本发明涉及卫生消毒技术领域,具体为一种植物源消毒液及加工工艺。
背景技术
植物源抗菌物质在自然界中广泛存在,是绿色杀菌剂创制的重要先导源。植物体内的抗菌化合物是植物体产生的多种具有抗菌活性的次生代谢产物,包含了生物碱类、类黄酮类、蛋白质类、有机酸类和酚类化合物等许多不同的类型。
桧柏(Sabina chinensis(L.)Ant.),正名圆柏,是松杉目、柏科、圆柏属下植物类,常绿乔木,树冠尖塔形或圆锥形,老树广卵形。叶2型,幼树或基部徒长的萌糵枝上多为三角状钻形,3叶轮生,基部有关节并向下延生;老树多为鳞形叶,对生,紧密贴于小枝上;亦有从小一直全为钻形叶的植株。花雌雄异株,雄球花秋季形成,次年开放,花黄色;雌球花形小,球果次年成熟,浆果状不开裂,外被白粉。喜光树种,喜温凉、温暖气候及湿润土壤,材质致密,坚硬。桧柏属于乔木,高20米、胸径3.5米;树皮深灰色,纵裂,成条片开裂、裂成不规则的薄片脱落;幼树桧柏的枝条通常斜上伸展,形成尖塔形树冠,老则下部大枝平展,形成广圆形的树冠;小枝通常直或稍成弧状弯曲,生鳞叶的小枝近圆柱形或近四棱形,径1~1.2毫米。叶二型,即刺叶及鳞叶;刺叶生于幼树之上,老龄树则全为鳞叶,壮龄树兼有刺叶与鳞叶;生于一年生小枝的一回分枝的鳞叶三叶轮生,直伸而紧密,近披针形,先端微渐尖,长2.5~5毫米,背面近中部有椭圆形微凹的腺体;刺叶三叶交互轮生,
斜展,疏松,披针形,先端渐尖,长6~12毫米,上面微凹,有两条白粉带。雌雄异株,稀同株,雄球花黄色,椭圆形,长2.5~3.5毫米,雄蕊5~7对,常有3~4花药。球果近圆球形,径6~8毫米,两年成熟,熟时暗褐色,被白粉或白粉脱落,有1~4粒种子;种子卵圆形,扁,顶端钝,有棱脊及少数树脂槽;子叶2枚,出土,条形,长1.3~1.5厘米,宽约1毫米,先端锐尖,下面有两条白色气孔带,上面则不明显。
消毒剂按照其作用的水平可分为灭菌剂、高效消毒剂、中效消毒剂、低效消毒剂。灭菌剂可杀灭一切微生物使其达到灭菌要求,包括甲醛、戊二醛、环氧乙烷、过氧化氢、二氧化氯、氯气、硫酸铜、生石灰、乙醇、等。高效消毒剂可杀灭一切细菌繁殖体(包括分枝杆菌)、病毒、真菌及其孢子等,对细菌芽孢也有一定杀灭作用,达到高水平消毒要求,包括含氯消毒剂、臭氧、甲基乙内酰脲类化合物、双链季铵盐等。中效消毒剂仅可杀灭分枝杆菌、真菌、病毒及细菌繁殖体等微生物,达到消毒要求,包括含碘消毒剂、醇类消毒剂、酚类消毒剂等。低效消毒剂仅可杀灭细菌繁殖体和亲酯病毒,达到消毒剂要求,包括苯扎溴铵等季铵盐类消毒剂、氯己定(洗必泰)等双胍类消毒剂,汞、银、铜等金属离子类消毒剂及中草药消毒剂。
自上世纪40年代以来,化学消毒剂因其品种多见效快、使用方便、价格低廉等特点而在消毒市场中占据主导地位。然而,因人为对化学消毒的不合理使用和本身固有的缺点,致使化学消毒剂在使用中产生了许多问题,例如环境污染、金属腐蚀、人畜中毒、残留等问题。尤其中效消毒剂和低效消毒剂使用的范围广,除医疗机构外它还涉及到各行各业、家庭和人群。随着人们生活质量的提高和环保意识的增强,开发对人畜安全、无污染、低毒、无残留的生物消毒剂已成为卫生消毒领域研究的新特点。
