制而成：补骨脂70份，桂枝35份，五味子35份，生晒参35份，制附子25份，干姜35份，炒白术200份，陈皮80份，炙甘草45份，肉豆蔻45份。
一种阳虚型体质固肾温阳、暖脾止泻的中药组合物的制备方法为：步骤一、将中药组合物按照重量份原料配比，将补骨脂，桂枝，五味子，生晒参，制附子，干姜，炒白术，陈皮，炙甘草，肉豆蔻全部粉碎成粉末，将粉碎的药材粉末全部投入超临界流体萃取反应釜中，按液料比18～38：1(mL/g)加水浸泡后，控制温度为58～65℃，保温10～20min，得提取液；在提取液中加入乙醇，混匀，滤过，浓缩，上大孔树脂吸附柱，水洗除杂后，用20～40％乙醇溶液洗脱，收集洗脱液、浓缩、干燥，即得药物浓缩粉；
步骤二、炼蜜，熬炼蜂蜜，先用武火，熬沸腾后改为文火缓熬；
步骤三、调药，将熬炼好的蜂蜜用勺子倒入步骤一制备的药粉内，同时用粗竹筷在药粉内成圆周搅动，边倒步骤二熬炼的蜂蜜边调药粉，以基本上看不到药粉时停止加蜜，调好后，用消毒的双手在盆中和为药团；
步骤四、搓条、和丸，和丸时用少许芝麻油、点掌心以使药丸光亮；
步骤五、包装：将药丸晒干或红外线灯烤干，用无毒瓶密储干燥阴凉处。

一种阳虚型体质固肾温阳、暖脾止泻的中药组合物由下述重量份的药材配制而成：补骨脂100份，桂枝60份，五味子60份，生晒参60份，制附子30份，干姜60份，炒白术300份，陈皮100份，炙甘草60份，肉豆蔻60份。
实施例3：
一种阳虚型体质固肾温阳、暖脾止泻的中药组合物由下述重量份的药材配制而成：补骨脂70份，桂枝35份，五味子35份，生晒参35份，制附子25份，干姜35份，炒白术200份，陈皮80份，炙甘草45份，肉豆蔻45份。
疗效检测方法
1、一般性资料：本中药组合物应用于临床观察病例50例，男23例，女27例，年龄40～75岁。
2、脾肾阳虚的症状表现包括三个方面：(1)阳虚寒盛，气机凝滞，而见面色白，畏寒肢冷，腰膝酸软，腹中冷痛；(2)水谷失运而见腹部胀，久泻久痢，甚或五更泄泻，下利清谷；(3)水湿泛滥，而见小便不利，面浮肢肿，甚则腹胀如鼓；或见小便频数，余沥不尽，或夜尿频仍。舌质淡胖而有齿痕，苔白滑，脉沉迟细弱，也为阳气亏虚之象。
3、用法用量：本中药组合物服用方法为：1次9克，1天2次，20天为1疗程，治疗期间忌生冷辛辣刺激之物。
4、疗效标准：
(1)治愈：体征及症状完全消失；
(2)显效：体征及症状显著改善；
(3)有效：体征及症状有所改变；
(4)无效：体征无改变，症状如前。
治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药2-5个疗程，治疗期间未发生毒副作用。具体疗效如表1所示。

案型病例：
徐某，女，45岁，患者每天4点中必然要起床上厕所，便中经常夹杂不消化的食物，经中医诊断脾肾阳虚，患者经朋友介绍服用本中药组合物2周后，腹泻好转，继续服用两周大便成形，又服用两周痊愈。半年后随访无复发。
崔某，女，38岁。患者自述：近期出现便溏，畏寒肢冷，腰膝酸软，腹中冷痛，面浮肢肿。诊见：舌苔白腻，淡胖。诊断：脾肾阳虚。服用本发明中药组合物3个疗程，腰膝酸软等症状明显减轻；继续服用2个疗程，所有症状完全消失。痊愈。半年后随访无复发。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阳虚型体质固肾温阳、暖脾止泻的中药组合物，其特征在于：所述的中药组合物由下述重量份的药材配制而成：补骨脂70份，桂枝35份，五味子35份，生晒参35份，制附子25份，干姜35份，炒白术200份，陈皮80份，炙甘草45份，肉豆蔻45份。
3.一种阳虚型体质固肾温阳、暖脾止泻的中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于：步骤一、将中药组合物按照重量份原料配比，将补骨脂，桂枝，五味子，生晒参，制附子，干姜，炒白术，陈皮，炙甘草，肉豆蔻全部粉碎成粉末，将粉碎的药材粉末全部投入超临界流体萃取反应釜中，按液料比18～38：1(mL/g)加水浸泡后，控制温度为58～65℃，保温10～20min，得提取液；在提取液中加入乙醇，混匀，滤过，浓缩，上大孔树脂吸附柱，水洗除杂后，用20～40％乙醇溶液洗脱，收集洗脱液、浓缩、干燥，即得药物浓缩粉；
步骤二、炼蜜，熬炼蜂蜜，先用武火，熬沸腾后改为文火缓熬；
步骤三、调药，将熬炼好的蜂蜜用勺子倒入步骤一制备的药粉内，同时用粗竹筷在药粉内成圆周搅动，边倒步骤二熬炼的蜂蜜边调药粉，以基本上看不到药粉时停止加蜜，调好后，用消毒的双手在盆中和为药团；
步骤四、搓条、和丸，和丸时用少许芝麻油、点掌心以使药丸光亮；
步骤五、包装：将药丸晒干或红外线灯烤干，用无毒瓶密储干燥阴凉处。
