Abstract
一种城镇污泥在烧结制砖的综合利用工艺,工艺流程步骤为:城镇污泥经过加工处理后与制砖烧结料进行原料破碎筛分→混合→陈化→制坯→码垛→入窑烧结→冷却入库;通过对城镇污泥处理处置进行重新组合设计,将污泥先转变为再生燃料,然后将污泥再生燃料与建材烧结行业相结合,将污泥再生燃料作为烧结建材的原料之一进行使用,最终将污泥进行处理,转变为烧结砖,开辟了城镇固废只有填埋的处理处置的新方式,减少的填埋量,可大量降低对土地资源的需求,将原来无用的废弃物变废为宝,实现废弃物的资源化利用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及城市废弃物处理处置领域,尤其涉及一种城镇污泥在烧结制砖的综合利用工艺。
背景技术
随着国家对环境保护日益重视,国家相继出台一系列的相关环保政策,城镇污泥是长期困扰城市环境治理的顽疾。目前我国城镇污泥主要的处理方式是填埋法处理,这种方法投资相对较少,但需占用土地,同时污泥中存在很多有害物资暂无消除,直接填埋时需投资建设防水防渗透的填埋坑,否则对环境和地下水源会造成二次污染,未还做到污染源的消除;其次城镇污泥还被进行干化焚烧、土地堆肥利用,厌氧消化几种途径,其中干化焚烧设备投资及运行成本均较高,直接焚烧后产生的飞灰及烟气中二恶因较难处理,故在我国较难开展推广;土地堆肥利用是在好氧环境下,微生物将污泥进行发酵处理,得到有机肥料,其污泥中的多种重金属有无法转变直接进入植物的生长环节,对人损害较大;厌氧消化是利用菌和厌氧菌进行生化反应,将污泥生产沼气的处理方式,该方式转变周期较长,无法进行大规模产业化处理,同时新生成的沼渣因污染物聚集,更难处理处置。
鉴于上述原因,现研发出一种城镇污泥在烧结制砖的综合利用工艺。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种城镇污泥在烧结制砖的综合利用工艺,通过对城镇污泥处理处置进行重新组合设计,将污泥先转变为再生燃料,然后将污泥再生燃料与建材烧结行业相结合,将污泥再生燃料作为烧结建材的原料之一进行使用,最终将污泥进行处理,转变为烧结砖,开辟了城镇固废只有填埋的处理处置的新方式,减少的填埋量,可大量降低对土地资源的需求,将原来无用的废弃物变废为宝,实现废弃物的资源化利用。
本发明为了实现上述目的,采用如下技术方案:一种城镇污泥在烧结制砖的综合利用工艺,工艺流程步骤为:城镇污泥经过加工处理后与制砖烧结料进行原料破碎筛分→混合→陈化→制坯→码垛→入窑烧结→冷却入库;具体实施步骤如下:
原料破碎筛分:将城镇污泥经过加工处理后形成的污泥再生燃料和制砖烧结料进行破碎筛分;
混合:将破碎筛分后的制砖烧结料和污泥再生燃料进行混合,混合后的混合料输送至陈化库;
陈化:混合料在陈化库内陈化,使各种原料充分的进行渗透接触,陈化时间为36-40h。
制坯:陈化后的混合料在挤压机的作用下挤压成特定的砖坯条,通过切割机将转皮条切割成特定的砖坯;
码垛:砖坯成型后,将成型砖坯进行入窑码垛;
入窑烧结:对砖坯进行烧制,最终形成成品烧结建材;
冷却入库:烧制完成的成品冷却后送入仓库。
所述制砖烧结料为:70%-80%、污泥再生燃料为:21%-30%,以上各组份组配重量之和为100%。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明中的城镇污泥的加工处理为:原态污泥改性→破壁→污泥除臭固硫→污泥疏松助燃→翻抛晾晒,最终制成污泥再生燃料;本发明通过对城镇污泥处理处置进行重新组合设计,将污泥先转变为再生燃料,然后将污泥再生燃料与建材烧结行业相结合,将污泥再生燃料作为烧结建材的原料之一进行使用,最终将污泥进行处理,转变为烧结砖,开辟了城镇固废只有填埋的处理处置的新方式,减少的填埋量,可大量降低对土地资源的需求,将原来无用的废弃物变废为宝,实现废弃物的资源化利用,本工艺设备投入小,产能大,运行成本低廉,性价比较高,最终实现固废的建材化。

实施例1
工艺流程步骤为:城镇污泥经过加工处理后与制砖烧结料进行原料破碎筛分→混合→陈化→制坯→码垛→入窑烧结→冷却入库;具体实施步骤如下:
原料破碎筛分:将城镇污泥经过加工处理后形成的污泥再生燃料和制砖烧结料进行破碎筛分;
混合:将破碎筛分后的制砖烧结料和污泥再生燃料进行混合,混合后的混合料输送至陈化库;
陈化:混合料在陈化库内陈化,使各种原料充分的进行渗透接触,陈化时间为36-40h。
制坯:陈化后的混合料在挤压机的作用下挤压成特定的砖坯条,通过切割机将转皮条切割成特定的砖坯;

1.一种城镇污泥在烧结制砖的综合利用工艺,其特征在于:工艺流程步骤为:城镇污泥经过加工处理后与制砖烧结料进行原料破碎筛分→混合→陈化→制坯→码垛→入窑烧结→冷却入库;具体实施步骤如下:
原料破碎筛分:将城镇污泥经过加工处理后形成的污泥再生燃料和制砖烧结料进行破碎筛分;
混合:将破碎筛分后的制砖烧结料和污泥再生燃料进行混合,混合后的混合料输送至陈化库;
陈化:混合料在陈化库内陈化,使各种原料充分的进行渗透接触,陈化时间为36-40h。