在经济飞速发展的今天,人们的生活水平已远远不只在于吃饱穿暖,日常消毒安全和健康问题受到人们越来越多的关注,绿色健康的生活也成为大家共同的追求,随着科技的发展,人们对消毒剂、杀菌剂的安全性、环保性越来越重视,化学消毒剂的使用种类和数量已经逐步下降,因此,开发和应用天然植物源杀菌剂、中草药复方消毒剂已成为世界消毒领域发展的总趋势。植物源提取物以它自身的特点将被广泛的用于医疗卫生消毒行业,如何以植物源提取物为主开发一种即适合医疗卫生消毒又适合民用的消毒剂则是人们现在研究的重点。因此,亟待一种改进的技术来解决现有技术中所存在的这一问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种植物源消毒液,以中草药植物源萃取物茶树精油、茶多酚、艾草油、薰衣草提取液、檀香、苍术为主要原料和成分的消毒剂;并辅以天然抗氧化剂花青素萃取物为抗氧化和护肤成分,作用1-5min可杀灭大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念球菌,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种植物源消毒液,由下列重量百分比的成分混合组成:植物源化合物0.1~0.2重量份、茶树精油0.8-1.0重量份、茶多酚1.3-1.5重量份、艾草油1.0-2.0重量份、薰衣草提取液25-30重量份、檀香2-2.5重量份、花青素2.5-3.0重量份、苍术1.5-2.0重量份、纯化水58-65.9重量份。
优选的,由下列重量百分比的成分混合组成:茶树精油1.0重量份、茶多酚1.5重量份、艾草油1.6重量份、薰衣草提取液27重量份、檀香2.5重量份、花青素2.8重量份、苍术1.8重量份、纯化水61.8重量份。
优选的,所述茶多酚中原料含量为80重量份。
优选的,所述茶树精油中原料含量为50重量份。
优选的,所述薰衣草提取液中原料含量为100重量份。
优选的,所述花青素中原料含量为25重量份。
优选的,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:按照配比先将纯化水加入到搅拌机内,随后分别将茶树精油、茶多酚、艾草油、薰衣草提取液、檀香、苍术、花青素添加到搅拌机内;
步骤二:将搅拌机温度设置为40-60℃,转速设置为300-500rpm,均匀搅拌20-30min,冷却后得到植物源消毒液;
步骤三:检测含量和PH值;
步骤四:分装;
步骤五:贴标打码;
步骤六:包装入库。
其中,茶树精油中原料含量为50%,茶树精油具有强大的杀菌能力,人们常常用它来治愈伤口,具有医学研究记载,茶树精油具有消灭多种细菌、病毒、真菌,是不可多得的天然医护用品,其具有以下作用:家居卫生(消毒、抑菌、去污):空气清净:可滴几滴茶树精油作熏香使用,让香气在室内弥漫5-10分钟,以净化空气中的细菌、病毒和蚊虫。消除异味、杀菌:将2滴茶树精油加入100毫升的水,充分摇动使之混合后,再喷洒于有异味的地方;家庭清洁--在一桶清水中加入茶树精油6滴,可用来洗抹布、碗盘、擦地板、擦桌子…等,有助于杀菌,并消除污垢;衣服洗涤--洗衣服或床单时,加入3-4滴茶树精油,能消除污垢、去除臭味及霉味,并留下淡淡清新香。其他功效--(除臭、熏香、防蚊虫等):防蚊虫叮咬--10-15滴精油+100CC的水,喷全身即可。或于防晒乳或乳液中滴数滴茶树精油涂抹;泡澡--滴5-7滴茶树精油在浴缸或澡盆里,泡个暖暖的澡;冰箱除臭--用过拧干的茶包+2-3滴茶树精油+2-3滴三合一置于冰箱内;直接涂抹于皮肤上,其杀菌之功效是所有精油中最强,对滴虫、念珠菌、霉菌等真菌感染有很好疗效。可治疗青春痘、妇科炎症、各种癣、咽喉肿痛、牙痛、唇舌疱疹等。

