step S4, after the sterilization is finished, automatically identifying and tracking the RFID label of the detection packet and the RFID label of the sterilized instrument packet through an RFID reader-writer fixedly arranged in the sterilization monitoring area, and triggering a timing program to count the time length of the detection packet and the instrument packet which are both in the sterilization monitoring area; meanwhile, when the counted time reaches a preset monitoring time (such as 2 hours), triggering the disinfection tracing system to automatically release the operation authority of the disinfection monitoring interface so that a disinfection monitoring person can open the disinfection monitoring interface and brush in a monitoring result and a monitoring person label; because the monitoring time of the hospital for the instrument package is strictly required, the invention counts the actual time of the instrument package, and triggers the disinfection tracing system to release the operation authority of the sterilization monitoring interface when the preset monitoring time is reached, thereby effectively avoiding that the instrument package is put on the shelf and released when the sterilization monitoring personnel do not reach the preset monitoring time.
And step S5, triggering a package outer label printing program to automatically print a package outer label through an RFID reader-writer fixedly arranged in the sterilization monitoring area after the sterilization monitoring is finished, and sticking the package outer label to the instrument package. According to the invention, the original label outside the package adhered to the packaging/core packaging ring is placed at the end of sterilization monitoring, so that the problem that the label outside the package needs to be printed again due to the replacement of the sterilization pot time information in the sterilization process can be effectively avoided, the repeated operation of printing the label outside the package by supply room workers can be reduced or eliminated, the working efficiency is improved, and the waste of consumable materials of the label outside the package is reduced.
In the present invention, the three-dimensional coordinates of each positioning reference tag measured according to the actual sterilization work area are specifically: arranging RFID readers at fixed positions of the cleaning and sterilizing area, the sterilizing area and the sterilization monitoring area; adhering positioning reference labels to the outer eight corners of the cleaning and disinfecting machine, the outer eight corners of the high-temperature pressure steam sterilizing machine and the inner peripheral wall of the sterilization monitoring area;
and drawing three-dimensional coordinates by using an actual operation area of a disinfection supply center, and measuring and calculating the three-dimensional coordinates of the fixed placing positions of the RFID readers, the three-dimensional coordinates of the positioning reference labels at the eight outer corners of the cleaning and disinfecting machine, the three-dimensional coordinates of the positioning reference labels at the eight outer corners of the high-temperature pressure steam disinfecting machine and the three-dimensional coordinates of the positioning reference labels of the peripheral wall bodies in a disinfection monitoring area.
When the method is specifically implemented, based on the characteristics that the disinfection and sterilization operation of the instrument package needs washing and high-temperature high-pressure sterilization, the label identification needs to penetrate through metal and the like, the hardware of the scheme is selected as follows: an ultrahigh frequency RFID high temperature resistant washing metal-resistant label and a corresponding ultrahigh frequency RFID reader-writer. Meanwhile, label classification setting and maintenance, RFID label bar code setting and maintenance, and package outer bar code and batch generation rule setting are also required, wherein:
the label classification setting and maintenance specifically comprises the following steps: classifying personnel, machines, machine programs, goods shelves, instrument packages and positioning labels involved in the disinfection tracing operation of the instrument packages of the disinfection supply center, and setting maintenance classification rules and classification codes;
the RFID label bar code setting and maintenance specifically comprises the following steps: according to the maintenance classification rule, generating corresponding personnel, machines, machine programs, goods shelves, instrument package labels and positioning labels by means of an RFID reader-writer, and maintaining instrument detail information corresponding to the instrument package labels;
the bar code outside the package and the batch generation rule are specifically set as follows: the disinfection tracing system maintains the generation rule and the printing template of the out-of-package bar codes of the instrument packages; and maintaining the information rules of the number of cleaning and disinfecting pots of the cleaning and disinfecting machine and the information rules of the number of sterilizing pots of the disinfecting machine so as to provide basic data for later-stage tracing management.

In specific implementation, the disinfection tracing system needs to acquire modification optimization permission of an internal program of a cleaning and disinfecting machine or a high-temperature pressure steam sterilization machine, and performs modification optimization and data interface setting on a code of the internal program, so that a machine operation starting instruction can be automatically generated when the machine starts to operate, and the operation starting instruction, machine information, cleaning and disinfecting/sterilizing program information, operation starting time, corresponding pot number information and the like are transmitted to the disinfection tracing system through a data interface; and automatically generating a machine operation ending instruction when the machine finishes operating, and transmitting physical detection indexes such as an operation ending instruction, operation duration, operation temperature/pressure and the like, operation ending time and other information to a disinfection tracing system through a data interface.

And when the high-temperature pressure steam sterilization machine finishes running, transmitting machine physical detection information such as a running finishing instruction, sterilization duration, sterilization temperature/pressure and the like to the sterilization tracing system through the data interface. And the sterilization tracing system automatically inserts the sterilization duration and other information transmitted by the data interface and the placement time of the instrument package counted by the RFID reader-writer in the high-temperature pressure steam sterilization machine into the generated sterilization pot number information according to the sterilization ending information received by the data interface.
Step six, sterilization monitoring
After the operation of the high-temperature pressure steam sterilization machine is finished, the sterilization tracing system triggers an RFID reader-writer fixedly arranged in the sterilization monitoring area to automatically identify and track the RFID tags of the detection packets (including biological monitoring packets and chemical monitoring packets) and the RFID tags of sterilized instrument packets, and triggers a timing program to count the time length of the detection packets and the instrument packets which are together in the sterilization monitoring area; meanwhile, when the counted time reaches the preset monitoring time, the disinfection tracing system is triggered to automatically release the operation authority of the sterilization monitoring interface, sterilization monitoring personnel open the sterilization monitoring interface, brush in the monitoring result and the monitoring personnel label, and click to store the sterilization monitoring interface.
Step seven: paster code
After the sterilization monitoring is finished, the labeling personnel place the sterilized instrument package on the RFID reader-writer fixedly arranged in the sterilization monitoring area, trigger the outer label printing program of the package, automatically print the outer label of the package by the label printer, and stick the printed outer label of the package outside the instrument package by the labeling personnel.
Step eight: racking storage
And putting the instrument bag with the label pasted outside the bag on a shelf for storage.
