Background
The carton package comprises a square surface, small gift packages and large freight logistics packages, the carton package needs to be packaged in batches when products are produced in batches, manual packaging is not enough at this time, and packaging need to be carried out through machinery, so that the carton sealing and packaging machine is developed.
Aiming at the existing carton sealing and packaging machine, a relative scheme is made aiming at the following problems:
present carton joint sealing packagine machine seals the carton through the sticky tape when packing, when encapsulating through the package sticky tape, need cut the sticky tape, thereby accomplish the encapsulation work, avoid the sticky tape to cause the waste, but the sticky tape cutterbar on the current carton joint sealing packagine machine need just can cut the sticky tape through angle regulation, thereby cause the speed reduction of sticky tape cutting, the sticky liquid on the sticky tape can be stained with to the blade after long-time the use simultaneously, thereby cause the blade cutting slow, influence the sharpness of blade, but be difficult to carry out the problem that the blade was changed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a carton sealing and packaging machine.
The invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme: a carton sealing and packaging machine structurally comprises a machine table, adjusting frames and a packaging cross beam, wherein the machine table is connected between the adjusting frames through bolts, the adjusting frames are connected to two ends of the packaging cross beam through bolts, the packaging cross beam is connected above the machine table through bolts, the machine table is provided with traveling wheels, an electric box, a roller and a conveying belt, the traveling wheels are connected to the bottom of the machine table through bolts, the electric box is connected to the side surface of the machine table through bolts, the roller is uniformly distributed on the upper surface of the machine table, and the conveying belt is arranged on the roller; the adjusting frame is provided with a hydraulic press, a chain and a rubber belt cutter, the hydraulic press is arranged on two sides of the adjusting frame, the chain is connected to the adjusting frame through a bolt, and the rubber belt cutter is connected to the adjusting frame through a bolt; the encapsulation crossbeam is equipped with hydraulic arm, support arm, sealer, the hydraulic arm is connected between support arm and encapsulation crossbeam, the sealer welds in the hydraulic arm below.
Preferably, the adhesive tape cutter is provided with an adhesive tape fixing seat, a pressing plate and a cutter, the adhesive tape fixing seat is connected to the side face of the adhesive tape cutter through a bolt, the pressing plate is arranged below the adhesive tape fixing seat, the cutter and the pressing plate are arranged on the same horizontal plane, the adhesive tape fixing seat is made of rubber, the pressing plate is made of metal, a rubber pad wraps the outside of the pressing plate, and the pressing plate is of a rectangular plate-shaped structure.
Preferably, the cutter is provided with a guide groove, a blade installer and a replacer, the guide groove is embedded in two sides of the cutter, the blade installer is embedded in the bottom end of the cutter, the replacer is immersed in the cutter, the guide groove is of a rectangular structure, the number of the guide grooves is 2, the blade installer is of a circular rod-shaped structure, the blade installer is made of metal, and the replacer is made of metal.
Preferably, the blade installer is provided with an extrusion plate, a blade and a mounting groove, the extrusion plate is welded on the blade installer, the blade is embedded in the mounting groove, the mounting groove is formed in the blade installer, the extrusion plate is of a rectangular plate structure, a rubber pad is arranged at one end of the extrusion plate, which is in contact with the rubber belt, the blade is made of metal, and the cutting end of the blade is in a sawtooth shape.
Preferably, the blade is provided with a buckling strip, the buckling strip is welded at one end of the blade and is of a notched tubular structure, and the buckling strip is made of metal materials.
As optimization, the mounting groove is equipped with the kelly, the kelly welds on the mounting groove inner wall, the kelly is circular shaft-like structure, the external diameter of kelly is the same with the interior circle diameter of profile, the kelly is the metal material.
As an optimization, the replacing device is provided with a replacing port, the replacing port is embedded in the top of the replacing device, and the replacing port is a V-shaped structure groove.

when the packaging tape is used, the adhesive tape is fixed through the adhesive tape fixing seat, so that the adhesive tape is controlled through the adhesive tape fixing seat during packaging, the adhesive tape is prevented from falling off, meanwhile, the release of the adhesive tape can be guaranteed, the adhesive tape is extruded through the pressing plate and is matched with the cutter, after the packaging is finished, the adhesive tape is stretched and tightened, and then the adhesive tape is cut off through the blade mounting device on the cutter; when the encapsulation is accomplished, the sticky tape receives when tensile, can promote the stripper plate and carry out clockwise rotation, when the stripper plate carries out clockwise rotation, can drive and drive the blade and also carry out clockwise rotation to make the blade cut off the sticky tape, thereby accomplish the work of cutting off of sticky tape, need not adjust the angle of blade in addition again.
When the blade replacing device is used, when the cutting of the adhesive tape is finished so as to replace the blade, the blade enters the replacing device by rotating the blade mounting device anticlockwise, then the blade mounting device is slid through the guide groove to drive the blade to enter a replacing opening at the top of the replacing device, and the blade is replaced through the replacing opening; when the blade is replaced, the blade is pulled through the replacing opening, so that the buckling strips on the blade are separated from the clamping rod, the blade is driven to be separated from the mounting groove, and the blade can be pulled out through the replacing opening; when installing new blade, change the mouth through with new blade embedding, then promote on the profile embedding kelly for the blade is fixed in the mounting groove, then on through sticky tape effort and stripper plate, drives the blade and continues cutting work.

When the packaging tape is used, the tape is fixed through the tape fixing seat 220, so that the tape is controlled through the tape fixing seat 220 during packaging, the tape is prevented from falling off, meanwhile, the release of the tape can be guaranteed, the tape is extruded through the pressing plate 221 and is matched with the cutter 222, after the packaging is completed, the tape is stretched and tightened, and then the tape is cut through the blade installer B on the cutter 222; when the encapsulation is accomplished, the sticky tape receives when tensile, can promote stripper plate B1 and carry out clockwise rotation, when stripper plate B1 carried out clockwise rotation, can drive and drive blade B2 and also carry out clockwise rotation to make blade B2 cut off the sticky tape, thereby accomplish the work of cutting off of sticky tape, need not adjust blade B2's angle in addition again.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the technical progress that:
