Examples
The utility model provides a production equipment for packing of facial mask, as shown in fig. 1, including facial mask unreel unit 1, facial mask cross cutting shaping unit 2, facial mask folding unit 3, facial mask lateral transport unit 4, packaging film unreels unit 5, wrapping bag preforming banding unit 6 and filling banding unit 7, facial mask unreels the unit, facial mask cross cutting shaping unit and facial mask folding unit connect gradually and form facial mask forming device 8 (as shown in fig. 6 or 7), packaging film unreels the unit, wrapping bag preforming banding unit and filling banding unit connect gradually and form facial mask packing plant 9 (as shown in fig. 11), pass through facial mask conveying unit between facial mask folding unit and the wrapping bag preforming banding unit and connect. The mask packaging device mainly completes the manufacturing of a packaging bag and the filling and packaging of the folded mask.
As shown in fig. 6, the mask folding unit includes a first folding mechanism, a second folding mechanism, and a third folding mechanism, which are sequentially arranged according to the conveying direction of the product.
As shown in fig. 6-9, the first folding mechanism includes a first folding plate 10, a folding transfer roller 11, a first conveyer belt 12, a second conveyer belt 13, a third conveyer belt 14 and a first auxiliary side plate 15, the folding transfer roller is connected to the mask die-cutting forming unit, the first conveyer belt is wound on the folding transfer roller, the second conveyer belt is arranged below the first conveyer belt, the third conveyer belt is arranged on one side of the second conveyer belt, and the first auxiliary side plate is arranged above the third conveyer belt; a first horizontal conveying surface 22 is formed between the first conveying belt and the second conveying belt, a first vertical conveying surface 23 is formed between the second conveying belt and the third conveying belt, the first folding plate is arranged above the first vertical conveying surface, and the second conveying belt and the first auxiliary side plate are respectively positioned at two sides of the first folding plate;
the second folding mechanism comprises a second folding plate 16, a fourth conveying belt 17, a fifth conveying belt 18 and a sixth conveying belt 19, the fourth conveying belt is arranged below the third conveying belt, and the fifth conveying belt and the sixth conveying belt are arranged below the fourth conveying belt; the fifth conveying belt and the sixth conveying belt are L-shaped and respectively comprise a vertical section and a horizontal section which are connected with each other along the conveying direction of the product; a second horizontal conveying surface 24 is formed between the third conveying belt and the fourth conveying belt, a second vertical conveying surface 25 is formed between vertical sections of the fifth conveying belt and the sixth conveying belt, a third horizontal conveying surface 26 is formed between horizontal sections of the fifth conveying belt and the sixth conveying belt, and a second folding plate is arranged above the second vertical conveying surface; the fifth conveying belt and the sixth conveying belt form a mask transverse conveying unit;
the third folding mechanism comprises a third folding plate 20 and a packaging bag top separating poking piece 21 (shown in figure 15 or figure 16), the third folding plate is arranged at the tail end of a third horizontal conveying surface along the product conveying direction, and the packaging bag top separating poking piece is arranged below the third folding plate;
the first horizontal conveying surface is parallel to the second horizontal conveying surface, the second horizontal conveying surface is perpendicular to the third horizontal conveying surface, and the first vertical conveying surface is perpendicular to the second vertical conveying surface.
The first folding plate, the second folding plate and the third folding plate have the same structure, and as shown in fig. 10, the first folding plate, the second folding plate and the third folding plate respectively include a driving motor 27, a synchronous belt 28, a crankshaft 29, a connecting rod 30, a fixed sliding block 31, a movable guide rail 32 and a folding insertion plate 33, an output shaft of the driving motor is connected with the crankshaft through the synchronous belt, the crankshaft is connected with the connecting rod, the bottom of the connecting rod is provided with the folding insertion plate, one side of the connecting rod is provided with the movable guide rail, and the movable guide rail is connected with the fixed sliding block in a matching manner. Wherein, driving motor, bent axle and fixed sliding block all fixed mounting are in facial mask forming device's frame. When needs are folded the facial mask, the driving motor action drives the crankshaft rotation through the hold-in range, and the rotation of bent axle drives the connecting rod and reciprocates to make folding picture peg also and then reciprocate, remove the in-process, lead along fixed slip through moving guide.
