Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of diffraction grating protection, in particular to a method for protecting a diffraction grating in the storage and transportation processes.
Background
Because the diffraction grating has a fine surface relief structure and is extremely easy to damage, not only can water vapor in the air, saliva of an operator and sweat of fingers pollute the surface of the diffraction grating, but also the diffraction grating is irreparably damaged due to the fact that the diffraction grating is pressed by external force in the storage and transportation processes. The prior grating is usually stored and transported after being packaged by a packaging box. However, the grating surface is exposed to air and is susceptible to attack by water vapor in the air. Therefore, it is necessary to protect the surface of the diffraction grating first when it is stored and transported.
In the prior art, a method for effectively protecting the diffraction grating during storage and transportation is not found, and the effective protection of the diffraction grating cannot be realized.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for protecting a diffraction grating, which can protect the surface of the diffraction grating from being damaged when the diffraction grating is stored and transported.
In order to achieve the above object, the present application provides a method for protecting a diffraction grating, comprising the steps of:
s1, melting the paraffin into liquid;
s2, dripping the melted paraffin on the surface of the diffraction grating;
s3, bonding protective glass on the paraffin;
s4, after the paraffin is solidified, the diffraction grating and the protective glass are stored and transported as a whole;
and S5, when the diffraction grating and the protective glass need to be used, the diffraction grating and the protective glass are put into an organic solvent capable of dissolving paraffin for soaking and washing, and the diffraction grating is taken out after the paraffin is dissolved.
Preferably, in S1, the paraffin wax is 58-degree industrial paraffin wax particles (or other types of paraffin wax), and the container in which the paraffin wax particles are placed is heated to 60 ℃ and kept until the paraffin wax particles are completely melted.
Preferably, in S3, the protective glass has a thickness of 1 to 3 mm.
Preferably, the cover glass is an optical glass having the same area as the diffraction grating.
Preferably, in S5, the organic solvent is absolute ethanol.
Preferably, in S5, the organic solvent is petroleum ether.
Preferably, in S5, the organic solvent is acetone or other similar solvent.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
because the paraffin is dripped on the surface of the diffraction grating and the protective glass is bonded on the surface of the diffraction grating, the damage to the diffraction grating caused by the contact of water vapor in the air, saliva of an operator, sweat of fingers and other objects on the surface of the diffraction grating in the processes of storage and transportation can be avoided, and when the diffraction grating is required to be used, the paraffin can be effectively cleaned by soaking the diffraction grating in an organic solvent, so that the damage to the surface of the diffraction grating can be avoided. The method for protecting the diffraction grating provided by the invention has the advantages of simple process, easily obtained materials, low toxicity and low cost, and can effectively protect the surface of the grating from being damaged in the cutting process and realize the manufacture of the diffraction grating with high efficiency and high quality.

The embodiment provides a method for protecting a diffraction grating, which comprises the following steps.
S1, as shown in fig. 2, melting the paraffin wax 1 into liquid, wherein the paraffin wax 1 is 58-degree industrial paraffin wax particles, heating the container in which the paraffin wax particles are placed to 60 ℃ and keeping the temperature until the paraffin wax particles are completely melted. The heating can be performed by conventional methods such as oven heating and hot plate heating.
S2, as shown in fig. 3, the melted paraffin 1 is dropped on the surface of the diffraction grating 2 until the surface of the diffraction grating 2 is completely covered. The thickness of the paraffin wax 1 is several tens to several hundreds of micrometers.
And S3, as shown in figure 4, bonding a protective glass 3 on the paraffin, wherein the protective glass 3 is 1-3mm thick and is optical glass, and the area of the protective glass is the same as that of the diffraction grating 2.
And S4, after the paraffin 1 is solidified, the diffraction grating 2 and the protective glass 3 are stored and transported as a whole.
S5, as shown in fig. 5, when it is necessary to use the diffraction grating 2 and the protective glass 3, the diffraction grating 2 is taken out after the paraffin 1 is dissolved by immersing and washing the diffraction grating and the protective glass in an organic solvent 4 capable of dissolving the paraffin 1. The organic solvent 4 is one of absolute ethyl alcohol, petroleum ether and acetone.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
