技术领域
本发明涉及铝型材相关领域,具体为一种双面注胶铝型材。
背景技术
铝型材,就是铝棒通过热熔、挤压、从而得到不同截面形状的铝材料。近几年来,中国铝加工业紧密结合市场和科学发展的需求,使传统铝加工材已经逐步完成了向现代化铝加工材的转变,因此中国铝加工材品种已发生了巨大变化,中国铝加工材的重要特点是向高性能、高精度、节能、环保方向发展。铝型材用于建筑等行业时,铝型材需要做隔热处理,现世界上普遍用的隔热处理方式为注胶式和穿条式。
现有双面注胶铝型材在注胶时先一边注胶,再从另一面将阻隔的连接桥割穿,吹扫槽内的铝削后再次注胶,冷却成型后形成隔热胶块,但割穿过程中很难不对半成型的隔热胶块造成伤害,且吹扫不干净会使隔热胶块的隔热效果不理想;因此市场急需研制一种双面注胶铝型材来帮助人们解决现有的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种双面注胶铝型材,以解决上述背景技术中提出的对连接桥割穿时很难不对半成型的隔热胶块造成伤害的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种双面注胶铝型材,包括连接件,所述连接件包括压紧环,所述压紧环一侧的上端设置有压紧槽,所述压紧槽包括毛刺槽,所述压紧槽的下端设置有压紧件,所述压紧件包括压紧毛刺,所述连接件下端的两侧均设置有固定件,所述固定件一侧的上端设置有凸起。
优选的,所述压紧槽斜向设置,所述压紧槽与压紧件上端部分吻合,所述固定件设置有三个。
优选的,所述连接件的一侧设置有第一铝型材,所述连接件的另一侧设置有第二铝型材,所述第一铝型材包括置放腔和固定槽,且固定槽位于置放腔的下端,所述固定槽设置有三个,所述置放腔与压紧环的外表面紧密贴合,所述固定槽与固定件的外表面紧密贴合。
优选的,所述连接件包括油层,且油层位于连接件与第一铝型材和第二铝型材的接触位置。
优选的,所述第一铝型材与第二铝型材关于连接件对称设置。
优选的,所述第一铝型材和第二铝型材之间的上端形成上注胶腔,所述第一铝型材和第二铝型材之间的下端形成下注胶腔。
优选的,所述上注胶腔与下注胶腔的两侧均设置有波浪边。
优选的,所述上注胶腔上端面的中间设置有上注胶口,所述下注胶腔下端面的中间设置有下注胶口。
优选的,所述上注胶腔与下注胶腔内均设置有隔热胶。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、该发明通过连接件来阻隔上注胶腔和下注胶腔,连接件的压紧环与置放腔紧密贴合,对上注胶腔注胶时不会向下流动,且固定件与固定槽吻合,来对连接件进行固定,保证注胶过程中连接件的牢靠程度;
2、该发明中,单面注的隔热胶半成型后通过从下压住凸起向上提,从下面受力后固定件从固定槽内脱离,后压紧件压进压紧槽内,压紧毛刺卡进毛刺槽进行固定,因连接件为橡胶材质,能先拽动半边连接件斜向下,使压紧环从置放腔脱离,然后将连接件取出,再从下注胶口注胶,因为不需要切割连接件,所以不需要清扫,从而避免传统方式中对连接桥割穿时很难不对半成型的隔热胶块造成伤害的问题;
3、该发明通过油层的设置,在上注胶腔内的隔热胶未完全成型,但不流动的情况下能够轻易将连接件取出,而不会粘连隔热胶,使未完全成型的隔热胶块被破坏。

请参阅图1-5,本发明提供的一种实施例:一种双面注胶铝型材,包括连接件3,连接件3包括压紧环303,压紧环303一侧的上端设置有压紧槽302,压紧槽302包括毛刺槽3021,压紧槽302的下端设置有压紧件305,压紧件305包括压紧毛刺3051,连接件3下端的两侧均设置有固定件304,固定件304一侧的上端设置有凸起306。
本实施例中:连接件3采用橡胶材质或者具有一定韧性的材料,压紧环303为半个环状,在拆卸连接件3时,压紧环303会被挤压,因为本连接件3需要被重复使用,所以压紧环303内部的中间位置被加厚,使此处的抗拉强度增强,但此处表面一旦出现裂缝,则不能重复使用。
