Abstract

本发明提供了一种乙酰氨基阿维菌素纳米乳，该乙酰氨基阿维菌素纳米乳包含乙酰氨基阿维菌素，溶剂和长链一元酯，所述一元酯由式R‑COO‑R’表示，其中，R选自含有10‑16个碳原子的烷基，R’为含1‑5个碳原子的烷基，其中含1‑5个碳原子的烷基优选乙基、丙基、异丙基、丁基或异丁基。本发明还提供了一种制备乙酰氨基阿维菌素纳米乳的方法，其中，该方法包括如下步骤：(1)将乙酰氨基阿维菌素与溶剂混合均匀，得到第一混合物；(2)将所述第一混合物和长链一元酯以及乳化剂混合均匀，得到第二混合物；(3)将所述第二混合物与水混合均匀，得到第三混合物。本发明还提供了如上所述的方法制备得到的乙酰氨基阿维菌素纳米乳及其在杀灭动物体内寄生虫和体表寄生虫中的用途。
