背景技术
防拆封纸盒用于阻止有人开启商店货架处的纸盒然后再将其放回货架上。就如今的标准胶合端纸盒而言，人们可以开启货架处的纸盒而不留下纸盒已被开启的证据。防拆封特征部将在商店货架处提供纸盒已被开启的可见指示。
EP 2003061 A1公开了另一种具有防拆封闭合件的折叠盒，其中插入突片包括撕开突片，该撕开突片在与插入突片的折叠方向相反的方向上被折叠，并且在第一次开启折叠盒时被撕开。撕开突片随后与形成在折叠盒内部的保持装置接合。

本发明的一个目的是在折叠纸盒中提供防拆封特征部。防拆封特征部位于纸盒的两个端片上，这两个端片产生可见的被撕裂部分，该可见的被撕裂部分不可在不示出已被开启的证据的情况下被重新胶合或重新密封。
发明内容
纸盒具有使用一个完全冲切和两个部分冲切的组合的至少一个翼片，当该冲切组合被开启时，其导致纸盒翼片的结构损坏。完全冲切为从胶合表面(底部)到图形表面(顶部)完全穿透纸盒结构的切口。完全切口跨翼片表面连续延伸并且在纤维板的具有突片的关键位置处被中断。突片允许纸盒保持其结构，直到翼片可被胶合到其最终位置。完全切口可被设计成覆盖整个翼片区域的几何形状。可使用其他几何形状。
本发明为一种折叠纸盒，其包括具有外表面和内表面的至少一个翼片，其中内表面包括在翼片的内表面中包括至少一个部分切口的防拆封特征部，该防拆封特征部从内表面部分地延伸穿过翼片的深度，并且该翼片包括定位在该部分切口之间的完全切口。纸盒可包括两个部分切口。

具体实施方式
参见图1，纸盒坯料10的底视图包括四个面板27、28、29和30和形成纸盒主体的胶合翼片33。位于面板27和30的相对端的为次翼片31。面板30以任选地可包括胶合带或其他密封带的两个主面板32结束。位于面板28的相对端的为包括防拆封特征部的主翼片20和21。翼片20包括使得易于开启纸盒以触及内部产品的撕裂带12。翼片21包括附加的穿孔26，该穿孔还可提供有人试图撕裂开口翼片21从而进入纸盒的防拆封特征部。如在主翼片20和21中的每一个上所示的防拆封特征部包括穿过翼片表面的一部分的两个部分切口13和穿过翼片的整个表面的完全切口14。完全切口具有保持切口完整性的至少一个突片16。图1B示出了纸盒坯料的顶视图。当折叠成纸盒翼片20和21时，翼片的外表面示出完全切口14。

这两个部分切口未完全穿透纸盒结构。两个部分切口都位于翼片的胶合表面上，并且以与完全切口相同的图案连续延伸，没有中断。两个部分切口都设置在距完全切口的一定距离处，这样在开启时导致纤维撕裂。根据材料，部分切口和完全切口之间的间距可在约1/16英寸至约1/4英寸的范围内变化。部分切口的深度为翼片表面的约40％至约90％。
纸盒中的防拆封特征部与常规的纸板原料一起使用。可以附接到包括层压纸板或塑料封装的多种材料的方式使用具有防拆封特征部的纸板。
如附图中所示，切口为一组角并且角的数目可变化。防拆封特征部也可用不同的几何形状制成，所述不同的几何形状包括直线、曲线或在试图开启纸盒时提供防拆封结果的任何形状。切口的尺寸取决于封装或翼片的形状。切口可从翼片的一端延伸至另一端。
使用粘合剂将顶部纸盒翼片附接到底部纸盒翼片。粘合剂和冲切图案的组合产生一种在被开启时导致结构损坏的系统。在开启纸盒的过程中，消费者一只手抓住纸盒，另一只手抓住要开启的翼片。开启翼片的那只手抓住翼片的边缘并从纸盒拉离以使翼片与粘合剂分离。当纸盒翼片试图与粘合剂分离时，内部纤维由于部分冲切的结构冲击而开始撕裂。撕裂的尺寸增大并且跨翼片的内部纤维延伸，直到该撕裂与完全切口相交。当纤维撕裂将部分切口连接到完全切口时，翼片经历灾难性的结构损坏。结构损坏导致翼片的一部分与纸盒的其余部分分离。该分离使纸盒处于不适于再使用的状态。

Claims (7)
