referring to fig. 1, fig. 2, and fig. 15, the automatic welding robot device is a gantry type automatic welding robot device, which includes a guide rail 19, a gantry 20, a welding robot 24, and an intelligent robot control system, wherein the guide rail 19 is fixed on the foundation 1, the welding robot 24 is disposed on a first beam 23 of the gantry 20, the gantry welding machine is of an existing structure, the specific structure can refer to the existing structure, and in addition, the gantry is also used on machine tool devices, such as a gantry cutting machine; the walking of the gantry 20 and the walking of the welding robot 24 are controlled by a robot intelligent control system.

Referring to fig. 12 and 13, the right-angle positioning block 91 is provided with an insert block 93, the insert block 93 is connected with the slot 21 on the fixed platform 2 in a matched manner, and is inserted into the corresponding slot 21, the lower end of the right-angle positioning block 91 is provided with a supporting screw 94, and the insert block 93 and the supporting screw 94 are both arranged to ensure the installation firmness of the positioning block 9, so that the overall stability and accuracy are improved.
Referring to fig. 11 and 14, two ends of the fixed platform 2 are provided with a plurality of limiting blocks 22, the limiting blocks 22 are provided with inserting blocks 93, the limiting blocks are inserted into slots 21 of the fixed platform 2 through the inserting blocks 93, two sides of the limiting blocks 22 are provided with threaded holes, the limiting blocks are fixed at two ends of the fixed platform 2 through threaded connection, and the installation height of the limiting blocks 22 is slightly higher than the horizontal height of the fixed platform 2 on the upper plane and used for limiting the die plate 16, and the stability of the installation of the limiting blocks 22 can be improved by arranging the inserting slots 21 and the inserting blocks 93.
As shown in fig. 3, fig. 4, fig. 5, fig. 6 and fig. 8, the lower end of each first beam 4 is provided with a supporting guide plate 12, the supporting guide plates 12 are L-shaped, the lower plates 121 are oblique plates, the lower plates 121 are provided with guide wheels 122, a space 13 exists between the adjacent lower plates 121, the third pressing piece 8 is fixed above the space 13, and the supporting guide plates 12 are arranged to support the first beams 4, so that the first beams 4 can be flatly pressed on the formwork panel 16 during welding, and can also play a guiding role on the placed formwork i-steel 18.
The positioning tool is provided with a hanging ring 14, and the hanging ring 14 is used for being connected with hoisting equipment such as a crane.
In the welding process, the using method of the welding equipment comprises the following steps:
step one, mounting positioning blocks 9 at four corners of a fixed platform 2;
step two, flatly paving the die table panel 16 on the fixed platform 2, and positioning four corners of the die table panel 16 through positioning blocks 9;
step three, placing two die table groove steels 17 on a die table panel 16, adjusting to a proper position, and positioning through a positioning block 9;
step four, placing the positioning tool on the die table panel 16, inserting the mounting shaft 10 into the corresponding mounting sleeve 92, positioning the die table panel 16 and the die table groove steel 17 by the positioning tool through the positioning block 9, and locking and fixing the mounting shaft 10 through the bolt 11;
hoisting the die table I-steel 18 into the gaps 5 between the first cross beams 4 through hoisting equipment such as travelling crane, placing one first cross beam die table I-steel 18 in each gap 5, and adjusting the position of the die table I-steel 18 to be positioned right below the third pressing piece 8;
step six, the first compression piece 6 is controlled by a compression piece cylinder control system to inwards push the die table groove steel 17 to a fixed position, and the second compression piece 7 and the third compression piece 8 are controlled to downwards compress the die table channel steel 17 and the die table I-steel 18 respectively, so that the whole clamping and positioning are completed;
and step seven, controlling the automatic welding equipment of the robot to finish spot welding and welding according to a welding process by using an intelligent control system of the robot, releasing a cylinder of a pressing piece after the welding is finished, pulling out a plug 11, hanging off a positioning tool by using hoisting equipment such as a crane, and finally hanging off a molded die table.
