Abstract
本发明公开了一种汽车用新型天窗遮阳板,其包括基材层,基材层为采用加强玻璃纤维与聚氨酯复合成型的干法板材,所述基材层靠车辆内侧的表面设置有表皮层,所述基材层靠车身侧的表面设置有具备隔热、断气的功能层,功能层为真空吸附的铝粉无纺布。上述汽车用新型天窗遮阳板在靠汽车天窗玻璃一侧设置有真空吸附的铝粉无纺布,将热量隔绝在天窗遮阳板与车身钣金间的空气层中,减少通过热传导进入乘客舱中的热量。具有结构简单、容易实现、隔热效果好、刚性好、重量轻、吸音好等优点。同时,在生产过程中,无有害物质产生,符合绿色环保要求。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于汽车内饰件技术领域,尤其是涉及一种汽车用新型天窗遮阳板。
背景技术
汽车天窗遮阳板位于车顶天窗机构处,起隔音、隔热与美观装饰作用。随着经济的发展,中国俨然成为全球最大的汽车市场,同时中国消费者对汽车天窗也青睐有加,天窗已成为区分汽车配置的条件之一。带天窗汽车较无天窗汽车采光效果好、透光性高,加大了驾乘者的视觉冲击,促进了车内空气流通速度,保持车内空气清新。
但随着汽车行业日趋成熟,竞争愈加激烈,消费者对汽车的需求也越来越高,不再一味关注品牌与价格,更注重生活品质、驾乘舒适性、艺术化内饰和时尚的外观。因此,各大车企正积极寻求突破性和可持续性发展,急需向电动化、物联化、数字化和智能化转变发展。
带天窗汽车在给驾乘者带来驾乘愉悦感的同时,在炎热夏季和寒冷冬季却降低了驾乘体验感,为保证驾乘者的驾乘舒适度,车内空调需持续工作。但在电动汽车中,30%的电池能量用于车内电器,70%的电池能量用于汽车行驶,车内电器的持续工作不利于汽车的长时间行驶,降低了其续航里程。故在此基础上,如何提高汽车内饰的隔热、保温性能,以降低车内电器的电池能耗,使得电池能量更多地被用于汽车行驶,增加其续航里程,是本领域迫切需解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车用新型天窗遮阳板,以解决现有技术中用于汽车用天窗遮阳板存在隔热和保温性能差的问题。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种汽车用新型天窗遮阳板,其包括基材层,所述基材层靠车辆内侧的表面设置有表皮层,所述基材层靠车身侧的表面设置有具备隔热、断气的功能层。
特别地,所述基材层为采用加强玻璃纤维与聚氨酯复合成型的干法板材。
特别地,所述基材层的克重为800-1000g/m2。
特别地,所述表皮层为针刺无纺布面料、印花无纺布或针织复合面料的任一种。
特别地,所述表皮层的克重为200-300g/m2。
特别地,所述功能层为真空吸附的铝粉无纺布。
特别地,所述功能层的克重为30-80g/m2。
特别地,所述表皮层和功能层均通过胶膜直接粘结于基材层的两面。
特别地,所述胶膜为聚丙烯类树脂或聚乙烯类树脂的任一种。
本发明的有益效果为,与现有技术相比所述汽车用新型天窗遮阳板在靠汽车天窗玻璃一侧设置有真空吸附的铝粉无纺布,将热量隔绝在天窗遮阳板与车身钣金间的空气层中,减少通过热传导进入乘客舱中的热量。具有结构简单、容易实现、隔热效果好、刚性好、重量轻、吸音好等优点。同时,在生产过程中,无有害物质产生,符合绿色环保要求。

下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。

实施例一
本实施例中,一种汽车用新型天窗遮阳板,其包括基材层1,基材层1采用加强玻璃纤维与聚氨酯复合成型的干法板材,克重为800g/m2,基材层1靠车辆内侧的表面设置有表皮层2,表皮层2采用针刺无纺布面料、印花无纺布或针织复合面料的任一种,克重为200g/m2,基材层1靠车身侧的表面设置有具备隔热、断气的功能层3,功能层3为真空吸附的铝粉无纺布,克重为30g/m2。
成型时,先将基材层1送入烘箱烘温软化,使得基材层1上、下表面的胶膜充分融化,并由网链传送至铺有铝粉无纺布的模具型腔中,同时将面料由网链传送至基材上方,模具合模压制成型。
实施例二
本实施例中,一种汽车用新型天窗遮阳板,其包括基材层1,基材层1采用加强玻璃纤维与聚氨酯复合成型的干法板材,克重为900g/m2,基材层1靠车辆内侧的表面设置有表皮层2,表皮层2采用针刺无纺布面料、印花无纺布或针织复合面料的任一种,克重为250g/m2,基材层1靠车身侧的表面设置有具备隔热、断气的功能层3,功能层3为真空吸附的铝粉无纺布,克重为55g/m2。
成型时,先将基材层1送入烘箱烘温软化,使得基材层1上、下表面的胶膜充分融化,并由网链传送至铺有铝粉无纺布的模具型腔中,同时将面料由网链传送至基材上方,模具合模压制成型。
实施例三
本实施例中,一种汽车用新型天窗遮阳板,其包括基材层1,基材层1采用加强玻璃纤维与聚氨酯复合成型的干法板材,克重为1000g/m2,基材层1靠车辆内侧的表面设置有表皮层2,表皮层2采用针刺无纺布面料、印花无纺布或针织复合面料的任一种,克重为300g/m2,基材层1靠车身侧的表面设置有具备隔热、断气的功能层3,功能层3为真空吸附的铝粉无纺布,克重为80g/m2。
成型时,先将基材层1送入烘箱烘温软化,使得基材层1上、下表面的胶膜充分融化,并由网链传送至铺有铝粉无纺布的模具型腔中,同时将面料由网链传送至基材上方,模具合模压制成型。
本发明利用铝粉无纺布隔绝热量,减少热传导的热量,从而获得一种新型天窗遮阳板,该产品具有结构简单、容易实现、隔热效果好、刚性好、重量轻、吸音好、绿色环保等优点。

1.一种汽车用新型天窗遮阳板,其特征在于,其包括基材层,所述基材层靠车辆内侧的表面设置有表皮层,所述基材层靠车身侧的表面设置有具备隔热、断气的功能层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用新型天窗遮阳板,其特征在于,所述基材层为采用加强玻璃纤维与聚氨酯复合成型的干法板材。
3.根据权利要求2所述的汽车用新型天窗遮阳板,其特征在于,所述基材层的克重为800-1000g/m2。
4.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用新型天窗遮阳板,其特征在于,所述表皮层为针刺无纺布面料、印花无纺布或针织复合面料的任一种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的汽车用新型天窗遮阳板,其特征在于,所述表皮层的克重为200-300g/m2。
6.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用新型天窗遮阳板,其特征在于,所述功能层为真空吸附的铝粉无纺布。
7.根据权利要求6所述的汽车用新型天窗遮阳板,其特征在于,所述功能层的克重为30-80g/m2。
8.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用新型天窗遮阳板,其特征在于,所述表皮层和功能层均通过胶膜直接粘结于基材层的两面。
9.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用新型天窗遮阳板,其特征在于,所述胶膜为聚丙烯类树脂或聚乙烯类树脂的任一种。
