本实用新型公开了一种新型海藻酸钙聚维酮碘散水刺无纺布敷料,包括通过热合或者缝制连接在一起的上层水刺无纺布及下层水刺无纺布,上层水刺无纺布与下层水刺无纺布之间设置有海藻酸钙纤维层;所述的海藻酸钙纤维层内均匀散落有聚维酮碘散。本实用新型把海藻酸钙纤维与水刺无纺布结合起来,基材上下两层用亲水性水刺无纺布,中间夹层采用海藻酸钙纤维,“聚维酮碘散”均匀散落在海藻酸钙纤维中,然后采用热合或缝制技术,把“聚维酮碘散”有效保护在海藻酸钙纤维中。本敷料在与伤口或感染病灶接触时,水刺无纺布和海藻酸钙纤维会迅速吸收伤口渗液,“聚纤维酮碘散”中的聚维酮碘会缓慢释放,起到杀菌,抗菌作用,同时有效防止敷料基材的变质腐败。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种医用敷料,具体为一种新型海藻酸钙聚维酮碘散水刺无纺布敷料。
背景技术
随着社会的不断发展,医用敷料的种类也是各种各样,目前市场上现有的碘纺纱布,基材是脱脂棉纱布,是把纱布在碘伏中浸泡而成。用于化脓性感染灶的填塞,起到压迫、引流作用。碘仿主要防止纱布在脓腔中腐败。其他一些抗菌敷料,基材也多是单一性质的纱布或是无纺布材质,传统碘纺纱布主要有以下危害:纱布在纺纱、漂白工艺过程中,容易沾染荧光剂等荧光物质,从而造成纱布的荧光污染。
荧光物质具有极大的危害,不像一般化学成分那样容易被分解,而是在人体内蓄积,产生诸多有害的作用,大大削减人体免疫力;荧光物质与伤口外的蛋白质结合,还会阻碍伤口的愈合;荧光物质能使人体细胞出现变异性倾向,其毒性累积在肝脏或其他重要器官,会成为潜在的致癌因素。造成血液系统受损;如果皮肤接触到荧光物质,皮肤表面含有蛋白质的角质就会跟荧光物质结合,对人体皮肤产生刺激,引发过敏及发痒,增加了过敏性皮炎的发病机会。
因此,提供一种新型的医用敷料,已经是一个亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术中的不足,本实用新型提供了结构简单,医用效果好,尤其是对于伤口不容易感染,且能起到很好的杀菌、抗菌作用的新型海藻酸钙聚维酮碘散水刺无纺布敷料。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:
新型海藻酸钙聚维酮碘散水刺无纺布敷料,其特征在于:包括
通过热合或者缝制连接在一起的上层水刺无纺布1及下层水刺无纺布3,上层水刺无纺布1与下层水刺无纺布3之间设置有海藻酸钙纤维层2;
    所述的海藻酸钙纤维层2内均匀散落有聚维酮碘散。
积极有益效果:本实用新型把海藻酸钙纤维与水刺无纺布结合起来,基材上下两层用亲水性水刺无纺布,中间夹层采用海藻酸钙纤维,“聚维酮碘散”均匀散落在海藻酸钙纤维中,然后采用热合或缝制技术,把“聚维酮碘散”有效保护在海藻酸钙纤维中。本敷料在与伤口或感染病灶接触时,水刺无纺布和海藻酸钙纤维会迅速吸收伤口渗液,“聚纤维酮碘散”中的聚维酮碘会缓慢释放,起到杀菌,抗菌作用,同时有效防止敷料基材的变质腐败。

下面结合附图,对本实用新型做进一步的说明:
如图1、图2所示,新型海藻酸钙聚维酮碘散水刺无纺布敷料,其特征在于:包括
通过热合或者缝制连接在一起的上层水刺无纺布1及下层水刺无纺布3,上层水刺无纺布1与下层水刺无纺布3之间设置有海藻酸钙纤维层2;
所述的海藻酸钙纤维层2内均匀散落有聚维酮碘散。
本实用新型把海藻酸钙纤维与水刺无纺布结合起来,基材上下两层用亲水性水刺无纺布,中间夹层采用海藻酸钙纤维,“聚维酮碘散”均匀散落在海藻酸钙纤维中,然后采用热合或缝制技术,把“聚维酮碘散”有效保护在海藻酸钙纤维中。本敷料在与伤口或感染病灶接触时,水刺无纺布和海藻酸钙纤维会迅速吸收伤口渗液,“聚纤维酮碘散”中的聚维酮碘会缓慢释放,起到杀菌,抗菌作用,同时有效防止敷料基材的变质腐败。
本实用新型的具有如下优点:
1、适用于化脓性感染灶的填塞,起到压迫、引流作用;适用于裂口、擦伤、烧伤、渗出伤口、一度和二度烧伤、外科伤口和伤口包扎,以及静脉输注口、气管切开导管切口、胸腔导管切口、插管管口和排液口,加速伤口愈合。
2、聚维酮碘散主要防止敷料基材载体在脓腔中腐败,还具有广谱杀菌的作用,阻止细菌在敷料内滋生,减少局部或全部伤口感染。
3、上、下层采用亲水性水刺无纺布,具有不落絮,不含荧光物质,透气不透菌性能,吸液能力强,能迅速吸收伤口渗液、渗血,利于伤口部位保温保湿,利于伤口愈合,无皮肤刺激性和致敏反应。
4、中间层为海藻酸钙纤维,吸液能力强,与伤口渗液、渗血接触后,变成凝胶,保护创面,保持伤口湿润,利于伤口愈合,同时能把“聚维酮碘散”有效包裹在里面,从而使聚维酮碘在敷料中缓慢释放,达到持久抗菌、杀菌,防止基材防腐变质的作用。
5.海藻酸钙中的钙离子能促进凝血,有利于伤口愈合。

2.根据权利要求1所述的新型海藻酸钙聚维酮碘散水刺无纺布敷料,其特征在于:所述的海藻酸钙纤维层(2)内均匀散落有聚维酮碘散。
