本发明公开了一种耐磨刷丝及其生产方法,由下列重量份的原料制成:包括塑料层和钢丝两个组成部分,其中,所述塑料层具有基础材料、塑料助剂和研磨材料,所述基础材料、塑料助剂和研磨材料的组成比例为:10:0.5:2;所述基础材料为尼龙610或尼龙1010或者PP、PVC、PBT、PET或其中任意组合的复合材料;所述塑料助剂包括偶联剂、阻燃剂、抗磨剂、增韧剂、塑料抗老化剂、耐温剂、增塑剂、扩链剂、相溶剂和润滑剂;所述研磨材料为碳化硅Sic或氧化铝Al2O3;本发明按照上述材料和特定的配方制成,大大提高了刷丝在恶劣环境条件下的工作寿命,通过用该刷丝扫地具有质量高、效率高、耐磨损性强的优点。

本发明涉及刷丝制备方法技术领域,具体为一种耐磨刷丝及其生产方法。
背景技术
随着刷子广泛的应用,不同的条件、环境、场合下使用合适的刷子能够提高工作效率,节省人力、财力、物力,挑选合适的刷子,实质是在挑选合适的刷丝。现有的工业用于清扫路面的扫地刷,由于受清扫路况及外界环境影响,刷子刷丝极易被损坏,例如清扫公路上的积雪,刷丝在上冻的路面上摩擦,非常容易导致刷丝断裂,影响环卫工作的正常进行。为此,为了提高刷丝的使用寿命,增强其强度,本发明提出一种耐磨刷丝及其生产方法。

本发明的目的在于提供一种耐磨刷丝及其生产方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种耐磨刷丝及其生产方法,由下列重量份的原料制成:包括塑料层和钢丝两个组成部分,其中,所述塑料层具有基础材料、塑料助剂和研磨材料,所述基础材料、塑料助剂和研磨材料的组成比例为:10:0.5:2;所述基础材料为尼龙610或尼龙1010或者PP、PVC、PBT、PET或其中任意组合的复合材料;所述塑料助剂包括偶联剂、阻燃剂、抗磨剂、增韧剂、塑料抗老化剂、耐温剂、增塑剂、扩链剂、相溶剂和润滑剂;所述研磨材料为碳化硅Sic或氧化铝Al2O3。

一种耐磨刷丝的生产方法,包括以下几个操作步骤:
S1、按配方准备一定量的钢丝、基础材料、偶联剂、阻燃剂、抗磨剂、增韧剂、塑料抗老化剂、耐温剂、增塑剂、扩链剂、相溶剂、润滑剂和研磨材料;
S2、将基础材料真空干燥后,放入烘箱中加热至加热至210~260℃,恒温1~2小时;
S3、将偶联剂、阻燃剂、抗磨剂、增韧剂、塑料抗老化剂、耐温剂、增塑剂、扩链剂、相溶剂和润滑剂放入混合机内混合,加热至80~120℃并搅拌40~60分钟,使各组份混合均匀,形成塑料助剂原料;
S4、将研磨材料加入在混合机内与塑料助剂原料混合,混合机在加热的状态下高速运转,工作20~30分钟,致使研磨材料与之充分拌和;
S5、取出基础材料,将之加入混合机中,与步骤S4内的原料进行混合,混合机继续搅拌20-35分钟,将基础材料、塑料助剂和研磨材料充分混匀;
S6、将步骤S5混合均匀后的材料经过真空干燥后加入到挤塑机中加热至熔融状态,进行混炼挤出,得到塑料刷丝;
S7、将钢丝穿过挤塑机的出丝装置,并通过挤塑机外部的辊轮牵引装置将钢丝与步骤S6中挤出的塑料刷丝同步引出;
S8、步骤S6和步骤S7同步进行,在钢丝的牵引与塑料刷丝的挤出同步行进过程中,完成钢丝外部的塑料层的包覆,合成为一体结构,得到耐磨刷丝原料;
S9、对挤出后的耐磨刷丝原料进行冷却;
S10、将冷却后的耐磨刷丝原料经牵引装置送出至收集处,通过裁剪装置完成裁剪,或通过成卷装置完成绕卷,并收集包装,得到耐磨刷丝。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述步骤S9中的冷却采用多级温度递减的冷却水进行连续冷却的方法。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述的步骤S6和S7步中的挤塑机的挤出温度为290-320℃。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供的一种耐磨刷丝及其生产方法,刷丝材质选用钢丝和尼龙610或尼龙1010或者PP、PVC、PBT、PET或其中任意组合的复合材料为主料,并加入偶联剂、阻燃剂、抗磨剂、增韧剂、塑料抗老化剂、耐温剂、增塑剂、扩链剂、相溶剂和润滑剂以及碳化硅Sic或氧化铝Al2O3其中一种的研磨材料,按照本发明的特定配方制成,大大提高了刷丝在恶劣环境条件下的工作寿命,通过用该刷丝扫地具有质量高、效率高、耐磨损性强的优点。

S6、将步骤S5混合均匀后的材料经过真空干燥后加入到挤塑机中加热至熔融状态,进行混炼挤出,得到塑料刷丝;
S7、将钢丝穿过挤塑机的出丝装置,并通过挤塑机外部的辊轮牵引装置将钢丝与步骤S6中挤出的塑料刷丝同步引出;
S8、步骤S6和步骤S7同步进行,在钢丝的牵引与塑料刷丝的挤出同步行进过程中,完成钢丝外部的塑料层的包覆,合成为一体结构,得到耐磨刷丝原料;
S9、对挤出后的耐磨刷丝原料进行冷却;
S10、将冷却后的耐磨刷丝原料经牵引装置送出至收集处,通过裁剪装置完成裁剪,或通过成卷装置完成绕卷,并收集包装,得到耐磨刷丝。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种耐磨刷丝的生产方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S9中的冷却采用多级温度递减的冷却水进行连续冷却的方法。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种耐磨刷丝的生产方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤S6和S7步中的挤塑机的挤出温度为290-320℃。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种耐磨刷丝的生产方法,其特征在于,所述钢丝为扁形、圆形、曲形或多股中的一种。
