Automatic control:
when the initial conditions are met, the whole machine functions are automatically controlled:
before feeding the outer bag into the inner bag

2. the electromagnet is electrified, the EV2 electromagnetic valve is electrified, the outer bag opening module 4 descends to realize attraction, the AS0 magnetic switch feeds back a signal, the EV2 electromagnetic valve is powered off, the outer bag opening module 4 ascends to realize outer bag opening, and the electromagnet is always electrified before the outer bag traction module 6 reaches a preset position;
3. the double-electric-cylinder action drives the outer bag traction module 6 to reach a preset starting position, a feedback signal enables the EV12 electromagnetic valve to be electrified, the clamping cylinder main body A605 works, the electromagnet is powered off, and an AS21 magnetic switch feedback signal enables the electric cylinder to move;
4. the double electric cylinders receive AS19 signals and move to a preset cutting-off position, a PS photoelectric switch feeds back signals, an EV1 electromagnetic valve is electrified, a hand-tearing port module 3 works, an EV3 electromagnetic valve is electrified, an outer bag cutting-off module 5 works, an AS3 magnetic switch is closed, after time delay T1, T2 is reckoned, and the feedback signals enable the electric cylinders to move to a preset bottom sealing position;
5. after the time T2, the time T3 is reckoned, and the EV4 electromagnetic valve is electrified to operate the sealing module 7 once;
6. after the time T3, the double electric cylinders continue to move to the bagging preset position, and the time T4 is re-timed;
7. after the time T4, the electromagnetic valve of the EV12 is powered off, the electromagnetic valves of the EV11 and the EV13 are powered on, the magnetic switch of the AS19 and the magnetic switch of the AS23 feed back signals, the EV12 is powered on again to work, the bag opening action is realized, and the feeding of the inner bag is waited;

After the inner bag is put in, the following actions are started:
1. the EV8 electromagnetic valve, the EV9 electromagnetic valve and the EV10 electromagnetic valve are electrified to work, so that the inner bag is clamped, and the EV7 electromagnetic valve works to realize the turning of the bag taking mechanism;
2. when receiving the signals of the A- (7) AS19 magnetic switch and the B- (1) AS11 magnetic switch, the servo motor 111 starts to send bags until reaching LS3, stops running, electrifies the EV6 electromagnetic valve, and the inner bag pressing mechanism 8 works;
3. the inner bag pressing mechanism 8 runs to a limit point, and the AS9 magnetic switch works;
4. after receiving the feedback signals of LS3 and AS9 in B- (2) and B- (3), the servo motor 111 moves back to the material taking point;
5. the servo motor 111 returns to LS1 and feeds back signals to initialize EV7 to EV10 and EV11 to EV 13;
6. feeding back a clamping initial signal, and driving the electric cylinder bag opening cylinder 606 to be pulled away to a preset position and the EV6 electromagnetic valve to be powered off;
7. and feeding back the finished product material taking signal, and returning the double electric cylinders to the initial position so as to circularly act.
Thereby completing a series of works.
