Abstract
本发明涉及猪用饲料领域,具体地说是一种用于妊娠母猪的无抗发酵饲料及其制备方法。该饲料组分以重量份数计,包括玉米500‑630份、豆粕100‑150份、发酵原料20‑60份、大豆皮100‑200份、磷酸氢钙8‑20份,豆油5‑15份,石粉10‑20份,复合氨基酸1‑5份,复合多维1‑5份,矿物质1‑5份,氯化钠2‑8份,氯化胆碱0.5‑1份,酶制剂1‑4份,植物提取物0.2‑1.4份、微生态制剂0.4‑1.8份。本发明所述的一种妊娠母猪无抗发酵饲料及其制备方法,系安全环保健康的无抗饲料,配合所述的使用方法饲喂妊娠母猪,有助于解决目前规模猪场母猪繁殖问题,提高经济效益。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于动物饲料领域,具体涉及一种能实现无抗生素添加的高效环保妊娠母猪发酵饲料。
背景技术
当今养猪业已经进入规模化专业化时代,对于一个规模化养猪场来说,养好母猪是重中之重,是给养殖场带来效益的关键环节。提高产子数量和质量是一头母猪高效率的表现,但是在规模化猪场中,母猪繁殖性能方面存在着流产、死胎、产后奶水不足、哺乳仔猪成活率低等诸多繁殖障碍问题,任何一方面都会带来巨大的经济损失。
解决繁殖障碍问题主要是两方面,一是细菌性和病毒性疾病问题,疾病性问题可以通过疫苗和药物治疗来达到很好的防治效果。二是饲料营养问题,表现在妊娠母猪便秘,毒素中毒和营养物质不能维持母猪高繁殖性能等。母猪便秘会引起内毒素升高,导致发热、死胎和流产,为了防止妊娠母猪便秘,就要在其饲料中添加较多的纤维性原料,如麸皮、豆皮、草粉等,但是此类原料过多的摄入又会引起毒素积累,从而使母猪发生毒素中毒,使母猪发生流产、产弱仔、奶水不好等问题。此外,精准高效的营养搭配才能保证妊娠母猪体内胎儿的健康发育,并保证哺乳期奶水充足和断奶再配等问题。
为此,本发明提供了一种高繁殖性能的妊娠母猪配合饲料的制备和使用方法,旨在为高产妊娠母猪提供“安全、健康、高效”的营养方案,有助解决目前规模猪场母猪繁殖问题,从营养上为规模猪场提升母猪繁殖性能,从而提高经济效益。
发明内容
本发明在以提高妊娠母猪繁殖性能为基础的前提下,在饲料中添加发酵原料和多种酶类、植物提取物和微生态制剂配合使用,从而起到提高母仔猪健康,增强母猪利用率的综合解决方案,同时也实现了无抗生素添加。
一种妊娠母猪无抗发酵饲料及其制备方法,其特征在于,由以下重量份的组分组成:玉米500-630份、豆粕100-150份、发酵原料 20-60份、大豆皮100-200份、磷酸氢钙8-20份,豆油5-15份,石粉10-20份,复合氨基酸1-5份,复合多维1-5份,VE50 0.1-0.3份,矿物质1-5份,氯化钠2-8份,氯化胆碱0.5-1份,酶制剂1-4份,植物提取物0.2-1.4份、微生态制剂0.4-1.8份。
其中酶制剂由以下重量份的组分构成,葡萄糖氧化酶1-3份,植酸酶0.1-0.5份。
其中植物提取物由以下重量份的组分构成,香芹酚0.1-0.6份,百里香酚0.1-0.8份。
其中微生态制剂由以下重量份的组分构成,植物乳杆菌0.2-0.8份,丁酸梭菌0.2-1份。
其中复合氨基酸由以下重量份的组分构成,赖氨酸1-3份,苏氨酸0.2-1份。
其中复合多维由以下组分构成,每kg复合多维中含维生素A 4000000IU,维生素D31200000IU,维生素E 30000IU,维生素K3 800.0mg,维生素B1 1000mg,维生素B2 3200mg,维生素B6 800.0mg,维生素B12 24mg,D-生物素 480.0mg,D-泛酸 14400mg,叶酸2800mg,烟酸24000mg。