在下部注胶,对连接件3脱离时,压紧件305压进压紧槽302内,压紧毛刺3051顺势压进毛刺槽3021内,需要整理重新使用时,拉拽压紧件305,在反向力的作用下,压紧毛刺3051反向变形,使压紧毛刺3051脱离毛刺槽3021,挤在压紧槽302靠下位置,再用力使压紧件305从压紧槽302内脱离,整个连接件3恢复原状。
进一步,压紧槽302斜向设置,压紧槽302与压紧件305上端部分吻合,固定件304设置有三个。
本实施例中:在向上压凸起306过程中,压紧件305弧形转动,所以压紧槽302斜向设置,才能使压紧件305正常压进压紧槽302内,在此状态下压紧环303与置放腔101紧密贴合状态被改变,压紧环303能够脱离置放腔101。
进一步,连接件3的一侧设置有第一铝型材1,连接件3的另一侧设置有第二铝型材2,第一铝型材1包括置放腔101和固定槽102,且固定槽102位于置放腔101的下端,固定槽102设置有三个,置放腔101与压紧环303的外表面紧密贴合,固定槽102与固定件304的外表面紧密贴合。
本实施例中:因连接件3采用橡胶材质或者具有一定韧性的材料,所以置放腔101与压紧环303的外表面紧密贴合,固定槽102与固定件304的外表面紧密贴合的状态下,即使第一铝型材1与第二铝型材2为金属材质,表面光滑,摩擦系数小,但连接件3的材质特性,使连接件3与置放腔101的连接关系紧密,注胶不会从此位置被泄露。
固定件304的外表面上有若干细小的凸点,加大固定件304与固定槽102的固定关系。
进一步,连接件3包括油层301,且油层301位于连接件3与第一铝型材1和第二铝型材2的接触位置。
本实施例中:在上注胶腔4内的隔热胶6未完全成型,但不流动的情况下因为油层301的存在,能够轻易将连接件3取出,而不会粘连隔热胶6,使未完全成型的隔热胶6块被破坏,且油层301极其薄,再注下注胶腔5内的隔热胶6时,对置放腔101轻微擦拭,剩余隔热胶6表面微量的油被下注胶腔5注入的隔热胶6打散,不对隔热胶6自身的隔热特性有影响。
进一步,第一铝型材1与第二铝型材2关于连接件3对称设置。
进一步,第一铝型材1和第二铝型材2之间的上端形成上注胶腔4,第一铝型材1和第二铝型材2之间的下端形成下注胶腔5。
进一步,上注胶腔4与下注胶腔5的两侧均设置有波浪边103。
本实施例中:波浪边103的结构设置,使隔热胶6与第一铝型材1和第二铝型材2的接触面积增大,隔热胶6硬化后与第一铝型材1和第二铝型材2的固定关系更紧密。
进一步,上注胶腔4上端面的中间设置有上注胶口401,下注胶腔5下端面的中间设置有下注胶口501,上注胶腔4与下注胶腔5内均设置有隔热胶6。
工作原理:使用时,先通过连接件3将第一铝型材1与第二铝型材2连接起来,其中压紧环303与置放腔101以及固定槽102与固定件304紧密贴合进行固定,通过上注胶口401向上注胶腔4内注胶,直至隔热胶6充满整个上注胶腔4,等待一段时间,使上注胶腔4内的隔热胶6半成型(未完全硬化,但不轻易流动的状态),从下压住凸起306向上提,从下面受力后固定件304从固定槽102内脱离,压紧件305被压紧,后压紧件305压进压紧槽302内,压紧毛刺3051卡进毛刺槽3021内被暂时固定,因连接件3为橡胶材质,先拽动半边连接件3斜向下,使压紧环303从置放腔101脱离,因连接件3与第一铝型材1和第二铝型材2接触位置设置有油层301,保证隔热胶6未完全成型状态下,连接件3能正常脱离,将连接件3取出后,从下注胶口501向下注胶腔5内注胶,直至隔热胶6成型,使型材具备隔热效果。且取下的连接件3能够被再次利用,用力使压紧毛刺3051反向变形从毛刺槽3021脱离,最终使压紧件305从压紧槽302内脱离,连接件3恢复原状,再次使用前在连接件3重新覆油层301,就能重新配置,直至连接件3表面有裂纹,各构件尺寸在长期形变过程中被改变,则不能再次使用。
