step 6, judging whether the trial delivery is successful, and transmitting the accident handling condition to the short message platform system when the trial delivery is successful; when the trial delivery is unsuccessful, the accident handling condition is transmitted to the link of finding out the reason and eliminating the fault for analysis.

Furthermore, the operation and maintenance field inspection result in the step 3 includes the time and phase of the occurrence of the accident, the action condition of the relay protection safety automatic device, the protection ranging condition and the fault recording ranging condition.
Further, in step 4, it is determined whether the line is a live line according to the accident information, and the determination is as follows:
when the fault line is a live-line operation line, transmitting information to a power transmission inspection room for live-line inspection according to a live-line operation line fault handling principle;
and when the fault line is not a live working line, performing accident handling, collecting operation and maintenance field inspection results, and transmitting the operation and maintenance field inspection results to a power transmission operation and inspection room for live inspection.
Furthermore, the live working line fault handling principle is that after the live working line is tripped due to faults, the field conditions are collected to the system platform, and the equipment is still charged.
Further, the obvious faults in the step 5 comprise broken strands, damage and/or flashover burns of the lines.

the invention adopts the processing method of 110kV line fault tripping, solves the problems of low normal recovery efficiency and low fault positioning accuracy rate after 110kV line fault tripping in the prior art, which causes longer line fault tripping processing time, shortens the processing time of line fault tripping, optimizes the power grid fault recovery, realizes the closed-loop control of 110kV line tripping emergency repair, improves the emergency repair efficiency and service level, enhances the control capability of 110kV line tripping emergency repair, improves the stability of the operation level of a power distribution network, and fundamentally improves the power utilization reliability level of 110kV lines.

The embodiment solves the problems that after 110kV line fault tripping in the prior art, the existing recovery normal efficiency is low, the fault positioning accuracy is low, and the processing time of line fault tripping is long, the processing time of line fault tripping is shortened, the power grid fault recovery is optimized, the closed-loop control of 110kV line tripping emergency repair is realized, the emergency repair efficiency and the service level are improved, the control capacity of 110kV line tripping emergency repair is enhanced, the stability of the operation level of a power distribution network is improved, and the power utilization reliability level of 110kV lines is fundamentally improved.