When the facial mask folding unit is used, the process is as follows: after the mask die-cutting forming unit die-cuts and forms the mask, the mask is brought into a first horizontal conveying surface through the rotation of a folding transfer roller, wherein a first conveying belt adopts a circular belt type structure; when the facial mask is conveyed to the position above the first vertical conveying surface, the first folding plate moves downwards and is inserted from the middle of the facial mask through the folding inserting plate of the first folding plate, so that the facial mask is folded and conveyed to the first vertical conveying surface; when the facial mask is conveyed to the bottom of the first vertical conveying surface, the facial mask is brought into a second horizontal conveying surface through the matching of a third conveying belt and a fourth conveying belt, wherein the third conveying belt and the fourth conveying belt both adopt circular belt type structures; when the facial mask is conveyed to the position above the second vertical conveying surface, the second folding plate moves downwards, and the facial mask is inserted from the position which is about 1/3 away from one side edge of the facial mask through the folding inserting plate, so that the facial mask is further folded and conveyed to the second vertical conveying surface; after the facial mask enters the second vertical conveying surface, the facial mask is conveyed to a third horizontal conveying surface through the cooperation of a fifth conveying belt and a sixth conveying belt; when the facial mask is conveyed to the tail end of the third horizontal conveying surface, the opening of the packaging bag on the facial mask packaging device is opened by the aid of the top separating shifting piece of the packaging bag, and meanwhile, the third folding plate moves downwards and is inserted from the middle of the facial mask through the folding inserting plate of the third folding plate, so that the facial mask is folded for the third time and conveyed into the packaging bag. In this process, the state of the product changes as shown in fig. 5.
As shown in fig. 11, the packaging bag pre-forming edge sealing unit includes a bottom edge sealing mechanism 34, a first side edge sealing mechanism 35, a second side edge sealing mechanism 36, and a packaging bag cutting mechanism 37, and according to the conveying direction of the packaging bag, the bottom edge sealing mechanism, the first side edge sealing mechanism, the second side edge sealing mechanism, and the packaging bag cutting mechanism are sequentially arranged, and the third folding mechanism is arranged between the first side edge sealing mechanism and the second side edge sealing mechanism. The bottom edge sealing mechanism mainly completes the bottom edge sealing of the packaging bag; the first side edge sealing mechanism mainly completes the first sealing of the side edge of the packaging bag, and at the moment, a part of the bag opening of the packaging bag is left without being sealed, so that the top of the packaging bag in the third folding mechanism is separated by the shifting sheet to open the bag opening of the packaging bag; the second side edge sealing mechanism is mainly used for sealing the side edge of the packaging bag for the second time, namely sealing the opening of the side edge left after the first time of sealing.