其中矿物质由以下组分构成,每kg矿物质中含铁40000mg,铜10000mg,锰40000mg,锌60000mg,钴 300.0mg,碘 420.0mg,硒120.0mg。
其中发酵原料由以下重量份的组分构成,发酵麸皮20-60份。
发酵麸皮制备方法如下:
1)配制活化培养基
活化培养基质量为发酵原料总质量的10-15%,加入2-3%葡萄糖,加入0.1-0.2%食盐,混合至充分溶解,
2)活化菌液并接种
向活化培养基加入发酵原料总质量的0.04-0.08%的植物乳杆菌,0.1-0.2%芽孢杆菌和0.2-0.4%米曲霉,混匀后培养2-4小时,每隔半小时搅动一次,即得发酵菌液。再向活化后的发酵菌液加入水,使总水分含量达到发酵总体系总质量的38-43%,再将其加入麸皮中,搅拌混匀,
3)装袋发酵
将上述发酵体系装入厌氧袋中,静置发酵3天,环境温度控制在23-26摄氏度,袋中饲料PH降至4.2时即可使用。
将配方配比的各原料经除杂、粉碎筛分过15~20目混合均匀后经熟化制粒得到目标物妊娠母猪无抗发酵配合饲料。
本发明的饲料使用方法如下:在妊娠母猪怀孕0-7天为受精卵着床期,限饲1.6-1.8kg/天;怀孕8-30天为保胎期,限饲1 .8-2.2kg/天;怀孕31-90天为稳胎期,限饲2.2-2.5kg/天,以上均采用上午8:00-9:00和下午16:00-17:00各饲喂1餐。
本发明所述的妊娠母猪无抗发酵饲料的设计思路如下。
1. 母猪妊娠时期需要保持一定体况膘情,不能过胖或者偏瘦,从而导致母猪难产或者过瘦掉膘造成的产后奶水不足和不发情。本发明采用了玉米作为主要能量饲料,能量主要靠玉米淀粉形式提供,促进胰岛素分泌和雌性激素分泌,同时可减少脂肪在腹部中沉积带来的副作用。在此基础上添加发酵麸皮和大豆皮,使饲料有着较高的纤维含量,使母猪摄入能量不至于过高,促进胃肠道蠕动,减少便秘的发生,而且还有饱腹感。
2. 麸皮经发酵以后,粗蛋白基本保持不变,但是酸溶蛋白能升高到总蛋白的30%,使动物机体更容易吸收消化。赤霉烯酮具有类雌性激素作用,可与子宫内雌激素受体不可逆结合,从而影响动物的生殖生理,常规原料中麸皮和大豆皮都具有较高的赤霉烯酮含量,在妊娠母猪饲料中添加较大量的此类原料可能会造成流产等危害,本发明中麸皮经发酵时添加的芽孢杆菌能同时降解赤霉烯酮和纤维素,减小赤霉烯酮对母猪机体的伤害,同时将麸皮中不可消化的粗纤维部分降解成多糖,从而被吸收利用。
3. 植物乳杆菌起到免疫调节作用,能增强机体的免疫力,提高抗病力,除此之外还还能通过与病原菌对限制性营养素的竞争作用,来抑制病原菌的生长,从而起到对致病菌的抑制作用。丁酸梭菌能促进有益菌生长并抑制有害菌的生长,提高机体的非特异性免疫功能和抗氧化功能。香芹酚和百里香酚都有很强的抗菌活性,具有非常强的表面活性和脂溶性,具有抑菌、抗菌、杀菌的作用。几种物质配合使用能起到替代抗生素的效果,而且无残留,不会有耐药性产生,排除了添加抗生素带来的负面影响,促进母猪健康的同时提高其繁殖效益。
具体实施方式:
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但不以任何方式对本发明加以限制,基于本发明所作的任何变换或替换,均属于本发明的保护范围。
实例1 发酵麸皮制备。
取60kg清水,加入1.2kg葡萄糖和0.12kg食盐,加热使充分溶解。再向其中加入植物乳杆菌0.24kg,芽孢杆菌0.6kg,米曲菌1.2kg,活化3小时,其中每隔半小时搅拌一次。向上述活化后的菌液中加入340kg清水搅匀,边倒边搅拌混入600kg麸皮中然后装袋密封。26度放置培养3天,袋中原料PH降至4 .2左右时,既得1000kg发酵麸皮。
实例2 ,一种妊娠母猪无抗发酵饲料。
