背景技术
包扎是外伤现场应急处理的重要措施之一。及时正确的包扎,可以达到压迫止血、减少感染、保护伤口、减少疼痛,以及固定敷料和夹板等目的;相反,错误的包扎可导致出血增加、加重感染、造成新的伤害、遗留后遗症等不良后果。现有技术中,对伤口的包扎大多仅仅只是采用涂抹药物后采用绷带、棉花进行包扎,而棉花的吸水性能较差、不透气,导致伤口不透气,延长了伤口愈合时间,因此,存在改进空间。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种透气抗菌的护理用伤口包扎带制作方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
本发明包括抗菌无纺布层、吸水颗粒层、透气海绵层和绷带层,所述抗菌无纺布层的一面与所述绷带层的一面边缘粘合连接,所述吸水颗粒层和所述透气海绵层包覆于所述抗菌无纺布层和所述绷带层之间,所述吸水颗粒层贴近所述抗菌无纺布层,所述透气海绵层位于所述吸水颗粒层与所述绷带层之间;
制作方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一:抗菌无纺布层的制作:将无纺布放入蒸汽室高温高压杀菌,杀菌后干燥备用;
步骤二:抗菌剂的配制:将苦参、白藓皮、川楝子、大黄、白芥子、明矾加水进行熬制,熬制后取药汁备用;将氧化亚铜、所述灭菌唑、所述磷酸三钠、苯扎溴铵、柠檬酸、溴氯海因、二溴海因、冰片加入药汁中混合均匀制得抗菌剂;
步骤三:将步骤一干燥灭菌后的无纺布浸泡至步骤二制得的抗菌剂中,再将浸泡后的无纺布取出晾干制得抗菌无纺布层;
步骤四:采用高吸水树脂制成吸水颗粒层;
步骤五:采用海绵制成多孔形状,制成所述透气海绵层;

优选的,所述步骤二中的抗菌剂按重量比,每份含所述苦参15%、白藓皮12%、川楝子8%、大黄15%、白芥子15%、明矾5%、氧化亚铜8%、所述灭菌唑6%、所述磷酸三钠3%、苯扎溴铵3%、柠檬酸2%、溴氯海因1%、二溴海因2%、冰片5%。
优选的,所述高吸水树脂颗粒为0.2-0.5mm,吸水后膨胀直径为1-1.5mm。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明是一种透气抗菌的护理用伤口包扎带制作方法,与现有技术相比,本发明采用灭菌的无纺布浸泡药物,对伤口有益,加速伤口的愈合,且采用吸水珠吸取伤口渗出的液体,并且采用透气海绵,不仅能够透气,还能够吸取液体,使伤口保持干燥,进一步加速伤口愈合,具有推广应用的价值。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1所示:本发明包括抗菌无纺布层1、吸水颗粒层2、透气海绵层3和绷带层4,所述抗菌无纺布层的一面与所述绷带层的一面边缘粘合连接,所述吸水颗粒层和所述透气海绵层包覆于所述抗菌无纺布层和所述绷带层之间,所述吸水颗粒层贴近所述抗菌无纺布层,所述透气海绵层位于所述吸水颗粒层与所述绷带层之间;
制作方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一:抗菌无纺布层的制作:将无纺布放入蒸汽室高温高压杀菌,杀菌后干燥备用;
步骤二:抗菌剂的配制:将苦参、白藓皮、川楝子、大黄、白芥子、明矾加水进行熬制,熬制后取药汁备用;将氧化亚铜、所述灭菌唑、所述磷酸三钠、苯扎溴铵、柠檬酸、溴氯海因、二溴海因、冰片加入药汁中混合均匀制得抗菌剂;
步骤三:将步骤一干燥灭菌后的无纺布浸泡至步骤二制得的抗菌剂中,再将浸泡后的无纺布取出晾干制得抗菌无纺布层;
步骤四:采用高吸水树脂制成吸水颗粒层;
步骤五:采用海绵制成多孔形状,制成所述透气海绵层;
步骤六:将吸水颗粒层铺设于所述抗菌无纺布层上,再将透气海绵层铺设于吸水颗粒层上,再将绷带层覆盖于透气海绵层上,将绷带层与抗菌无纺布层的便于进行热合粘接,完成制得透气抗菌的护理用伤口包扎带。
优选的,所述步骤二中的抗菌剂按重量比,每份含所述苦参15%、白藓皮12%、川楝子8%、大黄15%、白芥子15%、明矾5%、氧化亚铜8%、所述灭菌唑6%、所述磷酸三钠3%、苯扎溴铵3%、柠檬酸2%、溴氯海因1%、二溴海因2%、冰片5%。
优选的,所述高吸水树脂颗粒为0.2-0.5mm,吸水后膨胀直径为1-1.5mm。
性能评价:
1.抑菌性能测试
取金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌、绿脓杆菌的斜面培养物一环分别接种于肉汤培养基中,37℃培养24小时后,各取0.2毫升接种于3个平板培养基中,分别取等量的上述实施例和对比例中制备得到的温和型伤口消毒液分别滴于3个平板培养基中;作用3min后检测平均灭菌率,其余操作均符合《消毒技术规范》。
2.过敏试验
选取32个实验老鼠,将步骤二配置好的抗菌剂注射到老鼠耳朵部位,观察注射消毒液之后的老鼠在45min之内是否出现红肿、瘙痒等过敏特征。过敏的程度按明显过敏(指过敏特征很明显)、过敏(指出现些许过敏特征)、轻微(指有轻微过敏的特征,但是现象不明显)、和未过敏(没有出现过敏特征)四种等级记录。
经检测,金黄色葡萄球菌灭菌率91.1%、大肠杆菌灭菌率89.2%、白色念珠菌灭菌率89.7%、绿脓杆菌灭菌率90.2%,过敏试验显示为未过敏现象。

Claims (3)
1.一种透气抗菌的护理用伤口包扎带制作方法,其特征在于:包括抗菌无纺布层、吸水颗粒层、透气海绵层和绷带层,所述抗菌无纺布层的一面与所述绷带层的一面边缘粘合连接,所述吸水颗粒层和所述透气海绵层包覆于所述抗菌无纺布层和所述绷带层之间,所述吸水颗粒层贴近所述抗菌无纺布层,所述透气海绵层位于所述吸水颗粒层与所述绷带层之间;
制作方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一:抗菌无纺布层的制作:将无纺布放入蒸汽室高温高压杀菌,杀菌后干燥备用;
步骤二:抗菌剂的配制:将苦参、白藓皮、川楝子、大黄、白芥子、明矾加水进行熬制,熬制后取药汁备用;将氧化亚铜、所述灭菌唑、所述磷酸三钠、苯扎溴铵、柠檬酸、溴氯海因、二溴海因、冰片加入药汁中混合均匀制得抗菌剂;
步骤三:将步骤一干燥灭菌后的无纺布浸泡至步骤二制得的抗菌剂中,再将浸泡后的无纺布取出晾干制得抗菌无纺布层;

2.根据权利要求1所述的透气抗菌的护理用伤口包扎带制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤二中的抗菌剂按重量比,每份含所述苦参15%、白藓皮12%、川楝子8%、大黄15%、白芥子15%、明矾5%、氧化亚铜8%、所述灭菌唑6%、所述磷酸三钠3%、苯扎溴铵3%、柠檬酸2%、溴氯海因1%、二溴海因2%、冰片5%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的透气抗菌的护理用伤口包扎带制作方法,其特征在于:所述高吸水树脂颗粒为0.2-0.5mm,吸水后膨胀直径为1-1.5mm。
