In one embodiment, the horizontal sealing driving device is a variable speed motor, and the horizontal sealing driving device is used for driving the horizontal sealing rotating shaft 51 to rotate at variable speed.
In some specific embodiments, the transverse heat seal assembly 50 is configured to rotate at a speed compatible with the operating speed of the film sealing transport assembly 30. When the longitudinally sealed packaging film and the product located inside the packaging film pass through the transverse heat-seal assembly 50, the transverse sealing cutter group 52 in an operating state rotates at a preset speed to contact the packaging film to be transversely sealed at a preset position, and transverse heat-seal and cutting are performed. In other specific embodiments, when the transverse sealing shearing and cutting knife set 52 contacts the packaging film to be transversely sealed, and transverse heat sealing and cutting are performed, the rotation speed of the transverse sealing driving device is appropriately reduced, so that the contact time of the transverse sealing shearing and cutting knife set 52 and the packaging film to be transversely sealed is prolonged, and the quality of the transverse seal is improved.
In some embodiments, the transverse heat seal assembly 50 further comprises a safety shield disposed outside the heat seal cutter set for safety protection. The safety shield can be made of transparent plastic sheets.