The bottom edge banding mechanism, the first side edge banding mechanism and the second side edge banding mechanism have the same structure, and as shown in fig. 12-14, the bottom edge banding mechanism, the first side edge banding mechanism and the second side edge banding mechanism respectively comprise a first mounting bracket 38, a first driving synchronizing wheel 39, a first driving cam 40, a first driving swing rod 41, a first upper swing rod 42, a first lower swing rod 43, a first fixed slide rail 44, an inner heating strip 45 and an outer heating strip 46, wherein a wheel shaft of the first driving synchronizing wheel is connected with the first driving cam, and the periphery of the first driving cam is connected with one end of the first driving swing rod; a first driving swing rod fixing pin shaft 47 is arranged in the middle of the first driving swing rod, and the first driving swing rod is connected with the first mounting bracket through a first driving swing rod pin shaft; a first upper swing rod pin shaft 48 is arranged at the upper part of one side of the first driving swing rod, one end of the first upper swing rod is connected with the first driving swing rod through a first upper swing rod pin shaft, and the other end of the first upper swing rod is connected with the inner heating strip; a first lower swing rod pin shaft 49 is arranged at the lower part of the other side of the first driving swing rod, one end of the first lower swing rod is connected with the first driving swing rod through a first lower swing rod pin shaft, and the other end of the first lower swing rod is connected with an external heating bar; the inner heating strip and the outer heating strip are connected with the first mounting bracket through the first fixed slide rail. The first driving synchronizing wheel is externally connected with a corresponding driving motor, the working principles of the bottom edge sealing mechanism, the first side edge sealing mechanism and the second side edge sealing mechanism are the same, and the difference is that the mounting positions and the mounting directions of all the parts are different. When in use, the principle is as follows: taking the bottom edge sealing mechanism as an example, the rotary power of the first driving synchronizing wheel comes from a corresponding driving motor, the first driving synchronizing wheel drives the first driving cam to rotate through a wheel shaft of the first driving synchronizing wheel, and the rotation of the first driving cam drives the first driving swing rod to swing; when the first driving swing rod swings, the first upper swing rod drives the inner heating strip to slide along the first fixed slide rail, the first lower swing rod also drives the outer heating strip to slide along the first fixed slide rail, and the sliding directions of the inner heating strip and the outer heating strip are opposite, so that sealing and pressing of the packaging bag are completed.
As shown in fig. 17 to 18, the packaging bag cutting mechanism includes a second mounting bracket 50, a second driving synchronizing wheel (not shown), a second driving cam 51, a second driving swing link 52, a second upper swing link 53, a second lower swing link 54, a mounting cross bar 55, inner scissors 56 and outer scissors 57, wherein the axle of the second driving synchronizing wheel is connected with the second driving cam, and the periphery of the second driving cam is connected with one end of the second driving swing link; a second driving swing rod fixing pin shaft is arranged in the middle of the second driving swing rod, and the second driving swing rod is connected with the second mounting bracket through a second driving swing rod pin shaft; a second upper swing rod pin shaft is arranged at the upper part of one side of the second driving swing rod, one end of the second upper swing rod is connected with the second driving swing rod through the second upper swing rod pin shaft, and the other end of the second upper swing rod is connected with the inner scissors; a second lower swing rod pin shaft is arranged at the lower part of the other side of the second driving swing rod, one end of the second lower swing rod is connected with the second driving swing rod through the second lower swing rod pin shaft, and the other end of the second lower swing rod is connected with the outer scissors; the inner scissors and the outer scissors are further hinged to one end of the mounting cross rod respectively, and the other end of the mounting cross rod is fixedly connected with the second mounting support. The second driving synchronous wheel is externally connected with a corresponding driving motor. When in use, the principle is as follows: the rotating power of the second driving synchronizing wheel comes from a corresponding driving motor, the second driving synchronizing wheel drives a second driving cam to rotate through a wheel shaft of the second driving synchronizing wheel, and the rotation of the second driving cam drives a second driving swing rod to swing; when the second driving swing rod swings, the inner scissors are driven to swing around the mounting cross rod through the second upper swing rod, the outer scissors are driven to swing around the mounting cross rod through the second lower swing rod, the swinging directions of the inner scissors and the outer scissors are opposite, and therefore the packaging bags are cut.