其中,薰衣草提取液中原料含量为100%,其具有以下作用:药用:镇静催眠作用;解痉作用;抗菌作用;神经保护作用;降脂作用;治疗心血管功能不全;食用:薰衣草茶,薰衣草茶是以干燥的花蕾冲泡而成,取一大匙放进壶中,再倒入沸水,只需焖5分钟即可享用,不加蜂蜜和砂糖也甘香可口,这道茶不带副作用,并具有镇静、松弛消化道痉挛、清凉爽快、消除肠胃胀气、助消化、预防恶心晕眩、缓和焦虑及神经性偏头痛、预防感冒等众多益处,沙哑失声时饮用也有助于恢复。美容:因为薰衣草具有抑制细菌,平衡油脂分泌,抚慰肌肤的功效,还可以用于洁面产品,将薰衣草提取液添加进皂,洁面乳产品中,经过冷杀菌保鲜处理和issofree先进技术的应用,就制成了薰衣草皂和洁面乳等高端洁面产品。

其中,檀香具有以下作用:理气调中,散寒止痛:用于寒凝气滞所致的胸腹疼痛及胃寒作痛、呕吐清水等证;具有很好的消炎、抗菌、镇咳、袪痰、补身、收敛作用。不仅可以杀菌消毒,净化空气,还可驱瘟辟疫;对于心灵的疗效,可安抚神经紧张及焦虑,镇静的效果;对身体有抗痉挛和补强的功用,能带来放松和幸福的感觉。当粘膜发炎时,檀香可舒缓病情,更可以刺激免疫系统,预防细菌再度感染;对生殖泌尿系统极有帮助,可改善膀胱炎,具有清血抗炎的功效;檀香对胸腔感染,以及伴随着支气管炎、肺部感染的喉咙痛、干咳也有效果;它还可以用来治疗为灼热,并且其收敛的特性,对腹泻亦有帮助;对干性湿疹及老化缺水的皮肤特别有益,使皮肤柔软,改善皮肤发痒或发炎的现象,其抗菌功效更有助于改善面疱,疖合感染的伤口。
其中:苍术主要有效成分是以β-桉叶醇及茅术醇为代表的挥发油。《本草纲目》云苍术“能除恶气,古今病疫及岁旦,人家往往烧苍术以辟邪气”。《中药大辞典》记载苍术有显著杀菌效果,常用于空气消毒。苍术在医学消毒中的运用,苍术熏燃法广泛用于医院环境消毒。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)对环境无污染、易降解、无腐蚀性。
(2)对人体无污染、无刺激性、低毒、无害、无残留。
(3)更健康、更安全、更简洁(直接使用,无需勾兑),更方便、更放心。
(4)与以往技术相比完全解决了现有化学消毒剂存在的缺陷和不足,与市面上销售的同类产品技术相比除具有消毒、抗菌、杀菌外并具有除螨、抗氧化、抗辐射等效果。

实施例
下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步说明。应该理解的是,本发明实施例所述方法仅仅是用于说明本发明,而不是对本发明的限制,在本发明的构思前提下对本发明制备方法的简单改进都属于本发明要求保护的范围。实施例中用到的所有原料和溶剂均为市售产品。
植物源化合物制备:
20kg干燥的桧柏树皮,粉碎,桧柏树皮与95%的酒精按质量比为1:10混合,常温下用95%的酒精浸提,过滤得到提取液,残渣用95%的酒精再提取两次,最后合并提取液,回收乙醇浓缩成浸膏,粗提物共0.8kg。然后在浸膏中加入适量去离子水溶解,用乙酸乙酯进行萃取(200mL*3),得到萃取物40g;
将所得到的乙酸乙酯萃取物加无水乙醇溶解,用100-200目的硅胶进行拌样,待溶剂挥发后,上柱,以石油醚-乙酸乙酯(体积比=6:1)的梯度洗脱,然后用氯仿-甲醇(10:1-7:1)洗脱得到所述化合物1.2g。
1H NMR(DMSO-d6,300MHz),δ(ppm):7.13~7.18(dd,CH,4H),3.42(dd,CH2,4H),2.60(d,CH2,2H),2.31(m,CH2,4H),2.31(s,CH3,3H),1.80~1.98(m,CH,3H),1.50(m,CH,1H),1.24~1.31(m,CH2,4H),0.93(d,CH3,3H).