由以下重量份的组分组成:玉米623.4份、豆粕130份、发酵原料60份、大豆皮120份、磷酸氢钙18份,豆油12份,石粉20份,复合氨基酸2.5份,复合多维1.5份,VE50 0.2份,矿物质2份,氯化钠5份,氯化胆碱0.5份,酶制剂3.2份,植物提取物0.7份、微生态制剂1份。
其酶制剂由以下重量份的组分构成,葡萄糖氧化酶3份,植酸酶0.2份。
其中植物提取物由以下重量份的组分构成,香芹酚0.2份,百里香酚0.5份。
其中微生态制剂由以下重量份的组分构成,植物乳杆菌0.4份,丁酸梭菌0.6份。
其中复合氨基酸由以下重量份的组分构成,赖氨酸2份,苏氨酸0.5份。
其中复合多维由以下组分构成,每kg复合多维中含维生素A 4000000IU,维生素D31200000IU,维生素E 30000IU,维生素K3 800.0mg,维生素B1 1000mg,维生素B2 3200mg,维生素B6 800.0mg,维生素B12 24mg,D-生物素 480.0mg,D-泛酸 14400mg,叶酸2800mg,烟酸24000mg。

实例3 动物试验。
为验证本发明一种妊娠母猪无抗发酵饲料在实际生产中的使用效果,在某猪场展开试验,选取3-4胎体重相近的妊娠母猪40头,随机分成2组,每组20头,对照组饲喂某饲料企业的含抗生素的常规饲料,试验组饲喂实例2中的本发明饲料。对2组试验猪群分别采取以下饲喂方法:怀孕0-7天,限饲1.6kg/天;怀孕8-30天,限饲2.0kg/天;怀孕31-90天,限饲2.4kg/天,以上各在上午8:00-9:00和下午16:00-17:00饲喂一次,转入产房后饲喂同种哺乳料。

1.一种妊娠母猪无抗发酵饲料及其制备方法,其特征在于,由以下重量份的组分组成:玉米500-630份、豆粕100-150份、发酵原料20-60份、大豆皮100-200份、磷酸氢钙8-20份,豆油5-15份,石粉10-20份,复合氨基酸1-5份,复合多维1-5份,矿物质1-5份,氯化钠2-8份,氯化胆碱0.5-1份,酶制剂1-4份,植物提取物0.2-1.4份、微生态制剂0.4-1.8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种妊娠母猪无抗发酵饲料,其特征在于,所述酶制剂由以下重量份的组分构成,葡萄糖氧化酶1-3份,植酸酶0.1-0.5份。

8.根据权利要求1所述的一种妊娠母猪无抗发酵饲料,其特征在于,所述发酵原料由以下重量份的组分构成,发酵麸皮20-60份。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种妊娠母猪无抗发酵饲料,其特征在于,所述发酵麸皮制作方法如下:
1)配制活化培养基
活化培养基质量为发酵原料总质量的10-15%,加入2-3%葡萄糖,加入0.1-0.2%食盐,混合至充分溶解,
2)活化菌液并接种
向活化培养基加入发酵原料总质量的0.04-0.08%的植物乳杆菌,0.1-0.2%芽孢杆菌和0.2-0.4%米曲霉,混匀后培养2-4小时,每隔半小时搅动一次,即得发酵菌液,

10.一种权利要求1-9任一所述的妊娠母猪无抗发酵饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,将配方配比的各原料经除杂、粉碎筛分过15~20目混合均匀后经熟化制粒得到目标物妊娠母猪无抗发酵配合饲料。
11.一种权利要求1-10所述的妊娠母猪无抗发酵饲料的饲喂方法,其特征在于,妊娠母猪怀孕0-7天为受精卵着床期,限饲1.6-1 .8kg/天;怀孕8-30天为保胎期,限饲1 .8-2.2kg/天;怀孕31-90天为稳胎期,限饲2.2-2.5kg/天,以上均采用上午8:00-9:00和下午16:00-17:00各饲喂1餐。