As shown in fig. 17 to 18, a bag opening mechanism is further disposed on the second mounting bracket, the bag opening mechanism includes a third driving synchronizing wheel 58, a third driving cam 59, a third driving swing rod 60, a third upper swing rod 61, a third fixed slide rail 63, an inner suction disc 64 and an outer suction disc 65, a wheel axle of the third driving synchronizing wheel is connected with the third driving cam, and an outer periphery of the third driving cam is connected with one end of the third driving swing rod; a third driving swing rod fixing pin shaft is arranged in the middle of the third driving swing rod, and the third driving swing rod is connected with the second mounting bracket through a third driving swing rod pin shaft; a third upper swing rod pin shaft is arranged at the upper part of one side of the third driving swing rod, one end of the third upper swing rod is connected with the third driving swing rod through the third upper swing rod pin shaft, and the other end of the third upper swing rod is connected with the inner sucking disc; (ii) a The inner sucker and the outer sucker are connected with the second mounting bracket through a third fixed sliding rail, and the outer sucker is fixedly mounted at the tail end of the third fixed sliding rail. The third driving synchronous wheel is externally connected with a corresponding driving motor. When in use, the principle is as follows: the rotating power of the third driving synchronizing wheel comes from a corresponding driving motor, the third driving synchronizing wheel drives a third driving cam to rotate through a wheel shaft of the third driving synchronizing wheel, and the rotation of the third driving cam drives a third driving swing rod to swing; when the third driving swing rod swings, the inner sucking disc is driven to slide along the third fixed slide rail through the third upper swing rod, and the packaging bag is sucked and opened through the cooperation with the outer sucking disc.
The filling and edge sealing unit comprises a packaging bag moving mechanism and a grouting mechanism, the grouting mechanism is arranged in the middle of the packaging bag moving mechanism, and one end of the packaging bag moving mechanism is connected with the packaging bag pre-forming edge sealing unit. The other end of the packaging bag moving mechanism is externally connected with a subsequent packaging bag edge sealing mechanism and a product output mechanism.
As shown in fig. 19 to 21, the packaging bag moving mechanism includes a moving clamping assembly 66 and a fixed clamping assembly 67, the moving clamping assembly is disposed below the fixed clamping assembly, the moving clamping assembly and the fixed clamping assembly are respectively provided with a plurality of stations, and the number of the stations on the moving clamping assembly is one more than that of the stations on the fixed clamping assembly; along the conveying direction of the product, when the movable clamping assembly extends out of the clamping product, the second station of the movable clamping assembly is aligned with the first station of the fixed clamping assembly, and when the movable clamping assembly contracts, the first station of the movable clamping assembly is aligned with the first station of the fixed clamping assembly;
the fixed clamping assembly comprises a fixed clamping plate 68 and fixed clamping fingers 69, two fixed clamping plates are respectively arranged on two sides of the product, a plurality of fixed clamping fingers are distributed on each fixed clamping plate, and two fixed clamping fingers are arranged on each station of the fixed clamping assembly; the fixed clamping plate is externally connected with a corresponding driving mechanism, the existing air cylinder and connecting rod driving mechanism in the market can be adopted, and the fixed clamping fingers can adopt a sucker type structure;
the movable clamping assembly comprises a movable clamping plate 70, movable clamping fingers 71 and a driving swing rod 72, two sides of a product are respectively provided with the movable clamping plate, a plurality of movable clamping fingers are distributed on each movable clamping plate, two movable clamping fingers are arranged on each station except the last station on the movable clamping assembly, and one movable clamping finger is arranged on the last station of the movable clamping assembly; the bottoms of the two clamping plates are connected with a driving swing rod. The tail end of the driving swing rod is externally connected with a corresponding driving mechanism through a cam mechanism, the driving mechanism can adopt an existing air cylinder and connecting rod driving mechanism in the market, and the movable clamping fingers can adopt a sucker type structure.
When the clamping device is used, the movable clamping assembly extends out, the first station clamps a packaging bag, then the movable clamping assembly contracts, the clamped packaging bag is conveyed to the first station of the fixed clamping assembly, and the fixed clamping assembly clamps the packaging bag; the movable clamping assembly extends out again to clamp a new packaging bag, the first packaging bag is clamped by the second station of the movable clamping assembly at the moment, and the first packaging bag is conveyed to the second station of the fixed clamping assembly when the movable clamping assembly contracts; circulating in this way, the packaging bags are gradually conveyed forwards by alternately clamping the movable clamping assembly and the fixed clamping assembly, and in the process, when the packaging bags are conveyed to the grouting mechanism, the facial mask slurry is poured into the packaging bags through the grouting mechanism, and then the packaging bags are still conveyed out by alternately moving the movable clamping assembly and the fixed clamping assembly. Wherein, the structure of the grouting mechanism is the same as that of the grouting mechanism in the conventional production line (the structure is shown in fig. 22).
