Abstract
The invention discloses a natural rubber block bagging and packaging device which comprises a first conveyor, a second conveyor, a sealing machine and a waterproof film conveyor, wherein the first conveyor and the second conveyor are used for conveying rubber blocks, a gap is formed between the first conveyor and the second conveyor, the waterproof film conveyor is arranged above the gap, the waterproof film conveyor conveys a waterproof film with a preset length to the gap, and the sealing machine is arranged on two sides and the end part of the second conveyor. The invention aims to provide a bagging and packaging device for a natural rubber block, which can be used for keeping the contact between the rubber block and a bag and simultaneously improving the bagging and packaging efficiency and is convenient to use on an automatic production line.

Technical Field

Background
In the production and processing process of natural rubber, the rubber block needs to be filled into the waterproof cap bag for packaging, but because the surface of the natural rubber block has larger viscosity and friction force, and the weight of the natural rubber block is large, the natural rubber block and the bag are in local contact friction when the waterproof cap bag is filled into the cap bag, and the cap bag is locally stressed when the rubber block is pushed into the cap bag, so that the cap bag is deformed or damaged. The natural rubber block is placed on the first conveyor 1, the natural rubber block is conveyed towards the second conveyor 2 by the first conveyor 1 when working, and the natural rubber block passes through the gap 5. Before the natural rubber block passes over the gap 5, the waterproof film conveyor 4 conveys a waterproof film of a preset length to the gap 5, and half of the waterproof film enters the gap 5.