13C NMR中可知有21个碳信号,DEPT谱表明化合物有2个甲基,7个亚甲基,4个次甲基;198.6,211.5为羰基碳的化学位移,红外显示无羟基吸收峰,1712cm-1处出现了羰基(C=O)吸收峰。
实施例一:
一种植物源消毒液,由下列重量百分比的成分混合组成:植物源化合物0.1克,茶树精油0.8克,茶多酚1.3克,艾草油1.0克,薰衣草提取液25克,檀香2.0克,花青素2.5克,苍术1.5克,纯化水65.9克。按照下述步骤制备:
步骤一:按照配比先将纯化水加入到搅拌机内,随后分别将上述原料添加到搅拌机内;
步骤二:将搅拌机温度设置为40℃,转速设置为400rpm,均匀搅拌20min,冷却后得到植物源消毒液;
步骤三:检测含量和PH值;
步骤四:分装;
步骤五:贴标打码;
步骤六:包装入库。
实施例二:
按照实施例一相同的步骤制备植物源消毒液,区别仅在于不加入植物源化合物。
实施例三:
一种植物源消毒液,由下列重量百分比的成分混合组成:植物源化合物0.2克、茶树精油1.0克、茶多酚1.5克、艾草油1.6克、薰衣草提取液27克、檀香2.5克、花青素2.8克、苍术1.8克、纯化水61.8克。按照下述步骤制备:
步骤一:按照配比先将纯化水加入到搅拌机内,随后分别将原料添加到搅拌机内;
步骤二:将搅拌机温度设置为50℃,转速设置为500rpm,均匀搅拌30min,冷却后得到植物源消毒液;
步骤三:检测含量和PH值;
步骤四:分装;
步骤五:贴标打码;
步骤六:包装入库。
实施例四:
按照实施例三相同的步骤制备植物源消毒液,区别仅在于不加入植物源化合物。
抑菌环抗菌试验法:
以大肠杆菌(E.coli)ATCC6538、金黄色葡萄球菌(S.aureus)ATCC2592为受试菌种(中国科学院微生物研究所),通过抑菌环抗菌试验法考察了上述复方植物消毒液抗菌活性的影响。抑菌环法的具体操作如下:在无菌环境中,将灭菌后的熔化营养琼脂倒入灭菌的平皿中(每个平皿中20ml),待其充分冷却固化后,吸取0.1ml新鲜受试菌悬液(约为106cfu/ml)置于平皿中,用灭菌后的棉签将其涂抹均匀,然后把待测液(约20ul)滴加在灭菌干燥的滤纸片上(直径约5mm),等滤纸片充分吸收样品后,用无菌镊子将其轻轻放在涂有受试菌的培养基表面,加盖后倒置在37℃恒温箱中培育约18h,观察抑菌环的有无并测量记录其大小,判断受试菌对待测样品的敏感性能。用抑菌圈法判断药物抑菌性能的标准如下:直径(mm)大于15,高敏;10-15,中敏;7-10,低敏;小于7,不敏感。
从上表可以看出,四批样品均为深红色澄清的液体;pH为弱碱性,且变化范围很小;测试样品对大肠杆菌的抑菌圈宽度,加入植物源化合物,可达17mm以上,即便不加入植物源化合物,仍然可以达到11mm以上。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (8)
2.根据权利要求1所述的植物源消毒液,其特征在于:所述植物源化合物由下述方法制备得到:
取干燥的桧柏树皮,粉碎,常温下用95%的酒精浸提,过滤得到提取液,残渣用95%的酒精再提取两次,最后合并提取液,回收乙醇浓缩成浸膏,然后在浸膏中加入适量去离子水溶解,用乙酸乙酯进行萃取,得到萃取物;
将所得到的乙酸乙酯萃取物加无水乙醇溶解,用100-200目的硅胶进行拌样,待溶剂挥发后,上柱,以石油醚-乙酸乙酯(体积比=6:1)的梯度洗脱,然后用氯仿-甲醇(体积比=10:1-7:1)洗脱得到所述化合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的植物源消毒液,其特征在于:植物源化合物0.1重量份,茶树精油0.8重量份,茶多酚1.3重量份,艾草油1.0克,薰衣草提取液25重量份,檀香2.0重量份,花青素2.5重量份,苍术1.5重量份,纯化水65.9重量份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的植物源消毒液,其特征在于:植物源化合物0.2重量份、茶树精油1.0重量份、茶多酚1.5重量份、艾草油1.6重量份、薰衣草提取液27重量份、檀香2.5重量份、花青素2.8重量份、苍术1.8重量份、纯化水61.8重量份。
5.权利要求1所述的一种植物源消毒液的加工工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤一:按照配比先将纯化水加入到搅拌机内,随后分别将原料依次添加到搅拌机内;
步骤二:将搅拌机温度设置为40-60℃,转速设置为300-500rpm,均匀搅拌20-30min,冷却后得到植物源消毒液;
步骤三:检测含量和PH值;
步骤四:分装;
步骤五:贴标打码;
步骤六:包装入库。
7.权利要求6所述的植物源抗菌化合物,其特征在于通过如下方法制备:
取干燥的桧柏树皮,粉碎,常温下用95%的酒精浸提,过滤得到提取液,残渣用95%的酒精再提取两次,最后合并提取液,回收乙醇浓缩成浸膏,然后在浸膏中加入适量去离子水溶解,用乙酸乙酯进行萃取,得到萃取物;
将所得到的乙酸乙酯萃取物加无水乙醇溶解,用100-200目的硅胶进行拌样,待溶剂挥发后,上柱,以石油醚-乙酸乙酯(体积比=6:1)的梯度洗脱,然后用氯仿-甲醇(体积比=10:1-7:1)洗脱得到所述化合物。
8.权利要求6所述的植物源抗菌化合物在消毒杀菌方面的用途。