In the production and packaging equipment for the facial mask, the facial mask unreeling unit, the facial mask die cutting forming unit and the packaging film unreeling unit are all made of the unreeling mechanism and the die cutting forming mechanism which are the same as those of the existing production equipment in structure.
As shown in fig. 2, in the mask unwinding unit, the mask unwinding shaft 73 is driven by a three-phase asynchronous motor to unwind the mask unwinding shaft, the mask roll is rotated to unwind the mask material according to the requirement of the production speed, the mask material is conveyed to the mask die-cutting forming unit under the action of the mask traction wheel 74, and the leftover materials left after die cutting are recovered from the mask winding shaft 75, so that the processing is convenient; in the process, the driving motor of the mask winding shaft and the driving motor of the mask unwinding shaft need to run synchronously, so that the mask material can be conveyed according to the required speed, and the mask material cannot be broken; the driving motor of the facial mask traction wheel is a servo motor which can be controlled strictly according to the speed requirement, the motors of the facial mask winding shaft and the facial mask unwinding shaft are three-phase asynchronous motors, the control is not very accurate, therefore, after unwinding and before winding, a tension control part 76 is respectively arranged (the working principle is that a material guide roller is arranged on a sliding block, when the facial mask material is unwound, the material guide roller is firstly wound around, when a speed error exists between the facial mask unwinding shaft and the facial mask traction wheel, the length of the facial mask material between the facial mask unwinding shaft and the facial mask traction wheel is changed along with the change of the length of the facial mask material, so that the sliding block moves upwards or downwards, when the movement upwards or downwards exceeds a certain range, an induction switch is triggered to accelerate or decelerate the facial mask unwinding shaft so as to match the speed of the winding shaft with the facial mask traction wheel, thereby ensuring that the facial mask material is unwound without breaking and winding at a constant speed, the control process is similar, and the speed coordination is also carried out between the facial mask shaft and the facial mask traction wheel through the tension control part, thereby realizing smooth rolling); a traction pressure wheel 77 matched with the mask traction wheel is also arranged below the mask traction wheel, when a cylinder of the traction pressure wheel does not act, the mask material only slips on the mask traction wheel, and the mask traction wheel cannot drive the mask material to move.
As shown in fig. 3 or fig. 4, in the mask die-cutting forming unit, a mask material 80 passes through a mask traction wheel to bypass a die-cutting forming knife lower roller 78 and then is sent to a mask winding shaft, the die-cutting forming knife lower roller is a smooth roller, a die-cutting forming knife upper roller 79 is a die-cutting knife, a blade part of the die-cutting forming knife upper roller is used for cutting the mask material into a required shape, an effective part (namely a formed product 81) is transferred to the mask folding unit through a folding transfer roller in a first folding mechanism, and a residual material 82 part is recovered through the mask winding shaft.
As shown in fig. 11, the components of the packaging film unwinding unit include a packaging film unwinding shaft 83, a storage rack 84, a packaging film traction wheel 85, and the like, when the whole set of facial film production packaging equipment operates at a certain set speed, the packaging film unwinding shaft is driven by a three-phase asynchronous motor, wherein the storage rack is arranged to adjust the conveying speed of the packaging film material unwound from the packaging film unwinding shaft to be adapted to the operating speed of the equipment, so as to ensure the stable operation of the whole packaging film unwinding unit.
When the production and packaging equipment for the facial mask is used, the principle is shown in fig. 23, and the production and packaging equipment specifically comprises the following steps: the mask forming device mainly completes die cutting forming and folding of the mask, and the mask packaging device mainly completes package bag manufacturing and filling and packaging of the folded mask. In the mask forming device, non-woven fabric materials used as mask materials are stored in a mask unreeling unit in a coiled mode, the mask materials are unreeled through the mask unreeling unit and are sent to a mask die cutting forming unit to be subjected to die cutting forming, the formed mask materials are sent into a mask folding unit piece by piece, and the mask materials are folded sequentially through a first folding mechanism, a second folding mechanism and a third folding mechanism; in the process, the facial mask packaging device operates simultaneously, packaging film materials for manufacturing packaging bags are stored in a packaging film unwinding unit in a coiled mode, the packaging film materials are discharged through the packaging film unwinding unit, meanwhile, two sides of the packaging films are folded in half to form two sides of the packaging bags, the folded packaging films are sent to a packaging bag pre-forming edge sealing unit, and the packaging bags are sequentially processed through a bottom edge sealing mechanism, a first side edge sealing mechanism, a second side edge sealing mechanism and a packaging bag cutting mechanism; after edge sealing treatment is carried out on the first side edge sealing mechanism, the mask material is folded for three times and then is sent into a packaging bag; the packaging bag containing the mask material is subjected to edge sealing through a second side edge sealing mechanism, then is cut through a packaging bag cutting mechanism, and the opening of the packaging bag is opened through a bag opening mechanism while being cut; and then, the facial mask liquid is fed into a filling and edge sealing unit to be filled, and the top of the packaging bag is subjected to edge sealing treatment, so that the production and packaging of the facial mask are completed.

The production and packaging equipment for the facial mask is characterized by comprising a facial mask unreeling unit, a facial mask die-cutting forming unit, a facial mask folding unit, a facial mask transverse conveying unit, a packaging film unreeling unit, a packaging bag pre-forming edge sealing unit and a filling edge sealing unit, wherein the facial mask unreeling unit, the packaging bag pre-forming edge sealing unit and the facial mask folding unit are sequentially connected to form a facial mask forming device;
the facial mask folding unit comprises a first folding mechanism, a second folding mechanism and a third folding mechanism, and the first folding mechanism, the second folding mechanism and the third folding mechanism are sequentially arranged according to the conveying direction of a product;

the third folding mechanism comprises a third folding plate and a packaging bag top separating poking sheet, the third folding plate is arranged at the tail end of a third horizontal conveying surface along the product conveying direction, and the packaging bag top separating poking sheet is arranged below the third folding plate;
the first horizontal conveying surface is parallel to the second horizontal conveying surface, the second horizontal conveying surface is vertical to the third horizontal conveying surface, and the first vertical conveying surface is vertical to the second vertical conveying surface;
the filling and edge sealing unit comprises a packaging bag moving mechanism and a grouting mechanism, the grouting mechanism is arranged in the middle of the packaging bag moving mechanism, and one end of the packaging bag moving mechanism is connected with the packaging bag pre-forming edge sealing unit;
the packaging bag moving mechanism comprises a moving clamping component and a fixed clamping component, the moving clamping component is arranged below the fixed clamping component, the moving clamping component and the fixed clamping component are respectively provided with a plurality of stations, and the number of the stations on the moving clamping component is one more than that of the stations on the fixed clamping component; along the conveying direction of the product, when the movable clamping assembly extends out of the clamping product, the second station of the movable clamping assembly is aligned with the first station of the fixed clamping assembly, and when the movable clamping assembly contracts, the first station of the movable clamping assembly is aligned with the first station of the fixed clamping assembly;
the fixed clamping assembly comprises fixed clamping plates and fixed clamping fingers, two fixed clamping plates are arranged on two sides of the product respectively, a plurality of fixed clamping fingers are distributed on each fixed clamping plate, and two fixed clamping fingers are arranged on each station of the fixed clamping assembly;
the movable clamping assembly comprises a movable clamping plate, movable clamping fingers and a driving swing rod, two sides of the product are respectively provided with the movable clamping plate, a plurality of movable clamping fingers are distributed on each movable clamping plate, two movable clamping fingers are arranged on each station except the last station on the movable clamping assembly, and one movable clamping finger is arranged on the last station of the movable clamping assembly; the bottoms of the two clamping plates are connected with a driving swing rod.

A mask producing and packaging device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first folding plate, the second folding plate and the third folding plate have the same structure and respectively comprise a driving motor, a synchronous belt, a crankshaft, a connecting rod, a fixed slide block, a movable guide rail and a folding insertion plate, an output shaft of the driving motor is connected with the crankshaft through the synchronous belt, the crankshaft is connected with the connecting rod, the bottom of the connecting rod is provided with the folding insertion plate, the movable guide rail is arranged on one side of the connecting rod, and the movable guide rail is connected with the fixed slide block in a matching manner.

The facial mask producing and packaging device according to claim 1, wherein the packaging bag pre-forming edge sealing unit comprises a bottom edge sealing mechanism, a first side edge sealing mechanism, a second side edge sealing mechanism and a packaging bag cutting mechanism, the bottom edge sealing mechanism, the first side edge sealing mechanism, the second side edge sealing mechanism and the packaging bag cutting mechanism are sequentially arranged according to the conveying direction of the packaging bag, and the third folding mechanism is arranged between the first side edge sealing mechanism and the second side edge sealing mechanism.

The facial mask producing and packaging device according to claim 3, wherein the bottom edge sealing mechanism, the first side edge sealing mechanism and the second side edge sealing mechanism are identical in structure and respectively comprise a first mounting bracket, a first driving synchronizing wheel, a first driving cam, a first driving swing rod, a first upper swing rod, a first lower swing rod, a first fixed slide rail, an inner heating strip and an outer heating strip, a wheel shaft of the first driving synchronizing wheel is connected with the first driving cam, and the periphery of the first driving cam is connected with one end of the first driving swing rod; the middle part of the first driving swing rod is provided with a first driving swing rod fixing pin shaft, and the first driving swing rod is connected with the first mounting bracket through a first driving swing rod pin shaft; a first upper swing rod pin shaft is arranged at the upper part of one side of the first driving swing rod, one end of the first upper swing rod is connected with the first driving swing rod through the first upper swing rod pin shaft, and the other end of the first upper swing rod is connected with the inner heating strip; a first lower swing rod pin shaft is arranged at the lower part of the other side of the first driving swing rod, one end of the first lower swing rod is connected with the first driving swing rod through the first lower swing rod pin shaft, and the other end of the first lower swing rod is connected with an external heating bar; the inner heating strip and the outer heating strip are connected with the first mounting bracket through the first fixed slide rail.

The facial mask producing and packaging device according to claim 3, wherein the package bag cutting mechanism comprises a second mounting bracket, a second driving synchronizing wheel, a second driving cam, a second driving swing rod, a second upper swing rod, a second lower swing rod, a mounting cross rod, inner scissors and outer scissors, a wheel shaft of the second driving synchronizing wheel is connected with the second driving cam, and the periphery of the second driving cam is connected with one end of the second driving swing rod; a second driving swing rod fixing pin shaft is arranged in the middle of the second driving swing rod, and the second driving swing rod is connected with the second mounting bracket through a second driving swing rod pin shaft; a second upper swing rod pin shaft is arranged at the upper part of one side of the second driving swing rod, one end of the second upper swing rod is connected with the second driving swing rod through the second upper swing rod pin shaft, and the other end of the second upper swing rod is connected with the inner scissors; a second lower swing rod pin shaft is arranged at the lower part of the other side of the second driving swing rod, one end of the second lower swing rod is connected with the second driving swing rod through the second lower swing rod pin shaft, and the other end of the second lower swing rod is connected with the outer scissors; the inner scissors and the outer scissors are further hinged to one end of the mounting cross rod respectively, and the other end of the mounting cross rod is fixedly connected with the second mounting support.
