Starting the electric water pump 5, directly sucking the filtered water in the water collection tank 4 into the first cavity 15, and spraying out the water again through the spray head 111 for cleaning potatoes, so that the cyclic utilization is realized, and the water resource is saved; in addition, the electric water pump 5 injects water into the first cavity 15, so that the water pressure in the first cavity 15 can be increased, the water impact force sprayed by the spray head 111 is larger, and the cleaning effect of the potatoes is improved.

the inclined baffle plate (22) is obliquely arranged in the circular tube (2), and the inclined baffle plate (22) is positioned below the fixed shaft (23);
the opening (24) is communicated with the side wall of the circular tube (2) positioned in the second cavity (16), and the lower side of the inclined baffle plate (22) is level with the bottom of the opening (24);
