The traction unit comprises two clamping plates 8 and a third driving mechanism and a fourth driving mechanism (the third driving mechanism and the fourth driving mechanism are not shown in the figure) for driving the clamping plates 8 to move, wherein the two clamping plates 8 are arranged on two sides of the packaging film 1, the third driving mechanism drives the two clamping plates 8 to move in a direction perpendicular to the side face of the packaging film 1, and the fourth driving mechanism drives the two clamping plates 8 to move in the length direction of the packaging film 1.
The PLC is used for controlling the movement of the first driving mechanism, the second driving mechanism, the third driving mechanism and the fourth driving mechanism, and the assembly line operation of the whole device is realized.
The specific working principle of the device is as follows:
when the packaging film unwinding device works, the PLC controls the third driving mechanism to move, the clamping plate 8 is driven to move in the direction perpendicular to the side face of the packaging film 1 and clamp and fix the packaging film 1, then the PLC controls the fourth driving mechanism to move, the clamping plate 8 is driven to move forward by 7.5cm, the whole packaging film 1 is driven by the clamping plate 8 to move forward by 7.5cm because the packaging film 1 is always in a continuous state, and the unwinding shaft 2 unwinds the packaging film 1 of 7.5 cm.
