Abstract

本实用新型公开一种叶片合模夹,属于在生产风力发电机叶片合模时防止壳体脱模的夹具,其主要由合模夹上夹(6)与合模夹下夹(7)通过插销(2)装配在一起。通过合模夹上夹(6)前端的压板压紧壳体法兰边(5)的方式将壳体固定在模具上,以实现叶片的翻转合模。本实用新型的叶片合模夹具有可重复使用、合模夹压紧操作简便和合模效率高以及壳体与模具之间压紧牢固因而合模的安全性高的优点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及风力发电机叶片模具制造技术,尤其涉及一种叶片合模夹,应用于风力发电机的玻璃钢叶片的加工,能够在叶片合模时防止叶片壳体脱模。
背景技术
目前,公知的叶片合模时防止壳体脱模的方式为抽真空袋膜方法,用真空袋铺设在模具上的壳体周围,用密封胶条密封后,抽真空使叶片壳体与模具压紧,从而防止合模时壳体脱模。但此方法存在操作复杂、而且成本较高的不足。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种叶片合模夹,以简化操作的复杂度和降低生产合模的成本,并且,能够根据产品模具的大小,确定所用合模夹具数量。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种叶片合模夹,包括叶片模具4、叶片壳体法兰边5、模具框架10和压板11;该合模夹主要由合模夹上夹6、合模夹下夹7、槽面压块8、压紧螺钉9、手柄1和插销2构成;其中,所述合模夹下夹7焊接于需翻转的模具框架10上,旋转手柄1与压紧螺钉9安装在一起,压紧螺钉9旋拧入合模夹上夹6的螺纹孔中,压紧螺钉9端部安装有槽面压块8,所述合模夹上夹6与合模夹下夹7通过插销2安装在一起。
其中,所述插销2一端装有弹簧锁销3。
当叶片壳体模铸完成需要合模时,需要将所述合模夹上夹6分别与合模夹下夹7通过插销2装配在一起,并将合模夹上夹6的压板11压紧叶片壳体法兰边5,所述转动手柄1旋转压紧螺钉9,使合模夹上夹6前端的压板11压紧叶片壳体法兰边5。
所述叶片合模夹下夹7采用20钢材质,所述合模夹上夹6、压紧螺钉9和插销2均采用45钢制作。
本实用新型所提供的叶片合模夹,具有以下优点:
以1.5MW(兆瓦)风力发电机的叶片为例,将52件合模夹下夹焊接于需翻转的模具框架上,叶根部模具因承重较大,合模夹排布间距较小一些;叶尖部模具承重较小,合模夹排布间距较大一些。合模前将52件合模夹上夹分别与下夹通过插销装配在一起。然后将上夹前端的压板压紧壳体法兰边。最后旋转压紧螺钉将合模夹压紧并固定牢固。所有合模夹都按上述方法压紧后,即可进行叶片翻转合模。采用该实用新型的叶片合模夹,具有叶片合模夹可以重复使用,较抽真空合模的方式成本大大降低。而且合模夹压紧操作简便,提高了合模效率。壳体与模具之间压紧牢固,增强了合模的安全性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及本实用新型的实施例对本实用新型的产品作进一步详细的说明。
如图1、图2所示,本实用新型的叶片合模夹主要由合模夹上夹6、合模夹下夹7(如图4所示)、槽面压块8、压紧螺钉9、手柄1、插销2和弹簧锁销3等构成。其中,合模夹下夹7焊接于需翻转的模具框架10上,旋转手柄1与压紧螺钉9安装在一起后,将压紧螺钉9旋拧入合模夹上夹6的螺纹孔中,压紧螺钉9端部安装槽面压块8;最后将合模夹上夹6与合模夹下夹7通过插销2安装在一起。所述插销2的一端装有弹簧锁销3,以防止其脱离。
当叶片壳体模铸完成需要合模时,将合模夹上夹6分别与合模夹下夹7通过插销2装配在一起。然后将合模夹上夹6的压板11压紧叶片壳体法兰边5。最后转动手柄1旋转压紧螺钉9,使合模夹上夹6前端的压板11压紧叶片壳体法兰边5。所有合模夹都按上述方法压紧后,即可进行叶片翻转合模。
所述叶片合模夹下夹7采用20钢材质,合模夹上夹6、压紧螺钉9和插销2等均采用45钢制作,并进行调质处理,具有整体强度高、安全性能好的特点。

1.一种叶片合模夹,包括叶片模具(4)、叶片壳体法兰边(5)、模具框架(10)和压板(11);其特征在于,该合模夹主要由合模夹上夹(6)、合模夹下夹(7)、槽面压块(8)、压紧螺钉(9)、手柄(1)和插销(2)构成;其中,所述合模夹下夹(7)焊接于需翻转的模具框架(10)上,旋转手柄(1)与压紧螺钉(9)安装在一起,压紧螺钉(9)旋拧入合模夹上夹(6)的螺纹孔中,压紧螺钉(9)端部安装有槽面压块(8),所述合模夹上夹(6)与合模夹下夹(7)通过插销(2)安装在一起。

3.根据权利要求1所述的叶片合模夹,其特征在于,当叶片壳体模铸完成需要合模时,需要将所述合模夹上夹(6)分别与合模夹下夹(7)通过插销(2)装配在一起,并将合模夹上夹(6)的压板(11)压紧叶片壳体法兰边(5),所述转动手柄(1)旋转压紧螺钉(9),使合模夹上夹(6)前端的压板(11)压紧叶片壳体法兰边(5)。
